JinwanbidalaohuExceeded expectations! This is by far one of the best value-for-money hotels in Manila. The overall cleanliness was superb, facilities were excellent, and the decor was uniquely stylish and elegant—much better than what you'd find in the BGC area!

Kristin_XWe arrived earlier than expected so we weren't sure if we could check in yet but we were able to do early check-in which was awesome.
We stayed from July 19 to July 23 of 2026
They prepared a small amentity cake for us when they were informed we were traveling to celebrate us.
At the front desk, everyone greeted us warmly and helped us a lot throughout our stay. Concierge left us a little confused because they struggled to answer back in English and gave us the wrong information on where to buy sim cards.
We had the breakfast package for two. You were given meal cards that you had to present when you went to eat breakfast. Once you do, the lovely servers would guide you to a table and asked if you would like any coffee or tea. They would walk around and clear any empty plates to make sure you don't feel crowded at the table.
We ordered drinks at the pool bar and the bartender was lovely to talk to. Despite it being just us there he welcomed us to the hotel and asked what we wished to do in Makati. Once we talked about food he began talking about many restaurants around the hotel that he believed we would enjoy. Please give him our thanks because we went to the restaurant (Manam) he recommended for good Filipino food and we absolutely loved it!
The security at the hotel was very friendly and made sure everyone was safe and okay.
Overall, our stay was fantastic and would recommend any of our friends and families to stay at the Makati Diamond Residents!

A is for AppleI had a wonderful stay at the Manila Peninsula Hotel. The overall atmosphere is comfortable, and the service is professional and attentive. From check-in to the day-to-day details, everything felt well taken care of. The room was clean and well-maintained.
What I liked most is the hotel’s location. It’s convenient, with shopping malls nearby, so it’s easy to find places to eat and shop without having to plan too much in advance.

N N6310The room was very clean and spacious, which I was very happy with. The pool was also large and the water temperature was pleasant, not cold. I would definitely like to stay here again.

iYooootFor a 5 star hotel, the service is very annoying. They would call me randomly to ask for feedback a few hours after I checked in. They would knock on my door early in the morning while I'm still sleeping to do a ”room check”... On the day of my check out, I had a knock on the door a bit past 9am, I ignored it as I was still in bed but they kept ringing the bell. I finally got up and the lady asked ”is there anything I can help with?”. Yes leave me alone. I went back to bed to rest and then got a phone call soon after as a reminder that check out is at 12pm. It's not even 10am yet and your staff already interrupted my sleep twice. Trying to get the room clean involves multiple phone calls. Once I left it to see how long it would take but at 6pm, I had to call since they never came during the day. Another time they cleaned, the cleaners said they ran out of towels so there would be someone who would deliver soon. I forgot about it until we went to have a shower and then it took almost an hour for the towels to arrive so we had to wait to use the bathroom as they took away the dirty towels so we didn't have anything to dry ourselves. Don't order room service. The food is very bad. I actually gagged on a drink they prepared. The TV is very old, they are still using cable technology. WiFi is patchy. Trying to get up and down the lift is a nightmare if you come at the wrong time as the line gets backed up all the way out into the street. My girlfriend was stopped by over eager security staff when she was trying to leave to buy some snacks as the room service meals were so bad even tho she had a room key and they would not let her up to the lobby on the 6th floor without me. Instead, I had to go down and pick her up from the ground floor where she was sitting in the corner like she was in trouble.

The hotel is in a great location in Makati, right next to SM Mall, making it convenient to get anywhere. It's also only a fifteen-minute drive from the airport. There are a lot of guests, and overall it's good, but the hotel is a bit old. The breakfast is rich and excellent. The hotel has a gym and an outdoor pool, which are both decent. It feels very safe!

CLARISSCHASorry i forgot to take a picture inside my room.. but the room is pretty comfortable for 2 person, i booked the twin one. Also there's a refrigerator for store some food/drink, for the amenitites unfortunately there's no toothbrush & toothpaste. Drinks are provide by refill. Glad to stay here because there's so much food & restaurant in this area. I arrived in the morning and they said the room is still full so i can not check in early, but don't worry we still can store our luggage there. Overall i enjoy to stay at Lub D Makati ☺︎

Anonymous UserThe hotel is getting better, still offer the best room size and views at this location. If you are into the vibe of the bars and restaurants in Pabloion, this is the hotel for you. The only annoying things about this location is the Burgos area, so it's a give and take about the hotel location but the staff at the reception, super friendly and helpful. They always welcome you with a smile. Been staying here for years.
maybe on the more pricey side compared to the other but it's the new building in this area

HarshJBreakfast service is a trash , don’t know dignity to serve the guest with special food dietary requirements. Highly not recommended for vegetarian or vegan guests. Kitchen staff have nothing to serve and they avoid serving guests. Also they can give a tough fight for bottled water they provide two bottles of around 300 ML per day, which is highly unlikely either they must arrange water coolers at all floors. At least such a great hotel chain like ramada don’t miss on water revenues highly unfair. Water is a basic necessity and if they don’t provide with basic necessities they are not into hospitality business either. Still front desk staff are polite but kitchen management staff are not so favourable and don’t bother if you have nothing to eat. Your dignity and respect to guests must be your responsibility as you are paid for your service so you are not doing obligations on them. Please try to be polite and respectful at all times. Think yourself lucky if you can serve someone with dignity
