"I arrived at the room in the early morning, and there were 3 cockroaches in my room. I was so tired that I went to sleep. The next day I told the girl about the cockroaches, and she very kindly changed my room and gave me an upgrade. The new room was nicer, but guess what? In the bathroom, cockroaches were coming out in swarms from under the floors while I was taking a dump. I complained to the workers, and they told me, ”We can't do anything. We already notified the manager. They have to fumigate the whole hotel.”🪳🪳🪳 Oh, and the elevators are incredibly hot, it's like a sauna."

038The Fairmont, one of Accor's top-tier hotels, despite its age, is meticulously maintained. The room provided six complimentary bottles of water, and upon returning after dinner, turn-down service had been completed with a glass and water by the bedside. Used coffee pods were also replenished – truly 5-star service. Thank you for the birthday cake service as well. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a rich variety of international dishes. I would love to stay here again if I ever visit Manila. The location is excellent too, with a large shopping mall right across the street that includes a supermarket and shops selling Filipino goods, making it easy to buy souvenirs.

LuluThis is my second stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip.
1. Location: It's located in Makati, which is a relatively safe and bustling area with a pleasant surrounding environment. SM Mall is right across the street, and within about a two-minute walk, you'll find a pizza place, a restaurant with flavors that appeal to Chinese palates, and a Lawson convenience store.
2. Hotel Service: The hotel service is also relatively excellent. They are generally cooperative in addressing any issues, and it's quite convenient to get a taxi from here.
3. Breakfast: The breakfast selection is also quite rich and varied.

The Peninsula Hotel boasts an excellent location, close to Ayala Mall and Ayala Museum! It's definitely worth exploring the area! This neighborhood is very safe, so there's no need to worry. From the moment you enter, the staff greet you with warm smiles, making you feel completely at ease. The coconut trees in the lobby add a lovely tropical touch, and the piano accompaniment in the main hall creates a very elegant atmosphere!

FAHAD ALSHOMERExcellent hotel with a fantastic location right in the heart of the shopping district. The area feels very safe. However, getting in and out can be a challenge due to extreme traffic congestion. It can take more than 25 minutes just to reach the hotel by car, even if you're already in the same area. Walking, it's only 3 minutes away. There's also some renovation work happening in the surrounding area. Despite these points, it's definitely worth another visit. The staff are incredibly wonderful and very cooperative. They also offer a very good bus service, which of course, comes with a fee.

BizzLamichhaneMy second time visit in Manila and second time stay with Lub D, it offers great location to visitors who wants to stay around Makati. Just beside the famous Burgos Street, lot of bars, pubs, 7 eleven, outdoor dining areas.
It has large reception on second floor with some fun activities, high speed internet, lounge for hostel guests. Really loved their friendly environment. Gonna stay here again if i’m coming to Philippines for 3rd times.

My stay was quite okay overall, but there are a few key areas that need improvement. The towels were noticeably old and the bedsheets / pillows were showing clear signs of wear and definitely need replacement. With fresh linens and towels, the guest experience would be much better.

Great location close to everything. They serve brrakfast and have a little shop open 24hrs. Very quiet and clean. Staff is super friendly. Make sure to bring cash for room deposit.

It includes all the essentials for a seamless stay, including a strong AC, a flat-screen TV, a spacious work desk, and a cozy little seating area. The bathroom is spotlessly clean with modern fixtures and a reliable water heater for the shower. It is a perfect, hassle-free choice if you want a straightforward and comfortable place to stay. Highly recommended!

Pete.cThe hotel is in prime location for p burgos St nightlife across the road from the filling station 24hours restaurant (well worth a visit) shops just down the road plenty of places to eat around close by.
Hotel rooms are dated could do with some very much needed renovation staff are helpful and friendly do get a lot of girls hanging around the entrance at night looking for customers but don't bother you to much
