"The service was great! Everything was very clean and the location was good. You have a Mercadona supermarket a 1-minute walk away, and restaurants about 7 minutes away, which is very convenient. The only downside is that it's far from the city center, but overall, it's excellent. Plus, it has parking! ✨"

"The hotel was quite comfortable, but there's no direct airport shuttle. If you take the subway, you'll have to carry your luggage a short distance. The staff was okay; they kept asking if we wanted to add breakfast since we hadn't booked it, and they did deliver luggage to the room. The first time, they delivered the wrong bags, and when we told them it wasn't ours, they responded with 'but it has Chinese writing on it?' The turndown service included chocolates, and we got a free glass bottled water every day."

"What a cocky place. It’s a hostel, but there’s no kitchen. Since they have a restaurant, I guess the expectation is that guests eat there. They charge €5 for early check-in, even if you arrive just one hour early. They also charge for luggage storage, with the price depending on the size of your luggage. As of 21 August, there’s construction directly opposite the hostel, on the train station side. They start early, so be prepared to wake up to construction noise. But the biggest issue for me was how unnecessarily inefficient the check-in process is. They send you a link to complete check-in, but even though your reservation is already fully paid, they still collect your credit card details. Huh? I’ve never encountered this at a hostel. One of the reasons I book through booking platforms is precisely so I don’t have to hand over my card details to every individual property. Apparently, this hostel believes it can protect my data better than the big booking platforms. 🤷♀️ And then: I arrived one hour early and completed the check-in process at the front desk. I went out for lunch ( because they asked me to pay 5 eur for early check-in), and when I came back, there was a queue for check-in again. Completely ridiculous and unnecessarily inefficient. To be fair, it’s a fancy-looking hostel in a convenient location, very close to the train station, with plenty of nice restaurants around. But for me, the whole experience felt unnecessarily money-focused and inefficient. Fancy doesn’t automatically mean good hospitality."

"decent considering the price and location but definitely not the nicest hostel I've stayed in. I appreciated not needing to make my own bed but thats about where the good things end. Room is extremely cramped and two people cannot move around at the same time, there is no railing on the upper bunk, poor ventilation and air conditioning. It also has the worst bathroom design I've seen in a while, with no door on the shower room (only a lock on the cubicle itself) and there is one singular hook inside the cubicle behind a curtain that is soaking wet so clothing (dirty or not) and towel will definitely get wet. the knob of the shower falls off too."

"The rooms are spacious. It’s a pet friendly hotel so it was the first time I actually heard dogs barking. Overall I felt like I get a lot of privacy and quiet. There’s no noise from the outside world coming in. It isn’t a party hotel so the other guests are pretty calm. It is a quick 15-20 minute bus into the Salamanca District."

"The hotel is in a great location, just across from the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, a three-minute walk from the Prado Museum, and a seven- to eight-minute walk from Puerta del Sol. There are multiple subway stations nearby, and Atocha is also within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The family room we booked wasn't large, but it spanned two floors and had a terrace, perfect for a family with two children."

"The accommodation is decent. We stayed in a triple room with a shared bathroom. The furniture and beds are basic, but it was clean and we were able to rest well, there was no noise and everything worked properly. The bathroom was also clean, although it seemed insufficient for the number of people using it, as there are only two showers and two toilets for four rooms. It's also true that I think we were all attending the same event and our schedules were very similar (perhaps that's why it felt like there were a lot of people in the bathroom). Regarding the location, it's not very central, but it has a metro stop nearby on Line 1 which takes you quickly to, for example, Gran Vía. Plus, the Bernabéu and Castellana are very close."

"The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The hotel environment is nice, but breakfast service is slow and the waiter's memory is a bit iffy. During our three-night stay, only the last breakfast did the waiter bring the correct drinks (after double-checking with us). The room had a small balcony, which was nice, but it was a small attic room with an angled corner."

"The hotel is very close to the subway station, located in a residential area with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. The rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly. Noemi at the front desk was particularly helpful, communicating proactively and resolving any issues. The breakfast was also good; eggs are ordered separately. The breakfast area was spacious, and there was a usher to the table. The only downsides were the lack of slippers and tissues in the room, which was somewhat inconvenient. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride from the hotel to the airport, making travel very convenient."
