"Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. I stayed with my mother, and everything felt comfortable and well-organized. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was quiet, and the facilities were sufficient. The staff were friendly and easy to communicate with, and the location was convenient. However, there was one issue during check-out. At around 3 a.m., when we were leaving, the door was locked for security reasons. There was no one at the front desk at that moment, and we had to call out for about a minute before someone came to assist us. It was a bit stressful and uncertain at the time. It would be better if there were clearer instructions or staff availability during late-night hours. Apart from this, everything else was very good."

"1. **Location**: Excellent location, within walking distance to major tourist attractions and right in front of São Bento Station, making transportation very convenient. 2. **Service**: The staff were very friendly and attentive. They even upgraded my room, which was a nice touch! 3. **Breakfast**: Breakfast starts at 7 AM. There's a good variety of bread, and you can also get various drinks and champagne. Since there aren't many early-opening shops nearby, breakfast here is a must. The breakfast buffet staff were also very friendly. For Koreans, if you request an ice cup, you can make iced Americano. Haha! 4. **Room**: I booked a Gallery Room but was upgraded to a Superior Room. It was spacious enough to fit three carry-on suitcases and two backpacks, and the bed was large enough for three adults to sleep comfortably, even rolling around. 5. **Other advantages**: Excellent water pressure in the bathroom! Housekeeping was incredibly fast, and they replenished one bottle of water daily. The price was also very attractive. 6. **Minor drawbacks**: I was assigned a room on the first floor, but the view was just a wall... I kept the curtains closed for my entire stay. Overall, I was very satisfied, except for the view!"

"I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Portol and had a wonderful experience. The facilities are new and very comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.I want to give special thanks to one of the staff members — a kind lady whose name I couldn’t quite catch, but it starts with the letter A. Ms. A, thank you for your warm hospitality and excellent service. You truly made my stay memorable."

"Lovely apartment, but has some niggling things which could be improved. However, one thing I imagine can’t be improved is the amount of natural sunlight coming in. I stayed in building 339, floor 3 apartment 10. The windows are either too small to let much light in, or it’s facing another side of the building into someone else’s apartment. When I first entered, I also had 6 different flies of all sizes in the kitchen area. When I queried about this, it’s apparently an issue in the warmer seasons. I didn’t let these flies in, so they must have been let in when cleaning the apartment. The other issue was, the floors weren’t cleaned very well with crumbs in corners. However, the bedding and towels smelt lovely and were clean. I would have liked flatter pillows, the once they have are way too high and caused neck pains, but this seems to be a thing in Portugal as other places I’ve stayed have a similar setting. The shower has no proper seal to stop water from flooding the bathroom floor, other than a piece of silicone strip on the shower floor, but it wasn’t sealed down so it was pointless. If you’re a light sleeper, it’s generally very quiet but I had an issue with neighbouring apartments with someone walking around with heels and shoes. They provide slippers! Please use them to not disturb others. Overall, a good stay and location."

"The hotel’s location isn’t ideal, though Porto’s city centre is compact, most major attractions are within a 15 minute walk, with the exception of Luís I Bridge, which is a bit further out. Rooms 001 and 003 are best avoided. Both are situated next to the staff storage room and near to the hotel lobby toilets as shown in the photos. Room 001 is a disabled access room very spacious, but without a bathtub. The bathroom is fitted with disability facilities. Good thing is the reception staff are very friendly."

"The location is great, and the price is very reasonable. I especially loved the bonus sitting room next to the bedroom. While there isn't a private kettle in the room, the hotel offers a well-equipped public central kitchen area with all the necessary mugs, a kettle, and a refrigerator for guests to use."
