Facilities: Very new and exceptionally clean. Ambiance: Tucked away in a quiet corner of the city center, it's very peaceful, ensuring a great night's sleep without any disturbances. Service: The staff are incredibly warm and friendly; they greet you with a nod and a smile every time you see them. They're also very helpful with most basic facility services you might need. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic! It's even better than what you'd find at some five-star hotels! Plus, it caters well to younger tastes, and with a super long breakfast window from 7 AM to 12 PM, it's perfect. Overall, the attitude is excellent, and it's definitely a hotel worth revisiting in Guiyang!

The location is fantastic, with plenty of great food and shopping options right downstairs and nearby. The hotel service is also excellent. They offer free coffee delivered to your room, and you can send your laundry to the front desk for washing and drying, which is then delivered back to your room. No need to queue for machines or worry about your clothes being taken out – a lazy person's dream! The gym is a highlight for me; it has the three main cardio machines plus dumbbells, which is more than enough. My only minor gripe is that one of the benches is a bit wobbly. The rooms feature smart toilets, voice-activated controls for lights and curtains, and comfortable bedding. Overall, it's definitely worth the price during the off-peak season.

I arrived at the airport after unexpectedly injuring my ankle earlier that day and had no idea how serious it was or what to do next. I booked this hotel last minute, and from the moment I contacted them, everything changed. The team immediately arranged a car to pick me up from the airport, and I was met with such kindness, care, and professionalism that I felt safe right away. When I arrived, they provided a wheelchair for me and allowed me to keep it overnight. They thoughtfully placed me in a more accessible room, helped with my luggage, and continuously checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. This all happened late at night, yet the level of attention and warmth never wavered. What truly stood out was how every single staff member treated me. Each time I spoke with someone, they sincerely said to call if I needed anything, and they meant it. It felt like the entire team knew about my situation and was looking out for me. As a first-time traveler in China and an English speaker, I was honestly quite scared, but they went out of their way to make sure I never felt alone or overwhelmed. At one point, multiple staff members even came up to my room to check on me in person and ask if I needed anything. They made sure I ate and brought me a warm meal, and I can genuinely say those were the most comforting, soul-filling noodles I had during my trip. In the morning, they kindly offered me a late checkout until 2 p.m., again reminding me to reach out for anything at all. When it was time to leave, they made the process completely seamless. A member of the reception team personally escorted me by golf cart to the airport, helped communicate with airport staff, and ensured I received a wheelchair for my onward journey. I did not have to think or worry about a single step. This level of care goes far beyond standard hospitality. It reflects a truly exceptional team. Every person I encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in my wellbeing. I want to extend my deepest thanks to everyone working that day for taking such incredible care of me. You turned what could have been a very stressful and frightening experience into something warm, safe, and deeply human. This is a world-class team and a shining example of what hospitality should be. I am so grateful and will absolutely stay with this hotel again. Thank you for everything.

The standardization at Hilton Garden Inn is consistently good. I've stayed at two of them recently, one in Lhasa and one in Guiyang, and they were practically identical in style. This particular hotel is located south of Jiaxiu Tower, and everything is very well-appointed. From the lobby, it didn't seem too crowded, which might be because the ground floor common areas are quite spacious and grand. The only minor drawback is that the elevators are a bit slow, especially considering it's nearly a 60-story building.

I've stayed at a few Hampton by Hiltons during my trip to Guiyang, and this one was by far the best! The room was incredibly clean, and you could tell they paid attention to every detail. The staff were all super friendly! Breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant staff were so warm, patient, and always happy to help. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Guiyang.

I'm giving this a perfect score. The hotel upgraded my room for free to a spacious one with new facilities and excellent cleanliness. The cleaning staff were genuinely friendly and provided great service. The hotel also offered a thoughtful 'sleep-inducing porridge' service, available for self-service every evening at 9 PM. The hotel restaurant was very comfortable, sharing a beautiful space with a co-branded coffee shop. I spent an entire rainy morning there and would have stayed longer if not for the excessive number of people smoking later on.

My overall experience at the Hyatt Regency Guiyang was absolutely top-notch. The environment perfectly blends modern luxury with traditional Guizhou ethnic charm. The lobby is spacious and grand, adorned with Miao and Dong totems everywhere you look, and there's even a simulated waterfall landscape outdoors, offering a wonderfully peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. The cleanliness was impeccable; the guest rooms were spotless, the bedding soft and pristine, and the bathroom was perfectly dry-wet separated with no odors whatsoever. The public areas were also consistently tidy. Christina's service was thoughtful and attentive, and the front desk handled check-in efficiently and quickly. The staff provided smiling service throughout, and any requests were promptly addressed. The facilities were comprehensive and excellent, including a temperature-controlled swimming pool and a well-equipped gym, making for an incredibly comfortable stay.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is fantastic, with all sorts of great food right downstairs. It's walking distance to Minsheng Road and super convenient for getting to all the attractions. The hotel service is incredibly thoughtful. The front desk staff are all young and provided excellent service. There's even a laundry service! Overall, the living quality is top-notch, and it offers amazing value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Guiyang. Highly recommended!

The hygiene was impeccable, the room was bright with no strange odors, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was very clean. The front desk staff were attentive and promptly responded to any requests. The surrounding area has convenient transportation and is quiet, not noisy. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and very comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend it.

Having previously stayed at Anantara hotels in Thailand and been very impressed, I specifically chose to book one of the only two Anantara properties in China for the end of my Guizhou trip. The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, with a lovely staggered layout and an abundance of greenery. We were upgraded to a panoramic king room with an excellent view. There were also plenty of activities for children, especially the ethnic costume photoshoot. This was a lifesaver, as my rebellious son, who usually hates having his picture taken, ended up looking very handsome! The bonfire sunset ceremony in the evening was also a lot of fun. A big thank you to Miss Apple for her service; she added me on WeChat beforehand to discuss our needs and kept us informed about all the hotel activities. When we were in a rush to check out, she even handled all the post-departure billing for us. Anantara truly put a perfect end to our Guizhou journey!
