Facilities: Very new and exceptionally clean. Ambiance: Tucked away in a quiet corner of the city center, it's very peaceful, ensuring a great night's sleep without any disturbances. Service: The staff are incredibly warm and friendly; they greet you with a nod and a smile every time you see them. They're also very helpful with most basic facility services you might need. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic! It's even better than what you'd find at some five-star hotels! Plus, it caters well to younger tastes, and with a super long breakfast window from 7 AM to 12 PM, it's perfect. Overall, the attitude is excellent, and it's definitely a hotel worth revisiting in Guiyang!

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the meticulous service was evident. The front desk not only handled check-in efficiently but also thoughtfully hand-drew a map of nearby dining options. Room service was incredibly prompt, with warm milk delivered exactly on time every evening. What truly exceeded my expectations was the hotel's prime location in the heart of the scenic area. A five-minute walk to the left brought me to the historic district, and three bus stops to the right led to a popular landmark, saving a significant amount of time and effort on transportation. The welcoming, home-like atmosphere combined with its incredibly convenient location made this trip exceptionally enjoyable. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The standardization at Hilton Garden Inn is consistently good. I've stayed at two of them recently, one in Lhasa and one in Guiyang, and they were practically identical in style. This particular hotel is located south of Jiaxiu Tower, and everything is very well-appointed. From the lobby, it didn't seem too crowded, which might be because the ground floor common areas are quite spacious and grand. The only minor drawback is that the elevators are a bit slow, especially considering it's nearly a 60-story building.

I'm giving this a perfect score. The hotel upgraded my room for free to a spacious one with new facilities and excellent cleanliness. The cleaning staff were genuinely friendly and provided great service. The hotel also offered a thoughtful 'sleep-inducing porridge' service, available for self-service every evening at 9 PM. The hotel restaurant was very comfortable, sharing a beautiful space with a co-branded coffee shop. I spent an entire rainy morning there and would have stayed longer if not for the excessive number of people smoking later on.

I stayed at this property 9 years ago when my kids were still toddlers and one of them is a teenager now. The service of the hotel remains as tentative and warm as 9 years ago. We upgraded to one of their suite rooms and I think we will book a suite on our next trip. My kids enjoyed the pool and playing chess downstairs from the lobby. This was one of the highlights of their trip. My wife had a nice glass of wine at the regency club we missed the happy hour drinks and food as we went to HuangGuo Shu for a day trip and the second day we had dinner plans with our family. Harris checked us in and showed us our room knowing we were allergic to smoke. He was very attentive and checked on us each day to make sure we were comfortable. Will come back again soon hopefully.

My first positive review has to go to the Baiyun Intercity Hotel. Room rates didn't increase during the peak travel period of Golden Week, and the front desk staff even upgraded us to a superior room free of charge upon check-in, along with complimentary breakfast. Their service was simply outstanding! Whether meeting someone or entering the elevator, they greeted us wherever they passed. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Best of all, children of all heights ate free, which was truly exceptional at many hotels! The hotel was clean, and they provided free water and drinks daily!

I was very satisfied with this Sofitel hotel. The views from the high-rise hotel and the breakfast were truly captivating! The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in the high-floor room offered expansive views. During the day, you could see clouds surrounding the city, and overlooking Jiaxiu Tower, I saw many tourists there, making every photo a stunning shot. The buffet breakfast was rich and varied, offering both Chinese and Western options. The Guizhou-style spicy chicken noodles had an authentic taste, and the freshly ground coffee and French pastries were fresh and delicious. Janice from Guest Relations not only contacted me in advance but also provided a delicious cake and special room decorations. Lyla at the lounge was also very warm and professional. The hardware facilities and the scenery were perfectly integrated. Super satisfied! 👍🏻

I stayed at this hotel for all three nights of my four-day trip to Guiyang. The location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the heart of Guiyang's Pen Shui Chi (Fountain Pool), making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Min Sheng Road is right downstairs, so it's super easy to find places to eat and shop (it gets very crowded on weekends!). However, I should warn those who are sensitive to noise that there's a lot of traffic downstairs, and horn honking is inevitable. Even with all the windows closed, there's still some noise. The room itself was very spacious, and the cleanliness was impeccable. We were even upgraded to a larger room for free this time (though the suite's layout was a bit odd 😂), and the hotel proactively provided plenty of bottled water. The service was thoughtful, and overall, it was a very positive experience. It's also worth mentioning the hotel's excellent emergency response. One night, the room next door was quite noisy. After reporting it, staff quickly came to address the issue, and it quieted down afterward. This definitely earned them extra points.

This hotel is right next to Qingyun Market, so after exploring the night market, it's just a few steps back to your room. It's also a short walk to Jiaxiu Tower. The rooms are clean and simply designed, equipped with smart home features throughout, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The soundproofing is good, so you won't be disturbed by noise from downstairs. The hotel also offers a free laundry room and a small gym, which is really convenient for long trips. The front desk staff are warm, attentive, and quick to respond. Plus, having breakfast available on-site is very convenient. Overall, it offers great value for money and is a perfect place to stay when visiting Guiyang.

Poolside room type. This is my second stay, the first being in 2019. I feel like the trees are much lusher now, and the surrounding environment is also better than before. The Chinese restaurant and the all-day dining options are both good, and the service is prompt. The room maintenance is also decent, though the lighting is a bit dim and takes some getting used to. The breakfast could be a bit more meticulous with cleanliness. I will definitely come back; it's so cool and comfortable in the summer, a fantastic place.
