"Great hotel to stay in and relax. They have everything we need to rest with comforts, onsen, sauna, massage chair, free ramen every night and free ice cream after onsen, just to name a few. Our room (18sqm) is more spacious than the typical business hotel. Hotel location is good, right at the edge of Kobe Chinatown, 3 min walk to the Kobe Motomachi Shopping Street, 7 min walk to the nearest JR Line of Hanshin Line Motomachi Station and 10-15min to Sannomiya Center Gai Shopping Street."

"My stay at the b Kobe was incredibly convenient and comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, with a plethora of dining options nearby, making it easy to find great food at any time. Most of the local attractions are also within walking distance, perfect for travelers who enjoy exploring cities on foot. It's about a 10-minute walk from the hotel to either JR Sannomiya Station or Sannomiya Station, making transportation very accessible. We also booked breakfast this time, and it was quite good – simple yet satisfying. For a Japanese hotel, the triple room was a decent size, though we did have to take turns opening our luggage due to space constraints. The beds were comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. Overall, the stay was very satisfying, and I'd recommend this practical hotel."

"This hotel offers good value for money. The front desk lady was very helpful; she even allowed us to check in early when my family member wasn't feeling well. The room wasn't too small, there was enough space to open a 28-inch suitcase. The hotel's location is excellent, right across from where the airport bus drops you off, and very close to Sannomiya Station. There are many restaurants nearby. The only minor issue is that due to road construction, you have to access the hotel through an inconspicuous alleyway, which is easy to miss if you're not paying attention."

"The room was absolutely gorgeous, and for the price, it definitely lived up to expectations. We loved everything, except for the breakfast – it just wasn't for us. It seemed to be Japanese-style food, but it was just so-so. So, if you're not a fan of local cuisine, you can probably skip breakfast and save some money. The service was excellent, though. They even provide kimonos in the room. The only slight hiccup was that we didn't book a transfer when we arrived, so we had to walk uphill for about 15 minutes, which was quite a struggle!"

"This was the kids' favorite hotel during our 15-day trip to Japan. The mountain scenery is beautiful, it's very quiet, and the air is fresh. We had a lot of fun making a fire, cooking, and having a BBQ together. The house is well-maintained, clean, refreshing, and warm enough. The staff are all very friendly and always provide timely assistance. The hotel's paid shuttle service can take you to some nearby attractions, which is also very convenient."

"We stayed as a family of four with two children. The room had four single beds lined up side by side, so it was nice and spacious to sleep in. The room was fine since we only needed to sleep, but there was only one chair and a small table, so it didn't feel very relaxing. After checking in, we went to the large public bath right away, had dinner, and went to sleep right away. The fact that there was a washing machine and dryer was a nice feature! The large public bath had an indoor bath, an open-air bath, and a single-person bath, so it was spacious enough that we didn't need to go to the nearby paid bath. I was happy that they had ten-grain rice at the breakfast buffet. The French toast, which was baked right in front of us, was delicious! Both the Japanese and Western food were delicious, and the portions were just right. The kids were very satisfied, even eating mini cakes in the morning. Free parking for guests is also a great service! I'd definitely like to stay here again when I visit Nesta!"
