First, the good: the aesthetic of the hotel is exceptional, especially the lobby and the bar. You receive a personalised welcome including a history of the hotel. The rooms are super quiet and dark at night and you'll for sure get a good sleep.
The bad: the rooms are very small and the one we got (Rose) was a disappointment compared to the photos. The room lacked basic amenities like tea and coffee which you get in even the most low budget hotels, and when the front desk was called to ask about this, we were offered tea brought to the room, but then charged 20 euros (we got this removed from the bill of course, but this should not have happened to begin with).
The service was very slow during our stay, both the check-in but also the breakfast. It felt like it was understaffed, even though at breakfast it was only around half full at the time. In general, the service level attempts to be more personal to justify its 5 star rating, but clearly more staff are needed to pull this off properly.
The spa was too cold to enjoy.
I would not stay again, but would consider visiting the bar to enjoy the unique atmosphere.

I booked the most expensive room type, but the hotel gave the attic room. The bedside location was facing the bathroom door. How to communicate did not admit that the room type did not match. This made my impression of the Frenchman discounted.
Trip.com Customer service is very powerful, has been helping me to fight for the rights and interests that I should have. The location of this hotel is really good. In the sixth district, it is safe and quiet. It is recommended that friends who come here book the basic room type.
Opposite the hotel is a Macaron bakery in Paris. This may be relatively biased, so I didn't see the queue. We stayed here for a few days and had breakfast every day.

We had a wonderful stay at Bloom House Hotel. The breakfast was enjoyable, especially the poultry sausages as I don’t eat pork, though it would have been even better with the addition of baked beans. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, making for a truly restful stay. The spa was amazing and a real highlight of our visit - a steam room would have made it perfect. We will definitely consider staying at Bloom House again on our next trip to Paris.

BasiL C.They have the most amazing croissant I've had during my trip in Paris! And I have been to more than a dozen places, with Google ratings over 4stars and thousands review. My booking included breakfast, and boy I'm glad it did. They bake their own bread and pastry in house, and if you get there right at the opening at 7am, the croissant is still warm. The location of the hotel is good, within 10 mins walk to the Metro and train station. The room is clean. The price per night is affordable. But all I can remember are those croissants. Damn I'm going to miss those croissants.

The family room, with two rooms nestled in a gated area, offered considerable privacy. While the room wasn't as large as expected, the bathroom was large and spacious. The breakfast was excellent, and the front desk staff provided helpful information, such as how reliable it was to call a taxi rather than using a Bolt, and their restaurant recommendations were excellent. The location, right by the Seine, made getting around easily. Overall, it was a quiet, elegant, and comfortable environment.

Guest UserI stayed here for a couple of nights from the 7th to the 9th of August. During my first night stay, I had a very unpleasant experience with the night receptionist. I returned to the hotel after watching an Olympic table tennis match that finished at around midnight. After showering and washing my hair I found out that the hair dryer didn't work so I phoned the reception to ask for help. The receptionist told me that there was nothing he could do as housekeeping was closed. I told him that I couldn't go to bed with wet hair but he repeatedly refused to help. After a long argument with him on the phone he eventually came up to my room. On entering my room, his manner was aggressive and he was more interested in scolding me than trying to fix the hair dryer. It wasn't until I told him that I would demand a full refund of my room rates before he fixed the problem. The lengthy and frustrating process of dealing with this guy kept me up until 2am. The following day, I filed a complaint with the manager who promised he would investigate the matter.
The way I was treated by this night time receptionist makes me feel that there was an element of race and gender discrimination as I am an Asian woman. I'd like to think this was a bad showing by one individual staff rather than the general service level of the hotel. The other staff of the hotel seemed friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Elysées, and is surrounded by subway stations and bus stops. The hotel is clean, the front desk and housekeeping staff are friendly, and the breakfast is fresh and delicious. It's important to clearly state whether breakfast is charged. I was charged for breakfast included in my booking, but Ctrip intervened and the issue was resolved. Highly recommended.

Overall, for a hotel in Paris, this one offers good value for money. Although it's located in the 12th arrondissement, which is a bit suburban, the proximity to the metro station makes it very convenient. It's only two stops to the famous Châtelet station. The room wasn't small either. It seems like many Accor brand hotels are in this area. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. However, finding a laundromat was really difficult and far – you'd probably need an electric scooter to get to a residential area about 2 kilometers away.
What's highly recommended is their gym. It occupies the entire basement level and even offers free apples for an energy boost. There's a wide variety of equipment, and the dumbbells come in a full range of weights, including heavy ones. There are also different small rooms for individual workouts, along with separate restrooms and shower rooms.
My biggest disappointment was their breakfast. Even though the ingredients seemed high-quality and possibly organic, paying nearly 200 RMB per person and not finding anything that suited a Chinese palate and was healthy was frustrating. There were no leafy green vegetables, just some very basic, raw cabbage hearts. Some of the cold cuts were surprisingly unappetizing. The staff also seemed very rushed. I only found out after leaving that you could ask a server for coffee. The only thing I'd recommend is the freshly made omelets – bring your own vegetables to get enough protein. Taste-wise, it was honestly not as good as Hampton by Hilton.
Another overall impression is that hotels in France don't have the same warmth as those in Belgium, and the English proficiency was slightly inferior. Don't even expect any Chinese-speaking staff.

We had a truly wonderful family stay at Majestic Hotel & Spa – Champs-Élysées, and it made our time in Paris even more special.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and very accommodating, especially towards our family, which made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. The hospitality was genuine and thoughtful.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing space for the whole family after a day of exploring Paris. Cleanliness was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming.
The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major attractions—perfect for a family trip.
The spa and hotel facilities added to the experience, allowing us to unwind and enjoy quality family time in a peaceful setting.
Overall, Majestic Hotel & Spa is an excellent choice for families visiting Paris, offering comfort, great service, and a prime location. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.

lymaSmall boutique hotel with only 3 rooms per floor. We took the deluxe room and it was spacious enough to fit a cot. The room is nice designed and comfortable. The entrance is quite hidden as the logo of the hotel is small.
Service, all the staff are young, chic and friendly. Just one little feedback is they hang up the phone too quickly, always a very short bye then hang up. When we arrived there was no one at the door to assist with luggage.
We had three meals at the restaurant/room service. Some dishes are good but the both pasta dishes was not good.
