"After a frustrating experience at the Sofitel in Lisbon, I was immediately put at ease by the warm and professional front desk staff upon arriving at the Four Seasons in Madrid. The bellhop who helped with my luggage to the room was also very enthusiastic, even offering to get me more water, to which I replied I would call if needed. The hotel's location, as expected, is right in the heart of the shopping district. The ambiance perfectly matches the hotel's standards. In contrast, the Oriental Mandarin in Barcelona had much smaller rooms. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay at the Four Seasons this time."

"Booked this hotel on a business trip, the environment is good, the location is good, the traffic is convenient, the service is warm and thoughtful, the room is clean and tidy, and very satisfied."

"The hotel is magnificent,but before the reconstruction in the rooms was quiet.Now the room is not led by a soundproof door (seen under the door from the corridor),when guests in the corridor talk or when baggage or service carts are rolled,they are heard in the room.This is The only significant shortcoming of the hotel."

"This hotel is very unique, with each floor featuring its own distinctive design. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It was the first time I've stayed in a room with a projector instead of a traditional TV, which was an interesting and fun experience. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest metro station and about 5 minutes from a supermarket behind the hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and polite. The breakfast offered a great variety of choices and everything tasted excellent. It was probably the best hotel breakfast I've had outside Northern Europe. One thing to be aware of is that the rooms are not very soundproof. I could almost hear my neighbor taking a shower! XD It would also have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room for storing drinks and snacks. That said, these are only minor drawbacks. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who prefers staying outside the city center. It's an excellent option with easy access to the metro, which takes you to the city center in about 20 minutes."

"They say traveling in Europe can be a real hassle, but this place really prioritizes safety! I didn't have to worry about anything getting lost. Plus, you don't even need a European adapter; your domestic chargers work fine! The breakfast selection was also excellent. My stay was super comfortable, and I had a great time!"

"Service: All staff were very helpful, polite, and energetic when communicating 😊 Lots of smiles and genuine hospitality throughout my stay. 💫 Food: Didn’t have their breakfast, but I tried the tomato pasta at the lobby — it was perfectly al dente with fresh tomatoes 🍅 The portion was a bit small, but overall very tasty! 🍝 Room: Very clean, tidy, and has a modern-classic look 🛏️ The only small complaint is that I wish the bathroom countertop were a bit bigger so two people could use it comfortably, and there was a bit more storage space. 🚿"

"We stayed at The Madrid Edition while celebrating my friend’s 40th birthday in Spain, and it was the perfect choice for the trip. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt special and well thought out. The hotel kindly surprised us with complimentary cava and a birthday cake, which was such a lovely touch and made the celebration even more memorable. We had also requested a flower arrangement in advance, and it was done beautifully—exactly as we had hoped. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel sits right in the middle of the city, making it extremely convenient to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping areas. It made exploring Madrid effortless. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only small downside was the room ambience lighting felt a little too dim at times. Aside from that minor detail, everything—from the lobby and facilities to the rooms—was excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend The Madrid Edition to anyone visiting Madrid, especially for a special occasion."

"The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient for exploring Madrid. Check-in was swift and efficient, with great service from Daniel, which set a positive tone upon arrival. Check-out was also smooth and well handled. The breakfast area and service were good but could use some improvement, both in organization and attentiveness. Concierge service was good. All front desk staff, bellboys, and door staff were excellent. Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly impacted by the condition of the room/bathroom. Housekeeping services and room cleanliness were extremely poor, to the point that it ruined what could have otherwise been a pleasant stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for me and my family and one of the main reasons we choose 5-star hotels, and in this regard, the hotel fell far short of expectations. This was particularly disappointing given that we had communicated with the hotel prior to check-in, yet the issue was not addressed despite the repeated and daily requests! I will not go into details nor post pictures out of respect, and just I hope that the hotel will pay attention to this. While some departments clearly made an effort, the lack of basic room cleanliness overshadowed those positives and ultimately defined the experience."

"Really like this hotel! Very central located on Gran Via. Close to all the shopping and touristy areas. Easy to walk around everywhere. The room has windows which are able to open, allowing for fresh air to come in. The room is spacious, beds are comfortable. There's a coffee machine also to make espresso. Bathrooms are well laid out and have good amenities. Would stay again!"

"The hotel's location and staff service were excellent. It was very convenient to get to the palace, old town, and various restaurants. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including Chinese, Japanese, Western cuisine, as well as many pubs and cafes. A department store is just a 5-minute walk away for shopping. The hotel facilities are very automated and new. However, the space layout is a bit impractical: the bathroom door blocks the toilet door from opening fully, and the wardrobe is completely open-concept with only one shelf, a single hanging rod, and two drawers. One of the drawers is mostly taken up by the safe. Long coats and dresses cannot be hung vertically. I suggest the hotel move the ironing board from the hanging area to the bathroom, as it currently takes up valuable hanging space. The bar and terrace are fantastic, with great space and location. You can enjoy beautiful Madrid sunsets and evening glow from there."
