"Booked a last minute stay with Novotel but turned out quite a positive experience!
Location is good, within walking distance to Lincheng East Metro station. Went to watch concert and hotel provided transport service from hotel to stadium, which was very helpful for us!
Also offered complimentary breakfast for one day but due to clashing of schedule we were unable to enjoy.
Hotel slippers is free size and is too big for ladies, could be quite a challenge to walk around and do note that there will be a fee for bringing back the slippers.
It will be better if there is a blind separating the toilet glass and bedroom for more privacy.
Overall, hotel furbish is on the older end but the above kind gesture of providing stadium transport and breakfast does make the experience better and location is not bad too! (:"

The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is fast and efficient, the attitude is gentle and intimate, and the needs are responded in time. The room was clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sleep was particularly stable, the sound insulation was very good, and it was quiet and not noisy. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are complete, and the hot water is sufficient and stable. The facilities are moderately new and old, the lighting and ventilation are great, and the overall is warm and elegant. Environmental sanitation is in place and the price is super high. I will choose this next time I travel, I really recommend it to my friends!

The environment is lovely, and the hotel has a distinct Thai feel. The buffet offered great value for money, and the breakfast was so extensive we ate until we were stuffed every time. Even with the holiday crowds, the service kept up well. I think when evaluating something, you also have to consider its price. For a hotel in a provincial capital during the May Day holiday, this performance at this price is absolutely worth a second visit.

CChun feng hua yuDuring the Suzhou Expo holiday, I took my old mother and daughter to stay at the Vientiane Hot Spring Maju Bieyuan. I felt that this was a very satisfying stay experience.
First of all, let’s talk about the service. I went to see the room in advance. After adding WeChat at the front desk, the young lady has been very warm and thoughtful to answer some of my questions. She has a humble and courteous attitude, and she has to answer all questions. She is not impatient at all. After check-in, the smile of several waiters in the room sent things every time, which made people feel like spring breeze and happy. For the entire two days of accommodation, the service can score full marks!
After driving to Malone Bieyuan, there is a separate parking lot downstairs. After parking, the car will enter the room directly from the parking lot, which is very convenient.
The room facilities are complete, clean and tidy, the toilet, shower, and the independent bubble pool in the room are all clean. The design of the whole room can be seen with great care (the decorative paintings in the bubble pool room, the verses in line with the environment, the right vases and green plants), which makes people relax physically and mentally.
From the Maju Bieyuan, through a glass door, you will reach the area of the public bubble pool, which is very convenient for the elderly. There are more than 40 different types of bubble pools in the public area, the water quality is good and very clean. The entire public area environment design is very careful and can meet the needs of different ages. The old mother was also very satisfied this time, saying that this is the best hot spring she has soaked in the past few years, and her daughter also likes it very much.
The hotel has a wide variety of breakfasts, fresh ingredients, and a comfortable and elegant dining environment. We ordered takeaways for Chinese food nearby and it was delivered soon. There are many shops to choose from.

A cleaning lady provided detailed answers to all your questions (her name is ”Yang Jie” in the last picture), which deserves praise.
This room type includes one free entry to the public hot spring bath, which is staffed on a rotating basis. They proactively offer ginger tea/water, providing excellent service. The only downside is the lack of nearby attractions, only a small supermarket and some foot massage shops.
If you arrive by high-speed rail, this hotel is ideal for a one-night stay. It's only a 15-minute taxi ride from Guiyang East Station, making it a highly recommended choice.

It’s the feeling that the mountains and wilderness bring to me.
First let me talk about the service:
We will create a separate small group for each guest and provide one-to-one service. This really makes you feel at home.
After arriving at the place, if it is a mountain top hotel, they will arrange a car to take us to the stairs at the mountain pass. Our luggage will be pulled directly to the top of the mountain using a ropeway. When walking up the stairs to the top of the mountain, compared to the hardship of walking up the stairs, I am more immersed in enjoying the different scenery at each step.
After arriving at the hotel on the top of the mountain, the cute little dog butler thoughtfully turned on the air conditioner for us and guided us to introduce each place to us.
The most important thing is to talk about the meals:
I had already made some assumptions at the beginning because the meal might not be ideal at the top of the mountain. I really didn’t expect that after a hard day, I packed my luggage and went to have dinner. I was completely shocked. The squab was very thoughtful and delicious. It can be said to be my favorite. The food was served very quickly and everyone was very considerate and even allowed me to take the red wine back to the room after eating. Hahahaha

I opened my eyes at 6 o'clock in the morning. The red landscape was really spectacular. Seeing it with my own eyes was completely different from what I saw on the video. Maybe this is the meaning of life.

ZZhoujie1. The room may have been unoccupied for a long time, and there is dust and garbage on the floor. We asked the front desk to notify them to clean the bedroom, but the garbage in front of the sofa in the living room was not cleaned until we left.
2. The restaurant manager has no sense of service and is very rude in his words. There were no knives and forks, no tea bags, no coffee, but I didn't feel that their service was inadequate, they still acted as if they were superior. Both breakfasts were not served until closing time. While the guests were eating, the waiters were sweeping the floor with brooms, and collecting the dishes made a lot of noise. Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it.

The price is affordable, the room is very clean, and it even has floor heating. I just asked how many hotels in Guiyang have floor heating. It's very comfortable to stay. For someone like me who is afraid of the cold, the experience is great. The park is not big, but the open hot springs are enough and the water is quite clean. Anyway, I think it’s pretty good. I avoid those popular hot springs. It’s very quiet and quiet here. Not bad, will come again!
