Century Garden Hotel (Window of the World, Nanshan) This centrally located hotel blends natural tranquility with modern urban amenities. Indoor spaces feature vertical greenery and soothing water soundscapes. The open-concept lobby includes a compact cinema with daily screenings, 24-hour coffee and tea service, and transforms into a cozy cocktail lounge by evening. Guest rooms are optimized for business efficiency while maintaining elegant natural design touches.

"Cleanliness: Very clean, and they even use alcohol to disinfect, ensuring the safety of the next guest checking in. Service: The front desk service was excellent, and the hotel's service was also very good. Giant Screen Cinema Experience: The projector in the giant screen room was high-definition, highly recommended."

The Hamps hotel ShenZhen is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The Hamps hotel ShenZhen is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Shenzhen. The hotel is only 13km from Futian Railway Station and 21km from Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. In addition, Yuehaimen Metro Station is just a short walk away. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Kexing Science and Technology Park, B.Duck Dreamland Carnival(OCT Harbour) and Nanshan Museum all nearby. "Review (Feb 2026) Room : 👍 So far, very good. It was neat, impeccable, and comfortably spacious. High-end materials, Bose speakers, a Toto Japanese toilet system, and a good shower. Very practical, with plenty of usable space. Breakfast : 📶 It's a pity here, doesn't match the hotel grade expectations. Likely managed by a third party contractor (Chinese style). 80 RMB for an additional adult or 49 RMB for kids (they won’t miss you). Location : ✅ Less than an 8-minute walk to 粤海门 Yue Hai Men Station on Orange Line 13. Or about 10/15mn car ride to Shenzhen Wan boarder or Nanshan malls. No more than 30rmb / 4.5 usd / 4 euros Service : 👌 We could speak mandarin so OK so far, nothing to complain about. Can't say for foreigners guest experience."

GGuest UserWhat a pleasant surprise this hotel was! It has a beautiful private beach. We stayed for two nights in a Reef Ocean View Courtyard Room in the second phase. The courtyard has a hot tub, and it was fantastic to soak in it while looking at the ocean at night. The service was excellent; the staff and butler were all very polite. Aside from the winding and somewhat remote mountain road, everything else exceeded our expectations. It’s a wonderful hideaway resort, perfect for relaxation. Plus, there's a free yacht experience and fireworks on the beach at night. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance. The hotel restaurant also had really good food.

__cs13000233****This hotel has a modern, minimalist style, and they've made excellent use of the space; the high ceilings prevent any feeling of claustrophobia. It's also very clean, and the disposable slippers are thick-soled and comfortable. Plus, they offer free parking. However, I have a couple of minor suggestions: 1. The shower area is separated from the toilet by a plastic curtain. Due to the high water pressure from the shower, water still splashes out. I suggest improving this. 2. The artistic tiles in the shower room are beautiful, but they are quite transparent. This might not be suitable for families traveling with children, so I suggest adding a curtain to avoid any awkwardness.

GGuest UserLocation: The hotel is situated in the Bao'an district, which is a new area of Shenzhen. While it's a bit far from city attractions like Lianhuashan Park and Shenzhen Bay Park, the nearby coastal park is also quite nice. Facilities: The hotel has only been open for just over a year, so all the facilities are well-equipped and in excellent condition. It truly feels like it could be the flagship St. Regis in China right now. Service: The staff are all incredibly welcoming. They always greet you with a smile, and their signature St. Regis butler service is very attentive and on point. Food & Beverage: The breakfast spread is extensive and everything tastes delicious. The hotel also boasts two distinctive bars: a traditional St. Regis lounge bar and a modern terrace bar, both of which are very unique.

GGuest UserI rebooked the Mandarin Oriental after a month and a half, and they thoughtfully upgraded my room. The executive suite's amenities and view were absolutely stunning. The handsome young man at the lobby was very nice and joked around, which really lightened the mood. The spa attendant was so kind to stay overtime for us. My boss even asked if he really had to go back, almost as if he could just live here forever and never return home~

GGuest UserStaying at the JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen Bao'an truly made me feel the essence of a century-old Marriott intertwined with the sophistication of urban Shenzhen. Marriott, founded in 1927, began as J. Willard Marriott's small root beer stand. With the founding principle of 'take care of your employees and they'll take care of your customers,' it has grown into a global hotel benchmark. As its flagship brand, JW Marriott perfectly embodies this dedication to craftsmanship and elegance. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Futian, just a short walk from Chegongmiao Metro Station, making transportation very convenient. The lobby boasts high ceilings and an elegant style, with luxurious details evident throughout. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, offering city views from floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the bathroom features a wet-dry separation with high-quality amenities. The recent renovation has made the space even more dynamic and thoughtful. The dining experience is excellent; the Marriott Chinese restaurant serves authentic Cantonese dim sum, and the breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, from fresh juices to made-to-order hot dishes, catering to diverse tastes. Service is the soul of this establishment. A special thank you to Kiki Wang for her attentive assistance throughout, from booking to check-in. Her efficient, meticulous, and timely responses, coupled with her genuine care, made my trip feel incredibly warm. The staff are professional, polite, proactive, and thoughtful, perfectly upholding Mr. Marriott's legacy of hospitality. The 24-hour fitness center, outdoor pool, and Quan Spa cater to both leisure and relaxation, making it suitable for business trips or vacations. With its century-long brand heritage, the JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen Bao'an offers a luxurious experience in a vibrant city. It truly embodies the essence of a high-end hotel through its facilities, service, and cultural depth. Every detail reflects careful thought, and every encounter is memorable. It's an unparalleled choice for a trip to Shenzhen, highly recommended!

SSiu Ming HuiStaying at The Langham, Shenzhen was nothing short of magical—from the moment we checked in to the second we waved goodbye, every detail felt tailored for comfort, luxury, and romance. As a couple exploring Shenzhen, this hotel exceeded our wildest expectations in every category. 🌟 Cleanliness: Flawless & Refreshing The Langham’s commitment to cleanliness is unparalleled. Our room was a sanctuary of tidiness: crisp linens, spotless bathrooms (down to gleaming faucets), and even public spaces like the lobby and corridors felt pristine. You could tell housekeeping takes immense pride in their work—every corner sparkled, making our stay feel hygienic and utterly relaxing. 🌟 Location: Prime & Convenient Nestled in a vibrant yet tranquil pocket of Shenzhen, the hotel’s location is a game - changer. We were steps from trendy cafes, local eateries, and major attractions, yet far enough from the hustle to enjoy peace. Public transport was a breeze, too—exploring the city was effortless, and returning to the hotel’s cozy embrace after a day out felt like coming home. 🌟 Service: Warm, Personalized, & World - Class If “hospitality” had a gold standard, The Langham would own it. From the front - desk team (who upgraded our room as a welcome gesture!) to the ever - attentive housekeeping and the incredibly knowledgeable concierge, every staff member went above and beyond. They remembered our preferences, offered tailored recommendations (like hidden - gem restaurants for date nights!), and made us feel like VIPs from start to finish. 🌟 Amenities: Luxe & Tailored for Love The amenities here are designed to indulge—especially couples! The rooftop pool offered stunning skyline views, the spa was a haven for relaxation, and the fitness center was fully equipped. Dining? A culinary love letter: our breakfast buffet burst with fresh, global flavors, and the evening fine - dining restaurant served dishes so exquisite, we still dream about them. Our room? A love nest with plush beds, smart tech, and skyline views that made evenings in feel like a 5 - star date night. For couples, The Langham adds romance to every moment—think champagne upon arrival, cozy nooks for stargazing on the balcony, and staff who genuinely want to make your trip special. Whether you’re here for adventure, relaxation, or rekindling love, this hotel turns a “stay” into a memory. We’ll be back—stat. If you want luxury, comfort, and service that feels like a warm hug, book The Langham. You won’t regret it. 💖

GGuest UserA great option in Shenzhen for those who like a luxury hotel experience withn nice views. Service is great and even during CNY they try their best to accommmodate requests and meet your needs. A few things: Some of the lower rooms have a pillar in them whichn makes the room kind of small, but I was able to request to a room without a pillar, which was worthwhile as there is as lot more space. The breakfast is included and it is quite good I feel, but it can get very busy during holidays. Swimming pool is also great with a hot tub and a TV. Its quite close to Lo Wu so if you're coming from HK its convenient. A mall (Kk100) is below the hotel and another mall (MixC) is close by as well. I had a drink at the bar to look at the night view, wihch was pretty coole ven though many of the buildings were a bit far away.

YYyy1cantOn vacation in Shenzhen, I missed my return flight. For the first few days, I stayed at the Kaisa Marriott (far from the airport, by the sea), but I didn't want to travel back and forth and risk missing another flight. So, I found a nice hotel nearby. I have to say, the Four Seasons Shenzhen truly lives up to its name. When I checked in, the front desk attendant was incredibly friendly and approachable, which was a refreshing change from the cold, robotic service at some other hotels – definitely worth praising. Then there's the lobby, the natural light is absolutely unbeatable! There's a grand piano next to the bar, and we happened to see someone playing it. The soft sunlight streaming in made for a truly delightful scene, giving me an excellent first impression of the hotel. As for the room, I was very pleased with the fantastic sound quality of the speakers and the superb view. Although it wasn't on a high floor (I personally prefer staying in very tall hotels), the high-rises opposite perfectly conveyed the hustle and bustle of Shenzhen. The hotel's location is also excellent; the Ritz is directly opposite the Four Seasons, it's only about ten kilometers from the airport, and there's a pedestrian street right next door, making it incredibly convenient to go anywhere. Around 10 PM, we had a few cocktails at the lobby bar, and the atmosphere was super chill. Now, for some minor suggestions after listing the pros. First, the lobby bar closes way too early! It stops service at 11 PM. The front desk attendant even joked, ”I also think drinks should be enjoyed until the early morning hours.” I hope the bar can stay open until midnight so we can relax, chat, and enjoy the Shenzhen vibe a bit longer. Also, I hope the doormen can be a bit more attentive. Since there were four of us arriving in a business van, and each of us had luggage, I wished the doorman would react more quickly and have two more people help with our bags, instead of just one person deliberating on how to carry all our luggage. But these are minor issues. All in all, this Four Seasons experience was a quintessential luxury hotel stay. I hope the hotel continues to strive and maintain the Four Seasons' reputation and service. I look forward to even more delightful surprises on my next stay.

XX.H.kaiI was extremely satisfied with my stay this time and definitely give it a five-star rating! Service: The front desk proactively upgraded me to a high-floor scenic room on the 26th floor for free. The expansive view instantly elevated my experience. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was warm and professional, truly embodying the JW Marriott's hospitality. Excellent Family-Friendly Details: When traveling with children, details are paramount. The hotel specially prepared an exclusive toiletries set and children's slippers for my child. These thoughtful little surprises delighted my child, and as a parent, I was very touched. Accommodation Experience: We requested an extra bed, and the response was very quick. The bed was comfortable and clean, and our family of three had a very pleasant stay. The room facilities were well-maintained, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a quiet night's rest. Dining Quality: Both breakfast and dinner were superb, with exquisite presentations and a rich variety of choices. Whether Chinese or Western, all needs were met, and the dining environment was very comfortable. The hotel even offered an extra complimentary breakfast for my second child, which was a very considerate touch. Summary: Whether for a business trip or a family vacation, this hotel is highly reliable. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shenzhen!

GGuest UserIf you're visiting Window of the World, the WESTIN's location is a huge advantage! The bedding and towels were very new and reassuring. However, I guess the hotel is quite old, so the decor is rather traditional and a bit dated. The service was excellent; they've added a dedicated WeChat concierge, which allows for communication at any time. They've also introduced robot service that can deliver food to your room, which is a big plus. I hope it continues to improve in the future; I still like your hotel!
