The entire place is sparkling clean, with no hidden spots or stains. The staff provides just the right amount of service – attentive but never intrusive, respecting our privacy. As for the room, the large bed is incredibly soft and the shower pressure is consistently strong, ensuring a wonderfully comfortable night's stay."

"I took a friend who was visiting from abroad to Shenzhen for some shopping. Since my friend is particularly interested in electronics, I chose a hotel right in the heart of Huaqiangbei. The hotel is conveniently located next to Huaqiang Electronic World and Metro Lines 2 and 7, and it's within a 10-minute walk to SEG Plaza and Metro Line 1. This allowed us to easily pop back to the hotel to rest and drop off our purchases. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel has some history, but all its facilities and rooms are well-maintained, and the service is incredibly efficient; they readily agreed to our late check-out request. Next time I'm in Huaqiangbei, this will definitely be my go-to hotel."

"The room was pretty decent and clean, and the staff was nice to give me a bigger room as I've got 3 pax. The only 2 issues are the Wifi is very bad, basically no connection even when Wifi connected. Also, you got to pay to watch the TV channels! This is the very first time I am encountering such thing for a hotel. They only allow you to watch for free for first 5-10mins, then after a payment QR pops up. I am talking about their normal China TV program, not those Disney+ or Netflix channels. CCTV, jiangsu channel etc you got to pay. As such, I will not return to this hotel next time, as basic local TV program should be a complimentary item in a hotel. 看普通当地电视频道也要钱，这个我不能接受。"

"My recent stay at the Renaissance Shenzhen Luohu Hotel was enchanting from the moment I arrived. The doorman promptly opened the door with a welcoming smile, and the high-ceilinged lobby, infused with a subtle fragrance, instantly melted away my travel fatigue. In terms of facilities, the guest rooms perfectly blend modern simplicity with a cozy, quality feel. The mattress was just right, neither too soft nor too firm, complemented by high-thread-count linens – once I lay down, I didn't want to get up. Smart home controls managed everything, from lighting modes to curtain operation, all at my fingertips. The bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, a deep soaking tub, and a rain shower with a soft, consistent flow. The toiletries were from a renowned fragrance brand, exuding an elegant scent. The room also came equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and a well-stocked minibar, while the desk offered both USB and wireless charging. The public areas were equally impressive: the 24-hour gym was fully equipped with towels and mineral water, the heated swimming pool was always crystal clear, and the executive lounge offered a superb view, making it an excellent spot for business meetings or quiet reading. The service provided by Eden and Mina was exemplary. My preference for a high floor, noted during booking, was not only met but I was also upgraded to a scenic corner room. During check-in, the front desk staff presented the room key with both hands and patiently explained the restaurant opening hours. The bellboy escorted me to my room and even adjusted the air conditioning. Throughout my stay, whether in the hallway or restaurant, every staff member would stop, smile, and greet me. The turndown service not only drew the curtains and prepared slippers but also left a handwritten weather forecast and a calming tea, adding a wonderfully personal touch. Once, when I asked for directions, the concierge immediately pulled out a map and meticulously planned my route, even marking the subway exits, which was incredibly reassuring. Cleanliness was rigorously maintained down to every nook and cranny. The bed sheets were spotless and crisply ironed, the carpet was deep-cleaned with no odors, and the bathroom faucets and glass shone brilliantly, even the floor drain was clean and smooth. Housekeeping followed strict protocols, with all items bearing disinfection seals, and staff were constantly, quietly wiping handrails and elevator buttons in public areas, providing great peace of mind, especially during these times. The location is uniquely advantageous, situated in the heart of Luohu, with a subway entrance right downstairs. It's within walking distance of shopping malls like MixC, and surrounded by numerous old-established eateries. The room's soundproofing was excellent; closing the window immediately shut out the hustle and bustle. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, I could admire the Diwang Building, Luohu Port, and the winding Shenzhen River. At night, the city lights sparkled, offering a tranquil escape for a restful night's sleep. From the hardware to the human touch, the Renaissance Shenzhen Luohu Hotel delivered an experience that exceeded expectations. That feeling of being well taken care of without being intrusive is truly the best gift during a journey. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Shenzhen."

"The hotel is fine and the staff were generally lovely. The room was clean. The restaurant on the second floor and the pool area could be cleaner. The chairs and the tables in the restaurant can be cleaner. The sushi is not really sushi it's a gelatin blend of something."

"😍😍 The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right in front of the Huaqiangbei Metro Station, placing it squarely in the heart of the Huaqiangbei commercial district. You have access to lines 2, 8, and 7. It's only about 40 minutes to Shenzhen North High-Speed Rail Station, 30 minutes direct to Window of the World, 30 minutes direct to Shuibei, and easy access to Dameisha. Getting anywhere is super convenient. ☺ Downstairs, there's a whole street of drink shops and restaurants that stay open for late-night supper until 2 AM. ☺ The hotel breakfast is very generous, served from 7 AM to 11 AM, so you can easily combine breakfast and brunch. The hotel also provides complimentary late-night supper and afternoon tea. Supper is from 9:30 PM to 11 PM, so after a day out exploring, you can definitely come back to the hotel for dinner. In short, all three meals can be taken care of right here at the hotel. ☺ The afternoon tea, as shown in the pictures, is exquisite and delicate, with unlimited juice and coffee refills. ☺ Next time I visit Shenzhen, I'll definitely choose this hotel again! 😍"

"This was my first time staying at an audio-visual themed hotel, and Qingmu completely blew my expectations out of the water! The location is right in the heart of Dongmen, making it incredibly convenient for evening strolls and shopping. There are convenience stores and bubble tea shops everywhere you look. The front desk service was meticulous and thoughtful; they proactively explained how to use the in-room audio-visual equipment, and any questions I had were answered swiftly. The room was exceptionally clean – no musty smells or cigarette smoke. The bedding was fluffy and soft, and the pillows were just the right height. The huge projector screen paired with the surround sound system made for an amazing experience, whether I was screen mirroring or watching a blockbuster; the picture quality was vibrant and crystal clear. The soundproofing in the walls was excellent, blocking out street and crowd noise, ensuring a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. Hot water was instantly available, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with no standing water, plus amenities were replenished promptly. The price is affordable, yet the facilities are high-end, making it perfect for both couples and small gatherings with friends. I’ve already saved this place – Qingmu will definitely be my top choice next time I'm in Shenzhen!"

"Convenient downtown location, with Gangxia C exit metro station right downstairs offering direct access to the entire city, making travel a breeze. The apartment-style room is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need, and the toiletries are excellent. The room layout is well-designed, comfortable, and doesn't feel cramped. It was also very clean."

"During the summer vacation, I brought my family to Shenzhen and chose this hotel near Huaqiangbei. It's right next to the electronics market and very close to the subway station. Huaqiangbei Pedestrian Street is just across the road, and the AviCity mall is super convenient for shopping and dining. The room hygiene was decent, the air conditioning cooled well, and the hot water supply was pretty stable. The soundproofing was just okay, but it didn't disturb our sleep at night. The summer pricing was budget-friendly, offering excellent value for money. It's a great base for family trips."
