"Very short stay, but everything was friendly. Hotel's room is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. They also offer a free airport shuttle service. You can book a shuttle by email before arriving at the airport, or contact the hotel using the toll-free number in the airport shuttle area after arriving at Vancouver International Airport.
The only drawback is the desk and bedside tables in the room. The tops are attached to the legs by four bolts. These protruding bolts leave insufficient flat surface for books, laptops, or backpacks. I suggest the hotel replace these impractical desks and bedside tables.
Besides, the hotel is in a great location. It's within walking distance to the SkyTrain station and there are many restaurants nearby. Especially, the food court at ”Richmond Centre” which is nearby this hotel primarily serves Asian cuisine, so you won't feel homesick."

Guest UserThe Rosewood is still the Rosewood—an excellent location with top-notch service. Although it's a historic building, the room's decor is absolutely up to standard. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and it's rare to get such a good night's sleep during a week-long business trip! They tried their best to accommodate my needs, upgrading my room and floor, which was very quiet. The à la carte breakfast area was small, but the service was attentive, and the quality was superb. Perhaps because it was the weekend, the lobby bar was always packed; I wanted a drink but found even the bar counter completely full 😂

The hotel is in the center of Yaletown, it is convenient to eat anywhere and there is a great location. The staff is super friendly and can respond to any needs immediately.
The room is small but the room type is very good. The bed is very comfortable.
The equipment is a bit old and there are some sanitary corners, but they are all small problems ～ Overall very good ～

The room was very spacious and came with a kitchen, which made the stay super comfortable, especially for longer trips.
Breakfast was actually really good with plenty of options, and the location was super convenient.
Easy walk to Robson Street for shopping and restaurants, and also convenient for going to Granville Island and around downtown Vancouver.
Overall, it felt very comfortable, practical, and easy to stay at.

Guest UserThe hotel was great because it was centrally located. It was clean, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff were very attentive as well. We were able to check in early and leave our luggage at the hotel after we checked out so we could enjoy our last day without worrying about it. The only issues we experienced was that the walls are quite thin which enabled us to hear everything and everyone around us.

Guest UserThe hotel is an older hotel but kept in great condition, it is a little like a resort with several bars, restaurants and pools to choose from. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location next to Stanley Park and Coal Harbour is excellent and it is very close to Robson St restaurants.

We recently stayed at the Century Plaza Hotel in Vancouver and had a great experience. The hotel's location is very convenient, situated right in the downtown Vancouver. It made exploring the city and accessing public transportation very easy.
Our room was spacious, big space, clean, and well-appointed with a kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and tea.
The staff at Century Plaza were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with any requests, which enhanced our stay even further.
One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant C|Prime, which served delicious Italian meals with a good variety of options.
Overall, our stay at Century Plaza Hotel was fantastic. We will definitely return on our next trip to the city!

The hotel's soundproofing isn't very good, so light sleepers are advised to bring earplugs. The hotel can provide them. The honey salt restaurant on the first floor is beautifully presented, but the food is average. However, the location is excellent, with few homeless people around. The security seems good, and the nearby buildings are also very beautiful.

Pretty good, but they're currently undergoing renovations, so the breakfast area was completely closed off, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything else was fine. The coffee shop downstairs was great for breakfast, and the guest rooms were quiet at night. The room was clean and the location was convenient for transportation.
