JJasem AThe location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient for exploring Madrid. Check-in was swift and efficient, with great service from Daniel, which set a positive tone upon arrival. Check-out was also smooth and well handled.
The breakfast area and service were good but could use some improvement, both in organization and attentiveness.
Concierge service was good.
All front desk staff, bellboys, and door staff were excellent.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly impacted by the condition of the room/bathroom. Housekeeping services and room cleanliness were extremely poor, to the point that it ruined what could have otherwise been a pleasant stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for me and my family and one of the main reasons we choose 5-star hotels, and in this regard, the hotel fell far short of expectations.
This was particularly disappointing given that we had communicated with the hotel prior to check-in, yet the issue was not addressed despite the repeated and daily requests!
I will not go into details nor post pictures out of respect, and just I hope that the hotel will pay attention to this.
While some departments clearly made an effort, the lack of basic room cleanliness overshadowed those positives and ultimately defined the experience.

GGuest UserLadies, you absolutely must stay in the city center when you come to Madrid! I originally booked this hotel on ***********, but the hotel messaged me saying they needed to pay through their link, and I was worried about the security of my overseas credit card, so I canceled. I booked through Ctrip instead, and the price was even lower. The location is incredibly central; it's very close to shopping, dining, and various attractions, most of which are within walking distance. I was shopping every day! Most of the restaurants and cafes recommended by my friends are near the hotel! It's so convenient! There's a supermarket, a metro station, and a Drui beauty store downstairs. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Madrid! On the day of check-in, the staff helped carry my luggage up the steps, so ladies don't need to worry. The room was quiet and clean, small but fully equipped, and you can even cook. Getting to and from the airport is super convenient; just take the pink Line 8 and transfer to the blue Line 10.

女女Spain has lived in the most satisfying hotel. Although the hotel is not big, it is exquisite, the service is impeccable, the spare parts are full set of L'Occitane, and extra bath supplies and hand cream are given. The favorite photos are taken on the balcony of the room. Very Spanish style, breakfast menu can be single point, rich choice, highly recommended!

SSHCSVery convenient location within walking distance to shops and major attractions, with a lively atmosphere at night. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing my friend to check in early after her morning flight. Breakfast was enjoyable and served in a charming basement dining area. A decent hotel with a touch of vintage character.
