UMusic Hotel Madrid

Hotel near Madrid City Center,Madrid
"Amazing Stay at UMusic Hotel Madrid – A Home Away from Home! I had an incredible stay at UMusic Hotel Madrid! From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and truly dedicated to making guests feel special. The hotel itself is spotless, with a modern, catchy, and vibey concept that makes it stand out. The design, the atmosphere, and the music-themed touches throughout the hotel create a unique and energetic experience. The location is fantastic—super easy to get around, whether you’re exploring the city or just looking for great dining and entertainment nearby. But what truly made it special was how comfortable and welcoming it felt, like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Madrid."

Eurostars Suites Mirasierra

Hotels in Fuencarral-El Pardo,Madrid
"Everything was great and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Perfect spot if you wanted to take a good rest at the midst of your trip with 5 star service and facilities. However, the hotel is quite far away from the city center, takes an average of 40 mins. It will be a perfect hotel if you drive by yourself"

Amazing stay! We paid to upgrade to the room with Christmas market view and it was all worth it. The room is clean and spacious. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. I’ll recommend to my friends and family coming to Madrid.

The hotel's location, facilities, rooms, and amenities are all perfect. The service level is generally good, although a few staff members fall short (some servers aren't as considerate, for example, their attitude when clearing plates at breakfast isn't very friendly, and their English isn't great). Otherwise, an overall score of 4.8 or higher would be no problem.

The hotel is magnificent, but before the reconstruction in the rooms was quiet. Now the room is not led by a soundproof door (seen under the door from the corridor),when guests in the corridor talk or when baggage or service carts are rolled, they are heard in the room. This is The only significant shortcoming of the hotel.

Very high end hotel with a nice view. The spa pool costs €30 per person which is extra and not included with stay. €2 for a cap for ladies. Gym is free access. Need to take subway 10 and 9 to go to Madrid central. Hotel can call taxi for you to airport.

We cannot say enough of how good the hotel and the staff are. The location cannot be better, right at the heart of all the hustle bustle, main shopping strip, and walking distance to all major attractions with the underground station just at the doorsteps. Hotels and rooms are nicely decorated to high end standard. Furthermore, service is unbeatable and staff are all very friendly and always ready to assist. We will definitely come back.

I didn't realize it before, but the hotel's location is excellent – think Beijing's Sanlitun or Chengdu's Chunxi Road. You step out right into a bustling street with shops and restaurants everywhere. Even though the hotel is ten years old, it's very well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, and the staff are warm and friendly. But the breakfast – I have to rave about it! It's a buffet plus à la carte, seriously a hundred times better than any brunch you'd find outside! It's also within walking distance of Plaza Mayor, the Grand Palace, and Our Lady's Church. Perfect for a family trip with shopping, dining, and an old town city walk.

Best bathroom of a hotel I've stayed un Europe. Beds are big and comfortable. Rooms are spacious and the hotel in general is a high standard 5 star hotel. The location is in the heart of Madrid, close to every single attraction. Nothing can go wrong with this hotel (except the price tag of course).

Although the hotel is a bit old-fashioned, it's clean, tidy, and has a warm, festive Christmas atmosphere. The front desk and lobby staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. My room had a terrace, offering beautiful views of Madrid city during sunrise and sunset. The floor attendant was exceptional; if I missed the cleaning time, she'd thoughtfully leave her cart by my door so I could grab water and supplies myself. She really went above and beyond! It's also very convenient to explore the commercial district and large supermarkets nearby. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Staff are friendly and helpful. We had problems in charging our car. We asked for help and they came in a minute to help. Carpark is just in the basement and so we could unload luggages and took the lifts from basement up to our room floor directly. Very convenient. Room : spacious Breakfast : not worth, only few varieties. Cleanliness : looks clean in general. But I think the hotel should pay more attention to the 'little things'. One spoon in the room and a plate in the breakfast restaurant had dirt.
