GGuest UserWe chose this Zhefei Hotel for our trip with friends, and it felt like great value for money. First of all, the service staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; everyone smiled and assisted us with our luggage, making things much easier for us. The room was also very clean – the bedding was practically brand new, which made us feel safe and comfortable. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area, which was very convenient. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hotel also has a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, which was very convenient. I highly recommend staying here! Everyone should check it out!

GGuest UserOn the positives first, the room was spacious and well-equipped! Parking was relatively easy!
Now for the negatives, and this is just my personal opinion: the door lock was loose, the screws were loose, the bathroom slippers smelled terrible, and the toilet seat was cracked with several layers of clear tape wrapped around it—couldn't they have just replaced it? Most importantly, the bed creaked so loudly that I couldn't turn over or move at all, which seriously affected my sleep!
As for the service, I didn't feel anything special!

They also got xiao du for your smart room AI so you can ask it to turn off the lights and even play songs for you!
On top of delicious breakfast, the hotel also gave us a small goodie bags of ChiFeng products like milk candy and milk tea powder. We feel very welcome and taken care of in this hotel 😆

The owner's service attitude was excellent. Although some issues couldn't be resolved, he was responsive.
The facilities were generally new, and the air conditioning and electric blanket were very thoughtful.
There was a pine oil smell, so be cautious if you have sensitive noses. I, a chronic rhinitis sufferer, didn't notice it. The black toilet was unique, a first for me. In the first room, the showerhead leaked, and the toilet didn't flush. A different room the next day fixed the problem. Be sure to check the toilet and showerhead for proper function upon check-in.
Areas for improvement:
1. The roof is made of sunroom glass, and it's incredibly bright at 5 a.m., practically a cure for lazy sleepers.
2. Always choose the room at the back; there's zero soundproofing. A tour group left at 6 a.m., and I was woken by the constant noise.
3. There's a cultural festival or something a few dozen meters away, with electronic music and fireworks throughout the evening, ending at 12 p.m. If you're looking for an early start, forget it; the speakers will make your bed shake. Of course, this isn't the owner's decision, so I can't blame him.
Finally, I want to say that if you want to experience the yurt experience, you must be prepared to sleep for 5 hours, because theoretically there is only so much time to sleep. However, as someone who often travels for business and has average sleep quality, such a room is not my best choice.

The house number is unclear and it is in the courtyard of a hotel. I followed the navigation back and forth until I found it.
There are charging stations in the yard, and parking at the door is convenient.
