"The place prepared a sweet welcome for me as I arrive I thought that was nice but despite that many things lacked. Cockroaches are seen, plenty of times, there’s no place to hang your clothes after washing them which I find it strange, so much rules and regulations to bring a guest in but I think the location was the exception. There’s plenty of food around , supermarket, entertainment and much more. Need the hotel to improve on 2 things. , 1 cleanliness and 2 get something for your future guest to hang their clothes in their rooms."

"This is our third time coming here and it’s been an amazing experience. We enjoyed the convenience, amenities and great location of the suites in Alpha. It is located at a very safe and central area in Makati. We were able to enjoy the skyline of Manila."

"We arrived earlier than expected so we weren't sure if we could check in yet but we were able to do early check-in which was awesome. We stayed from July 19 to July 23 of 2026 They prepared a small amentity cake for us when they were informed we were traveling to celebrate us. At the front desk, everyone greeted us warmly and helped us a lot throughout our stay. Concierge left us a little confused because they struggled to answer back in English and gave us the wrong information on where to buy sim cards. We had the breakfast package for two. You were given meal cards that you had to present when you went to eat breakfast. Once you do, the lovely servers would guide you to a table and asked if you would like any coffee or tea. They would walk around and clear any empty plates to make sure you don't feel crowded at the table. We ordered drinks at the pool bar and the bartender was lovely to talk to. Despite it being just us there he welcomed us to the hotel and asked what we wished to do in Makati. Once we talked about food he began talking about many restaurants around the hotel that he believed we would enjoy. Please give him our thanks because we went to the restaurant (Manam) he recommended for good Filipino food and we absolutely loved it! The security at the hotel was very friendly and made sure everyone was safe and okay. Overall, our stay was fantastic and would recommend any of our friends and families to stay at the Makati Diamond Residents!"

"We had a great stay! The place was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, making our stay really enjoyable. It was also well-equipped with complete house essentials so we had everything we needed during our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely consider staying here again."

"Located at the end of Poblacion, right in front of the Holiday Inn. There's a convenience store nearby and a Korean restaurant close by. For the price, you won't find a better hotel. Haha."

"Top notch service lovely reception staff who greets you with a big genuine smile and always helpful to solve any issues you may have. Excellent location and safe, next to a big green park and nearby malls. The room itself is spacious and super clean the sheets are always nice and they do a very good job tidying. There is very little noise from others. The only room for improvement is the smell in the apartment as I’m not sure if its the same in other apartments in the city but it smells a little mouldy/ has a sewage smell and one of the air con was dripping water. We didn’t request a room change since we figured it’s probably because the building itself so the hardware is old, we would still give it a 5 stars stay. The breakfast is with coupons at Nonos which is a restaurant attached to the building the food was delicious but the staff at Nonos was strangely strict with the choice of coffee they serve which is only Long Black coffee allowed for using the breakfast coupon. The saunas were working and hot."

"The location fo the hotel is quite good for business trip. As I just stay a night in this area. Can't have too much comments aboyt the surroundings nearby the hotel. However, it just took few seconds for me to walk to the place for my work. The traffic is busy as this is the CBD in Manila. I more important thing needed to be mention is Makati is quite safe if you want to find a place that is safety."

"The location is not very prime an the pin for the map is a little challenging but the place is a top notch! Very professional staff and very quick turn around time as well. I super love the room, it is very cozy, clean and perfect for resting. They also have a mineral water reserved for those who will checkin. Very neat and thoughtful. It was my birthday that time and I surely had the best bday rest. Thank you, Citadines!"

"Very close to TECO, there are restaurants, supermarkets and Starbucks downstairs, very convenient, the room has washing machines, hair dryers and hangers, I will choose here next time."

"One of the best I’ve ever visited it was so cool I made food and eat it and use the fridge and the view from the balcony was super amazing, the cr was cool also but alittle small but anyways it was very very cool rooms I’ve ever been to"
