"This hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The rooms are new and very clean, with great attention to detail regarding hygiene. The front desk staff are friendly and have excellent service attitudes; they were patient and helpful with my inquiries, making communication very pleasant. Overall, it offers good value for money and is a reliable choice for a temporary stay. I would consider staying here again if I have the opportunity."

"The bed was fine and the location was good, but I wouldn't stay more than one day! The shared bathroom floor was screaming for a renovation, and the common areas were just as bad. There was even a hole in the bathroom patched up with masking tape!!! Honestly, I think €15 is expensive for the condition of this hostel. The bed was clean, I'll give them that, but there's nothing else worth mentioning."

"I requested an early check-in when booking the hotel. The hotel did not respond to the message at all. Airport pickup doesn't run all day on weekends, which is not clear before booking. However, when checking in, on seeing how tired I was, the staff member at the front desk voided the fee for an early check-in which was nice. Room don't really have a closet, nor do they have a kettle, coffee machine or teapot as stated in the amenities. Which was very disappointing after a long flight. Room does not come with free water, nor did it have hand soap."

"Queen room is quite small, almost no space to open the luggage, unless up the bed。Water boiled is provided, with coffee and tea。Location is in front of Justice (law) city so i could guess to be crowdy on weekdays (I stayed a Saturday, though)。Cleaning should be improved at lobby: being recently opened, to see dirty sofas or not clean tables (huge marks of coffee on some) around is a pity。They do not made me space on the corridor to kindly let me out, either, as it happens in most UK or Spain or China hotels i stayed。🧐 While it has potential, it was not so worthy the high price。"

"The industrial-style decor was as basic as it gets, which was fine since I only needed to sleep for five hours before catching my flight. There was no view from the window, it was completely blocked. It's a convenient ten-minute drive to the airport, and there's also a shuttle bus available."

"The most iconic feature of the Riu Hotel is undoubtedly its 27th-floor 360° sunset view bar🌇. Hotel guests get complimentary access with their room key card, while non-guests need to purchase a ticket. It's 5 euros before 5 PM and 10 euros after 5 PM. You buy tickets at the back of the hotel; just walk around from the main entrance, take the elevator to the 26th floor, then walk up the stairs to the 27th floor, where you'll find the observation deck and bar. The hotel is massive with a large number of rooms, and there's a constant flow of people. To use the elevator, you have to swipe your room card and select your floor. The system automatically assigns an elevator, and you then find the corresponding cabin based on the letter displayed – it feels a bit like working in a large office building. During breakfast rush hour, the crowd is huge, and the dining atmosphere is more like a company cafeteria. Overall, the experience is just average."

"This hotel has everything you need for a stay in Madrid and the location is perfect. The service was good and the receptionist was very nice. We had 2 reservations and I wrongly booked one of them for July instead of June, and he let us book another room there and told us he would give us a refund for the wrong booking! We are so grateful for the service and kind staff!"

"Location: The hotel boasts an excellent, central location, right in the heart of the city. The metro is approximately 50 meters away, and a taxi ride from the airport takes about 30-40 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants and bars downstairs, and many attractions are within walking distance. Facilities: The hotel is quite new, and I didn't encounter any broken facilities during my stay. I really liked the decor, though the room size is quite small. I'd recommend booking a room with a terrace; I was lucky enough to get one with the largest terrace, and it was lovely to sit out there in the mornings and evenings. It would be perfect if the room came with a small kettle. Cleanliness: There were some minor stains on the bed sheets, but I didn't find any other cleanliness issues. Service: The front desk service was quite fast, but there wasn't really any 'service with a smile.' The female staff member who checked me in just took my passport, collected the deposit, and handed over the room card – that's it. The next day, I went down to the front desk with a small issue, and a male staff member (who seemed very professional and explained things clearly, perhaps a manager) helped me resolve it. Overall, if you're only in Madrid for a short trip of one or two nights and your budget is under 1000, I think this hotel is a good choice."

"Location is really good almost the attractions near by. Staff miss aana such nice girl here to help me to put my luggage in locker room for free. The place very clean and comfortable according to budget. At night the noice is so much🥱 Suggest:- if the traveler reached late there is no one to accommodate them.. so if you reaching late then inform in advance and get all the information before you face problem.
