GGuest UserThis was my first stay at a H World Group's five-star hotel, and the facilities were very new. Besides breakfast, the stay also included complimentary afternoon tea and a late-night snack. The afternoon tea offered a variety of small cakes, fruits, and vegetable salads, while the late-night snack had noodles, congee, and other delicious options. You definitely won't go hungry, and with breakfast available until 11 AM, you're pretty much covered for the whole day's meals. Plus, the self-service laundry even had staff to operate machines and fold clothes for you. While there are a few areas where it can't quite compare to international five-star brands, the price is significantly more affordable. It was definitely a great value for money option during the Chinese New Year. I'll stay here again.

MM2i85x6x1****The room was on a high floor, offering excellent views. It was also spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The moment we arrived, the concierge greeted us and helped with our luggage. The front desk service was also great. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again!

GGuest UserI rebooked the Mandarin Oriental after a month and a half, and they thoughtfully upgraded my room. The executive suite's amenities and view were absolutely stunning. The handsome young man at the lobby was very nice and joked around, which really lightened the mood. The spa attendant was so kind to stay overtime for us. My boss even asked if he really had to go back, almost as if he could just live here forever and never return home~

As its flagship brand, JW Marriott perfectly embodies this dedication to craftsmanship and elegance.
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Futian, just a short walk from Chegongmiao Metro Station, making transportation very convenient. The lobby boasts high ceilings and an elegant style, with luxurious details evident throughout. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, offering city views from floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the bathroom features a wet-dry separation with high-quality amenities. The recent renovation has made the space even more dynamic and thoughtful. The dining experience is excellent; the Marriott Chinese restaurant serves authentic Cantonese dim sum, and the breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, from fresh juices to made-to-order hot dishes, catering to diverse tastes.
Service is the soul of this establishment. A special thank you to Kiki Wang for her attentive assistance throughout, from booking to check-in. Her efficient, meticulous, and timely responses, coupled with her genuine care, made my trip feel incredibly warm. The staff are professional, polite, proactive, and thoughtful, perfectly upholding Mr. Marriott's legacy of hospitality. The 24-hour fitness center, outdoor pool, and Quan Spa cater to both leisure and relaxation, making it suitable for business trips or vacations.

GGuest UserThis hotel is our top choice for family vacations with kids – the experience was absolutely fantastic! We got a complimentary upgrade to the Executive Floor during check-in, which was much quieter than the main building.
The Executive Floor has its own breakfast area, so there were no long queues. It was spacious and comfortable, and the food was exquisite, which made the kids very happy. The hotel also has a private beach that’s clean and not crowded, with soft sand, so the little ones could play and dig without a worry.
The family-friendly facilities are in the main building, with a well-equipped kids' club and plenty of activities to keep the children entertained and burn off their energy. Overall, it's a peaceful and relaxing place. I highly recommend coming during off-peak holidays for a wonderful beach vacation vibe, a great alternative to Sanya.

XXingxingOut of all the hotels I stayed at during my trip to Shenzhen and Guangzhou, the Shangri-La wasn't the most expensive, but it was definitely the most satisfying. Even though it was busy during the Chinese New Year, the service quality wasn't affected at all. The room wasn't huge, but it had an expansive view and beautiful scenery. The layout was well-designed, and the amenities were good too. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a subway station, making it easy to get around, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Shenzhen Bay Park is also within walking distance, and a stroll along the bay watching the seagulls is quite pleasant. The breakfast was the most delightful surprise – high quality and a rich variety of options. A special thank you to the staff at the dim sum counter! While there are still some construction sites around the hotel, it doesn't detract from the overall experience. This hotel is highly recommended.

YYyy1cantOn vacation in Shenzhen, I missed my return flight. For the first few days, I stayed at the Kaisa Marriott (far from the airport, by the sea), but I didn't want to travel back and forth and risk missing another flight. So, I found a nice hotel nearby. I have to say, the Four Seasons Shenzhen truly lives up to its name. When I checked in, the front desk attendant was incredibly friendly and approachable, which was a refreshing change from the cold, robotic service at some other hotels – definitely worth praising. Then there's the lobby, the natural light is absolutely unbeatable! There's a grand piano next to the bar, and we happened to see someone playing it. The soft sunlight streaming in made for a truly delightful scene, giving me an excellent first impression of the hotel. As for the room, I was very pleased with the fantastic sound quality of the speakers and the superb view. Although it wasn't on a high floor (I personally prefer staying in very tall hotels), the high-rises opposite perfectly conveyed the hustle and bustle of Shenzhen. The hotel's location is also excellent; the Ritz is directly opposite the Four Seasons, it's only about ten kilometers from the airport, and there's a pedestrian street right next door, making it incredibly convenient to go anywhere. Around 10 PM, we had a few cocktails at the lobby bar, and the atmosphere was super chill. Now, for some minor suggestions after listing the pros. First, the lobby bar closes way too early! It stops service at 11 PM. The front desk attendant even joked, ”I also think drinks should be enjoyed until the early morning hours.” I hope the bar can stay open until midnight so we can relax, chat, and enjoy the Shenzhen vibe a bit longer. Also, I hope the doormen can be a bit more attentive. Since there were four of us arriving in a business van, and each of us had luggage, I wished the doorman would react more quickly and have two more people help with our bags, instead of just one person deliberating on how to carry all our luggage. But these are minor issues. All in all, this Four Seasons experience was a quintessential luxury hotel stay. I hope the hotel continues to strive and maintain the Four Seasons' reputation and service. I look forward to even more delightful surprises on my next stay.

TTsui CimIf you're visiting Shenzhen, this hotel is definitely the right choice! Josh and Cherry at the front desk were so warm and professional. They not only checked us in quickly but also thoughtfully recommended sightseeing routes and local delicacies in Shenzhen, which saved us a lot of time. The hotel's design is very stylish, incorporating many unique city details. The location is superb; it's right next to Central Park, perfect for taking kids to play and feed pigeons for some quality family time. Huaqiangbei, with its bustling electronics market, is just a 10-minute walk away. Plus, there are shopping malls like Junshang and Maoye nearby, so you don't have to worry about food or shopping. Moms, go for it!

GGuest UserIf you're visiting Window of the World, the WESTIN's location is a huge advantage! The bedding and towels were very new and reassuring. However, I guess the hotel is quite old, so the decor is rather traditional and a bit dated. The service was excellent; they've added a dedicated WeChat concierge, which allows for communication at any time. They've also introduced robot service that can deliver food to your room, which is a big plus. I hope it continues to improve in the future; I still like your hotel!
