NNatasha-AThis truly a five star and beyond. From the moment you enter the hotel you can fell the luxury. The rooms are very big and spacious and super clean . Bed is so comfortable. The service is an ice and beyond . The pool area is very clean and have an awesome bar and music. Service and food is also excellent. The pool has sun all day from about 11.30am until at least 5pm. Coffee is very nice at coffee shop and lounge. The hotel is very well located. Breakfast buffet is until 10.30am and is very nice too. Tgere is a big selection of food They also include all coffee selections at breakfast. Totally recommend this hotel in makati .

GGuest UserThis is a classic hotel, well located, full service (though a little slow at times) and it was very busy when we were there at Chinese New Year. The staff are friendly and helpful. This room was small but comfortable. Breakfast is fabulous but be careful of the queues (as well as when checking in and out). The gym is well stocked and the pool area is pleasant although the pool is a little small. The food is good all round. It is conveniently located next to the giant malls of Makati where there is plenty to eat and shop! I enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The lobby is lovely.

AAcelauThe most affordable Peninsula I've stayed at. On the day I checked in, there was a wedding or some event in the lobby, which made for a very poor experience. Checking in was a hassle, having to walk all around. The exterior is still quite grand, but the facilities inside are a bit outdated.

OOc$I had an exceptional stay at Ascott Makati. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Makati with direct access to Glorietta Mall, making shopping, dining, and exploring the city incredibly convenient.
The rooms are spacious, modern, and very well-maintained. I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living space, which made it feel like a home away from home. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything stayed spotless throughout my stay.
The staff went above and beyond in every interaction. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the efficient service at breakfast, everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help.
The amenities are top-notch, with a relaxing pool, well-equipped gym, and great dining options. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices, all fresh and delicious.
Overall, Ascott Makati delivers the perfect balance of comfort, luxury, and convenience. Whether for business or leisure, I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely choose it again on my next visit to Manila.

KKrizzia AngeliPet policy is inconsistent. Upon arrival we were asked for a copy of the vaxx card of our pet. This information must be clearly stated on the hotel policies to avoid delay of check in. Room was clean and big. Very affordable and great location. Only cons: thin walls (you can hear all the people passing by especially when your room is close tot he swimming pool area) causing lack of sleep. It was a great stay overall. Chewie-approved!

GGuest UserThey’re improving. The reception staff are very friendly, but they call even when “Do Not Disturb” is on, asking if you need towels they should respect it and not call.
The area is very noisy motorbikes and jeepneys are the main issue, not the clubs. If you like a lively area with restaurants and nightlife, the location is great. If you want peace and quiet, I don’t recommend it.
The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom is good.
