The best hostel of my entire trip! From the cleanliness of the rooms and comfortable beds to the kitchen and the wonderful staff—everything was perfect! I spent 11 nights at this hostel and didn't want to leave at all. At Oversleep Cat Ba, I was an important guest. my bed linen was changed every three days (or sooner at my request). There were always fresh towels at reception. Delicious food and the nicest chefs. At reception, you can resolve any issue. From renting a bike to withdrawing cash (I transferred money to a Vietnamese bank via Q-code and they kindly gave me the entire amount in cash) No stress or complications. I extended my reservation several times and didn't have to change beds; they organised everything for me. Sensitive and responsible. Papa - here are my words of love from the bottom of my heart, for your care. For every morning and evening When I came to the pool bar, I always smiled when I saw you! Thank you for your kindness. For making me feel at home away from home (this is not just a slogan, it is the motto of the entire hotel. The rooms and beds - a separate love Nowhere else have I found such comfortable and ergonomically correct beds Not only a locker, shelf, lamp and socket, but also a large amount of space on the side of the bed where you can conveniently lay out your things (and hide your backpack in a large locker under the bed) No mess and always clean. Clean and functional showers and toilets. Plenty of space, no unpleasant odours. Importantly, there is space to work. The bar has enough space for fun evenings and for work. Uninterrupted Wi-Fi, excellent speed. The hostel observes quiet hours. For breakfast, I always asked for extra bread with my meal, and I was never refused. In the end, I didn't even have to ask; the staff knew me and offered me bread themselves. So nice! Thank you! I was late due to the ferry closure and didn't stay at the hotel overnight. But I arrived in the morning and went to the hotel. I had a voucher with breakfast. The staff accepted it and allowed me to go to the cafe for breakfast. I'm very grateful for that. At the same time, I booked a Ha Long tour, which was very convenient.

We had a great stay at Napoli Hostel and would highly recommend to anyone looking for accommodations in Cat Ba. Gem the owner was super helpful. She was able to help get our laundry done in 3 hours. The room was just has described, very clean spacious main area with separate bench area by the door for our luggage and to put on shoes. We didn’t need the mini fridge but appreciated that it was available in the room. There was a small desk area to do some work or put on makeup, that was a nice touch. And we were surprised at how good the drying mechanism in the wet room (bathroom) was. In such a wet climate that was nice to have. The room came with a small balcony outdoor area in front of the room but we also did not use this. Lastly breakfast had many nice options, from western to local. It comes with many drink choices as well. Overall wonderful experience and value for money.

The room was very clean and tidy, with complete and new facilities. The surrounding environment was very quiet, and there were all kinds of restaurants downstairs, making it very convenient to eat. The receptionist spoke Chinese and was very nice, even recommending nearby attractions. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again next time; I will definitely choose this hotel again. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, which provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the pier and close to Cat Co beach, making it convenient for sightseeing and enjoying the local attractions. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with stunning views from both my balcony and the rooftop cafe. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery was truly a highlight of my trip. The staff at the hotel were exceptional; they were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. They helped arrange transportation from Hanoi to Cat Ba and even organized a fantastic day trip to Ha Long Bay for me. Breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable with a variety of options available, including made-to-order eggs that were delicious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and homely, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend View Point Anh Quan Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Cat Ba!

Clean. The room has toiletries and a kettle. You can get drinking water in the kitchen. Beautiful surroundings and fresh air. Mountains, birds, butterflies. Two large windows with a great view! The hosts are friendly and speak English. There's a cafe right in the hotel with a decent selection of dishes and reasonable prices. You can book excursions and transfers to get to the city. You can also rent a bike. Be aware that taxi apps don't work on the island, so you'll either need to rent a bike or book a taxi through hotels or hail one on the street. The hotel is quite far from everything. The only major downside is the poor soundproofing in the rooms; you can hear all your neighbors very clearly.

The guy at the front desk was very nice. Motorbike rental was 100k. There were many places to eat nearby, but breakfast was no longer available recently.

The hotel boasts an excellent location and clean rooms. The incredibly helpful staff organized tours, transportation, and laundry, making my stay exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel was 2 nights, flew from Nyachang to Hanoi, then to the island to visit the Gulf of Langha and Halong. At once on the recipe, they bought a tour to Halong for 600,000 d. per person. - The views are amazing, the service on the yacht of all staff - super, attentive and caring. In the hotel all staff are good ́-careful, attentive to requests, good ́ and fun ́. English we almost don't know, communicated through the translator in the phone, they talked to us patiently. We were pleased to be in their hands). They arranged for us a smooth trip back to Hanoi . Thank you from the Soul. The hotel is very successfully located - in the very center of the island. From the balcony is visible square, fountain, in the evening it includes music and beautiful lighting, Trees are all in the lights too. For children there are colorful car rental. Outside the sea square. Walking from the hotel 3 minutes to the new beach straight through the square. Near shops and cafes with delicious food and beautiful feeding. We are delighted to stay on the island, on the mainland and in general from the inhabitants of this country!

The room was poorly soundproofed, and it took a long time at the front desk due to the work error of the travel agent at check-in. There were two bottles of mineral water in the room, and the front desk clerk specially said to give it to me (she knows a little Chinese, I may have heard it wrong? She apologized for the delay at the front desk?), so I drank both bottles of mineral water. But the front desk clerk charged two bottles of mineral water when checking out (because I reported the inconvenience of check-in to Trip.com, made her irritated, canceled the gift?)
