The environment was serene and beautifully kept, making it easy to relax and feel at peace throughout our stay.
The hospitality was outstanding. The hosts were incredibly warm, friendly, and easygoing, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It’s rare to find a place that feels this welcoming.
A special highlight was the food, organic, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared using ingredients grown by the owners themselves. It had such a unique, wholesome taste that you simply can’t find outside. We would absolutely come back just for the meals alone.
The location is also very convenient, with two major attractions nearby and just a short walk away to大地指纹, yet the space itself remains quiet and tranquil.
Overall, a truly memorable stay. My only regret is not staying longer. Highly recommended!!!

GGuest UserA relatively good hotel in Caoke Town, the room has a balcony, the river below, the green mountains and green waters are visually cool. The room was clean and tidy. The facilities are average and the service attitude is not bad. Due to the 22-year earthquake, the hot spring is not open at present, so it is the only regret of this trip!

GGuest User老婆從小紅書看到的，覺得非常安逸。但是我來攜程上一看，有且僅有一條評價。瞬間覺得這個酒店可能不靠譜。但是事實確實打臉了，環境非常的好，宣傳的是藏式風格，我覺得偏羌式一點。酒店本身就很漂亮，雖然有一點點瑕疵，但瑕不掩瑜。其次，非常的安靜，讓身處鬧市的我都有了在此避世的感覺。第三，東西非常的好吃，在酒店中能找到讓我喜歡的餐飲真不多，這家餐飲很棒。最後，服務是很舒服，不是説服務人員的標準有多高，是有心的感覺，村民最為服務人員你真的能感覺到淳樸和熱心。最後，店長很棒，一定要表揚下！

I made a pot of tea in the private courtyard of the suite, ate the fresh fruit plate delivered to the room by the housekeeper sisters every day, and took a bubble bath in my room at night, which was very relaxing and relaxing. We delayed check-out for more than an hour due to our own reasons, and the ladies said it was no problem. GGuest UserThere were not many guests staying in the hotel, so the boss upgraded the room for us. The room was very big, probably about 70 or 80 square meters. The hardware was good, clean and tidy, with large terraces on three sides, but the view was average, not all tea gardens as imagined. The main hot spring was actually just a small pool, about 80 cm deep, deeper than the average hot spring pool, not suitable for small children, but the water was very clean. It would be much better if there was one more pool or one more swimming pool. The hotel should launch some interactive activities in conjunction with the tea garden and add some tea souvenirs.

GGuest UserI gave the sister at the front desk a five-star praise and checked in very quickly. I saw that I brought two children to upgrade my parent-child room. The room was very beautiful, with dolls and Trojan horses. I especially liked this painting the most. The room was clean and comfortable. It was too high-grade. ZZZHH YYFacilities: The staff upgraded us to a private room. The room is large and has an independent hot spring room. You can directly see the 🦌 and peacocks on the opposite side from the balcony. The children are very happy. The hotel environment and facilities are very good.
Environment: On the top of the mountain, the hotel is very photogenic and very beautiful. Unfortunately, the flowering period of the valley has passed this season. It is hot in summer, and you can basically only stay in the hotel during the day, as shown in the picture.
Hygiene: Every place in the hotel is very clean. The cleaning lady (local) enthusiastically helped us clean the hot spring pool again.
Service: Shili Fangfei is creating high-end cultural tourism, but I don’t know what the concept and positioning of the service is? In addition to the professional and smiling service in the restaurant, many other questions are answered one by one, without emotion and warmth, and the overall sense is biased.

A small accident in the playground; the child's finger was scratched in less than two minutes after entering the playground. Later, it was found that there was also a wound on the leg. The staff was called in for disinfection in time. After that, except for asking on WeChat and saying that they would investigate, there was no formal apology and no follow-up... The hotel's handling method and attitude are inevitably disappointing.

The security guard took us to the room and explained the history of Anshun Field to me. The hotel gave us a free upgrade room. The hotel's breakfast is also very good, the hot and sour powder children especially like it. When checking out, the front desk also sent the children two small stone paintings, saying that the store manager himself painted them for the children to commemorate. Overall, this stay was great.
