AAnonymous UserVery friendly staff. The hotel is definitely a budget hotel, which is fine. However they have a strange policy of only cleaning the room every 4 days. We were booked to stay for 5 days, so cleaning on day 4 made little sense. Fortunately the staff changed our cleaning schedule to day 3. They will not exchange towels outside of the cleaning day, unless you pay an additional fee. Personally I will opt for a more expensive hotel next time, but if you're looking for a room with a bed and shower, and nothing else, this will likely suit your needs.

KKrizzia AngeliPet policy is inconsistent. Upon arrival we were asked for a copy of the vaxx card of our pet. This information must be clearly stated on the hotel policies to avoid delay of check in. Room was clean and big. Very affordable and great location. Only cons: thin walls (you can hear all the people passing by especially when your room is close tot he swimming pool area) causing lack of sleep. It was a great stay overall. Chewie-approved!

VVierwangRight next to a street full of bars, the disco music with heavy metal beats blared until the early hours of the morning, making it impossible to sleep. The air conditioning was also a window unit, which was incredibly loud. Definitely not a good choice if you're a light sleeper.

MMikeD66Excellent, and always amenable staff at Leez Inn. I'm a frequent visitor, and for the price, one of the more superior places to stay in Makati.

DDBauzonWe always book in this hotel whenever we attend yearly events in Makati. This time, I booked with family. Location is good. Only the parking area is very limited. But overall, it is ok. Breakfast are simple silogs but still good.

GGuest UserIt's such an old place, but the location is ok. Unfortunately the lift didn't work and it was manually operated (in a good efficient way but still quite slow to go up and down). Being abto to open the window in one of the highest floor, and look down, seems quite unsafe especially if there are kids around (but I want to believe people with kids are not given this room). The bathroom had some sewage smell coming from toilet. Good bed and decent shower. Good AC 2000 php deposit seems too high and unnecessary Staff was friendly

RRobS.I have travelled a fair bit and feel that I have a good handle how things are. This hotel has Best Western as part of the name so I expected a certain level. I could see that the hotel was probably a higher end hotel, the lobby showed high end finishes and this was probably a 200+ room hotel when built. It has suffered a fair bit of age related issues and the room finishes are quite tired. I noticed on floor 9, 3 rooms together had obviously been flooded and not repaired. The smell of damaged materials was quite strong (lower parts of the doors were heavily water damaged and there were towels damming the thresholds). My room on a different floor was fine but I did have multiple legged friends in my room and the sheets were grey from multiple washings and lastly, the area is the seamy side of Makati (Manila) and is not the best. Okay, that is the list of cons, now for the pros, price was very reasonable, the staff was good in any interactions I had and if you want the seamy side, the location....is excellent. There are lots of bars nearby and multiple actually quite good restaurants including directly across the street, The Filling Station, a throwback to the 1950s us type Diner. Lots of fun and the food is quite good. I will mention that the gym is quite good and I did use it. The gym Airton has apparently had the refrigerant leaked off so it doesn't work. I was told a lot of the rooms have been sold as condos so I found the hotel to be quiet, good amenities for a good price but it is tired. Overall I'm going to rate this a high three star hotel because you kind of get something a little bit more for quite a reasonable price so it is a bargain and is not the slum that other cheap hotels often are. Yes, I would definitely stay again.
