"The room was quite clean, and the location is very central. The service attitude was also very good, definitely worth staying. I only stayed in Madrid for two days, but I would advise that the hotel's parking lot is quite steep, so if you're driving a large car, you might not be able to park there."

"this hotel is so good, that i dont even feel like sharing its existence to others. the comfort this hotel provides at the end of a long, hot day in madrid is exceptional. we will definitely be coming back here if we ever return to madrid. checking in and out was quite a breeze, and their customer service was quality. location-wise, there is a supermarket nextdoor, and a fruit shop which sell the best watermelons (perfect for the summer). the nearest metro station is like a minute walk away as well, which makes the location convenient. at first, we had doubts too, considering how new the hotel is and the lack of reviews it has. but we stuck to our guts and booked it, and oh boy was it so worth it. couldn't recommend this hotel enough!"

"1. The fire alarm falsely went off at 3 AM, and then again at 4 AM. This caused my child to cry incessantly, leaving him traumatized; he's now afraid to sleep alone. 2. The paint fumes from the renovations are very strong. 3. The location is very remote. 4. There is no kettle. 5. There is no hairdryer in the room; you have to pay a deposit at the front desk to borrow one."

"The hotel is located near a subway station, less than a 5-minute walk away, so transportation is fairly convenient. It's not too close to the city center, but it's relatively quiet. The rooms are spacious, and the hotel provides disposable toiletries. There are also tableware and kitchenware in the rooms for cooking. The bathroom has a bidet, a common Italian appliance. Some of the floor tiles are loose and may need repair."

"I highly recommend this hotel! From the wonderful welcome at the front desk to the cleanliness, spaciousness, and variety of amenities in the room, everything exceeded my expectations. I only stayed for one night, which was too short, but its proximity to the station made sightseeing very convenient. The elevator system was a bit unique, which was interesting. I had a room with a kitchen, and the overhead shelves even had plates and cutlery. This was the best hotel I stayed at during my whole trip around Europe. You should definitely give it a try!"

"The room size is decent, but the bathroom is really small; an adult can't even shower properly. The簡易浴室 (basic shower stall) could definitely be a bit bigger. The Foodspace is excellent, though. Even though dining options aren't great in the immediate area, there are plenty of food and drinks here, and they're always refilled promptly."

"The location is great, close to Metro Line 5. You can take bus 200 (credit card accepted) from the airport, then transfer to Metro Line 5 (buy a 10-trip card). Many attractions are within walking distance. Madrid is full of supermarkets and places to eat, which is very convenient. The kitchenette is especially practical, with enough cutlery and cooking utensils. Basic cleaning supplies are provided, but you'll need to bring your own seasonings. I recommend a room with a balcony; rooms without balconies are fewer and have smaller windows facing an inner courtyard. If you prefer quiet, these might be an option. Booking closer to the date in the off-season was cheaper; booking in advance was more expensive. Thanks to the cleaning staff who kept our room spotless every day. We stayed for three nights, and each day when we returned, the room was already tidied. Also, a big thank you to the front desk staff on our last day at check-out. I was in a hurry to retrieve a forgotten item, and the front desk provided prompt assistance. Suggestion: The front desk guy who checked us in on the first day could smile a bit more; he seemed quite serious 🤓. Is it a rule here that you can't check in early even if there are available rooms? I've never encountered a situation where I had to pay 20 euros for early check-in before. It would be great if early check-in could be complimentary when rooms are available."

"great location, in the middle of key tourist area of Gran Via, easily accessible to cafes, bars, restaurants, shopping. the apartment is spacious, with well equipped kitchen, best fit for a short stay of a whole family. the room is clean and tidy. the hotel reception speaks well in English, which is great for those only English speaking tourists."

"The hotel is perfectly located, the room is modern, the bed is big and comfortable. Most importantly, the hotel has thought of all the small things that make your stay in an apart-hotel truly convenient. They provide salt and pepper, a bit of olive oil and vinegar, and even a sponge and dishwashing gel. There’s also a laundry room where you can wash and iron your clothes, though we didn’t use it. The staff were always in touch with us via WhatsApp and responded to all our questions very quickly. They don’t have a storage room, but there’s a locker facility about 2 minutes away, and the hotel even provided a small discount to use it. I would only wish for a more then 2 Nespresso capsules for a three-night stay for two people. It would also be great if the neighbours didn’t slam their doors when leaving, they woke us up several times."
