"This hotel really had everything. All the amenities, a lot of boutique shops inside and even a 24/7 familymart in the ground floor! An Amazing 360-view bar on the top is definitely worth visiting at just 1000¥ with a small bottle of wine or fizzy drink included. The city view was amazing (see pic). The rooms were very big, fairly priced and generally modern and tasteful."

"This hotel was the most satisfying of our trip. It's located right in Meriken Park, and our room was a sea view, offering beautiful scenery both day and night. At first, I thought there was nothing around the hotel except the park. However, once we got our bearings, we found that Daimaru and BAL department stores were both within a 15-minute walk. On the other side, MO SAIC and umie shopping centers were also close by, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel breakfast area was spacious, and the selection was quite varied. There's also a shuttle bus to Sannomiya Station, with the timetable available in the lobby. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel."

"The front desk staff are very helpful and nice. I had booked my stay on 16-18 Sept 1 room for 2 nights and a separate booking on 18-19 Sept 1 room for 1 night, so I had ask the front desk to change for me, they are so delighted and helpful to change for me to  18-19 Sept 1 room to 3 night so I don’t have to check-out on 18 Sept at 11am and check-in again ito get other room for the last night. Thanks again for the front desk staff."

"No bathtub for soaking, which is quite rare in Japan. There's a massage chair though, great for relaxing after a long day of walking. The room isn't big, similar in size to what you'd find in Osaka. This is a Hankyu hotel, and the location is excellent, right above the train station. It rained every day during my trip to Kobe, so all my planned excursions were cancelled. I ended up just wandering around the shopping street downstairs and eating and drinking at the hotel. The service at this hotel was the most 'Japanese' I experienced during my entire trip – incredibly polite and respectful. My only minor complaint is that they were very stingy with the facial masks and leg refreshing sheets they provided."

"We booked three deluxe twin rooms for our family trip and our stay exceeded expectations. The entire hotel was spotless, the environment was peaceful and elegant, and the staff provided attentive and warm service. The in-room facilities were complete and functioned perfectly, and the rooms were spacious. Our whole family found it comfortable and satisfying. Highly recommended!"

"I've always been a big fan of the Daiwa Roynet hotel chain. My last two trips to Kobe, I stayed at the REMM by the station. The location is fantastic – a short walk from Sannomiya Station and also close to the airport limousine bus stop. Just around the corner is the Sannomiya shopping street, and Motomachi Station is also nearby. The popular HARBS cafe is right across the street, and Daimaru department store is close by. This area is quieter than Sannomiya, yet the location is absolutely perfect and very convenient for getting around! The rooms are, as always, spacious, and I really appreciate the large bathroom with separate wet and dry areas. The amenities are Sekkisei products. We booked a deluxe king room with an 1.8-meter bed, which was very comfortable for one adult and one child. The room was also cleaned thoroughly every day! The front desk service was good, and they offer luggage storage after check-out. If you're looking for a quiet yet convenient place, I highly recommend staying here!"

"Conveniently located yet surprisingly quiet. Their triple room had very large beds, making for a comfortable stay. Although it's two JR stops from Sannomiya, it's still very convenient. You can actually walk to Sannomiya, Ikuta Shrine, and the waterfront. It's also very easy to get to Maiko. There's a supermarket nearby. If you walk to Sannomiya, you can go through the shopping street, which has lots of fun little shops, cafes, and dining options."

"This hotel is right next to Meriken Park, offering stunning views of Kobe Port Tower and the sea from the windows. It's within walking distance to Motomachi Shopping Street and the Anpanman Children's Museum, and there's also a shuttle bus service to and from Sannomiya, making transportation quite convenient. Both indoor and outdoor facilities are available for children, though the outdoor pool requires an additional fee. The all-day dining restaurant in the lobby boasts excellent ambiance and service; I enjoyed a dinner there and then went to watch the mini fireworks show on a Saturday evening. The hotel also provides a free laundry room, ice maker, and microwave, and there's a small convenience store on the first floor to meet daily needs."

"Walking distance to many tourist point, jz nearby china tow and train station. Family mart is jz downstairs of the hotel. I'd love the hotel service, customer service was nice... We keep our baggage at hotel whole day after check out also not a problem. The most lovely was the body shampoo, smell good and it feel good quality. I will stay again if come Kobe next time. Worth and good to stay."
