There are convenience stores and pharmacies nearby, and it's close to some smaller malls. Plus, there's a dedicated driveway for drop-off and pick-up. "Our favorite repeat stay! Exceptional service and great for families This was our second time staying here (we first visited last December and loved it so much we extended our stay then!). We chose to book again because, compared to other hotels in this prime location, the rates are incredibly affordable and the value is unbeatable. What we loved: *Location & Food: Perfect location with many food options nearby, plus a great 2nd-floor restaurant. The breakfast buffet is totally worth it! Just a tip for parents: some dishes have a mild spicy kick that might be a bit much for kids, but there are always pancakes and cereals available. *Superb Service: This is where they really shine. Kudos to the entire team—from the parking attendants to reception and housekeeping. They make you feel truly welcome. *Cleanliness & Facilities: The rooms are spotless and very well-maintained. The pool is a good size and kid-friendly (4ft deep), and it wasn't too crowded during our visit. There is also a gym on-site. The Extra Mile: What made this stay truly special was the extra effort the staff put in. It was my wedding anniversary, and even though my husband couldn’t be with us, the team went above and beyond by creating a beautiful heart-shaped swan towel design and a lovely card. It was a wonderful surprise that me and my two kids truly enjoyed! A Suggestion for the Hotel: Since we are now frequent guests, we’d love to see a loyalty card or rewards program! A perk like a free night after a certain number of bookings would be the perfect way to reward repeat visitors like us. We’ve stayed for two nights so far and already can't wait to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and affordable stay!"

"There's security downstairs, and you go through a security check when you enter. They're very friendly, which is a nice touch. There's also a convenience store not too far away. It feels very safe, and there are other hotels nearby. The value for money is pretty good, I'd recommend booking here."

"I booked it for my NCLEX and it is the perfect location for me. It was a short walk going to Trident Tower. Below the condo units it has supermarket, 7 11, mall, variety of restaurants that offers great food, Daiso, salons, and such! I ate sushi with an affordable price, ate pani puri that was delicious, they had pop up market during the weekend, ate healthy broccoli and mushroom stir fry with a tasty fermented mango juice, and some desserts. I really liked my stay there, no issues. They also have pool (lap and leisure), billiard, gym, walking/jogging area, and other amenities that we haven't been to actually. Also very nice lobby, connected to the Air Mall. About the unit, great unit with great bed and pillow. Good aircon, no issues. Love that there are desk, table, couch, kitchen sink, stove, microwave, washing machine, heated shower, tv with Netflix & YouTube, pullout bed, and cabinets. Very much will recommend to my friends and family. I might come back to one of Gemstones' units! Very good! Also affordable pricing compared to other Airbnb and hotels. I prefer this over the one that is well-known and also the closest stay for NCLEX takers, iykyk. Btw I dont have pics or vids of the unit butmit is what you see on their posts."

"I just fell in love with this hotel because it’s SO CLEAN! Seriously, it’s a 5-star cleanliness. From the basement parking to the rooftop pool, everything is sparkling clean. I do love it. There was almost everything we needed in the room and in the bathroom, even vanity kits and facial tissues which is not common for 3-star hotels (I would honestly give them 4 stars🤩) Service… we did have an issue with a waiter at the breakfast in Kaokee restaurant downstairs. I wish they gave him more training time and supervision cause he looked like he was not a good fit for this resto and the hotel. If he continues to work this way, there’s just gonna be a lot of bad reviews and disappointed customers. Other than this, everyone else is super friendly, accommodating and welcoming there. Do note that the parking is NOT free. We paid 400 pesos for around 24 hours. I guess it’s gonna be more if you stay longer. Also, if I stay there again, I would choose no breakfast option cause I’m a fan of Malaysian/Singaporean breakfast (Kaya toast with eggs and milk tea) but it doesn’t come with your booking, they have a separate menu for hotel guests (Filipino/kinda continental options) but Kaokee resto is one of my faves now in Makati, the food is super delicious, reminds me of our trips to Malaysia and Singapore🤩 I would just pay for my breakfast next time and choose what I really want. I would also recommend their Laksa and Salted Egg Shrimps, and both hot and iced Teh (milk tea with condensed milk), the hot one is more flavorful and delicious than the iced one. But my Mushroom and Cheese omelette was super delicious too! So was my spouse’s Longanisa. There’s one more resto you can have breakfast in, so do check the menu there. Their rooftop pool is quite shallow but it felt good to soak there under the sun surrounded by the Makati skyline. It was our staycation and it really worked out cause we felt like tourists in our own city🤩 Thanks to the staff who made it happen despite some disappointing times at the breakfast. Hope it will never happen again"
