The facilities are a bit old, but the space is large and the location is convenient. Parking right in front is super easy.
The interior is clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Having an electric stove for shabu-shabu is a big plus!
However, I was disappointed with the bedding situation. When I booked, it stated there would be a bed and a tatami mat. But upon check-in, there was only a bed and two pillows. I was told I'd have to pay extra for a tatami mat and additional pillows. I ended up paying ¥2400 for two small pillows (¥600 per night), which felt different from what was promised during booking. It left a bit of a bad taste.

lotosliyaExcellent location, the hotel is a 10-minute walk from Ocean Park, and there are two beautiful beaches nearby. There are also two bus stops, a Lawson convenience store, and a restaurant close by. If you walk towards the wild beach, you'll find plenty of restaurants and cafes along the way. We walked everywhere. The road from the bus stop to the hotel is uphill, but it's not too tiring, just a 9-minute walk on a good path. You can rent electric bikes at the hotel for 2000 yen per day, or pay by the hour. Our stay was very convenient and comfortable. It's a condominium, and the room has everything you need for cooking and laundry. The room was clean. The stove is gas, but it's easy to use. There's a microwave and all the necessary utensils, including a frying pan and dishes, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The front desk staff was very kind and helped us check in after the official check-in time after we called them (our flight was delayed, but they left the key in our room). I had to ask an airport staff member at the service desk to call the hotel for us, as it's impossible for foreigners to buy a Japanese SIM card for calls (they only sell them for internet at the airport). You can order breakfast: bento boxes are delivered to the hotel every morning and they are quite tasty. At the front desk, there are drip coffee bags, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. After check-out (by 11 am), they allowed us to leave our luggage at the front desk until the evening so we could enjoy Ocean Park and the aquarium one last time without carrying our bags.

Guest UserNobody checked in downstairs, but they had already sent me a QR code before check-in, which was very convenient, though I'm not sure why. We originally booked two rooms for six people, but they asked for eight passports. We stay at this hotel twice a year, but perhaps because of the heavy rain this time, water was flowing back into the range hood, causing it to drip.

The location is fantastic, and there's a private beach with water activities. The swimming pool is also very clean. Every room has a balcony, and the rooms themselves are incredibly spacious. There's plenty of parking available too.

The white cottages are lined up in a place that is easily visible from the road, so you can arrive without getting lost. Check-in was thorough, so it took a long time, and I got bitten by a lot of mosquitoes, but I was warmed by the human touch.
The building I stayed in was in the style of an American house from the Showa era. There was a dining table, couch, and chairs, and the ceilings were high and comfortable. The electrical appliances seemed to be a mix of nostalgic and newer items. There were not many places to plug in electrical outlets. Is this because of the place's aging? The bathroom window wouldn't open, and the lock seemed broken, so as a sensitive city dweller, I was worried about security (it was fine, of course). It was a comfortable stay.

Bad things:
- This place is quite far away from city, 12mins driving distance to closest convenience shop
- You must own a car to go there and the driving way to there are nearly no street light, very dark
- The room quite small, it is nearly not possible to live for two people
- Some inserts appear at night but really so clean inside the room, you just have to close your room door asap whenever you open at night
Good things:
- All the things are super new and clean
- Quiet, and it is super comfortable to live in the forest with good facilities
- Cozy bed, strong water and electricity supply
Overall:
I think this is a good place to stay if you do not mind to drive in a dark night. And super recommend someone who wanna taste living in forest with urban city living style (can charge your phone, watch tablet and take a good shower)

Bird photography at the hotel backyard is not allowed which is ridiculous as there is no warning sign or whatsoever. A lady just came to say something with probably not a polite attitude. As a bird photographer who selects this hotel especially for bird photography and this special need cannot be accepted at their backyard! This is no fun at all. If the hotel doesn’t allow photographers to take bird photos at their backyard, they have to make it very clear in their Facebook or at least upon checking in !

The room looked clean, but when I walked to the tatami place to see, it was actually full of hair and a lot of sand dust, and then carefully checked the entire room floor, I can only say that there is a lot of dust, a lot of sand and a lot of hair! I can't believe it..... Later, I wiped the floor all over, and the pillow shook the dust before I had a way to rest and would not choose to stay again.

The rooms are very nice and spacious, they have a terrace and are equipped with a fridge and kitchen but, if you want to cook and use the pots and pans you have to pay 1000 yen per day!! Also the only way to reach the hotel is by car and for the parking (which seemed unguarded) they ask for another 1000 yen per day. When we entered there was the garbage of the previous guest on the terrace, but otherwise it was clean.

Tito CheungI got so many problems during the check in session and I was really disappointed about the arrangement.
I did not received any check in guideline from the hotel before the check in day. When I arrived the location, i released that it is a residential apartment. I called the hotel hotline for help, a lady picked up my call, but claimed no one can speak English. She insisted no one can help me for check in. I called her 4 times, and also keep sending an email and messages asked for a check in guideline, but still no one can help.
I can only called Trip.com CS for help, and it was already 00:00 at midnight. I was with my 6 year old son, hang out on the street. Under the assistance from Trip.com, with over 10 calls back and forth, I can finally got in the room, but it's already 2:30am. I spent 3 hours to check in the room.
