The room is large and well-equipped. The gold bath in the room is a little small, but the public bath is OK. It is very comfortable with few people. The hotel's kaiseki cuisine is very unique.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I went on a family trip, and my parents were also satisfied. The men's and women's hot springs alternated daily, which was nice because I could try both. When I returned to my room after dinner, the blankets were already laid out. I had a great rest. The front desk service is very good. The room is very good, the floor-to-ceiling corner window has a beautiful view outside the window, the room facilities are very new, the room facilities are very complete, the room coffee and the refrigerator are very rich, the drinks are full, very considerate. The shampoo, conditioner and body lotion are all Bulgari, the experience is very good. They also thoughtfully prepared men's and women's skin care travel packs, which is very attentive. I would like to especially praise the staff of Hiroko-san who has been serving us since we received them during our stay. They are very enthusiastic, very attentive and very nice. The experience brought to us during our stay was very comfortable and very good. I look forward to meeting Hiroko-san again next time I stay.

Our second stay was just as wonderful as the first. The hotel boasts excellent facilities, comfortable rooms, and a beautiful environment. From the balcony, you can enjoy views of Kobe Port Tower, the harbor, and the Ferris wheel. It's also conveniently located close to Nankinmachi (Chinatown) and Sannomiya.

The staff were warm, attentive and made us feel very welcomed throughout the stay. The private onsen experience was fantastic — peaceful, relaxing and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere of the ryokan was calm and luxurious, especially with the mountain surroundings and fresh air after the rain. It was the perfect escape from the city. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable for the family. The meals were also delicious and beautifully presented, with great quality ingredients and authentic Japanese cuisine. The shuttle service, attention to detail and overall guest experience were all top-notch. We truly enjoyed every part of our stay and wished we could stay longer. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Arima Onsen looking for a relaxing and memorable ryokan experience. We would definitely love to return again in the future.

A heartwarming and thoughtful mountain hotel experience. This hotel stay completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt a deep sense of genuine hospitality – there was a dedicated shuttle service directly from the station to the hotel, saving me the hassle of dragging my luggage around. The next day, I planned to explore the hot spring town at the foot of the mountain. The hotel proactively offered to store my luggage and deliver it to the station at the bottom of the mountain at the agreed time, completely freeing up my hands. The food was surprisingly delicious, with fresh ingredients and thoughtful pairings. The room was clean and comfortable, meticulously cleaned daily, and the common areas were also spotless. The service throughout was attentive yet unobtrusive. From the shuttle arrangements to the luggage storage, everything was efficient and heartwarming. It's truly perfect for travelers planning a hot spring trip. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

The hot spring is really big, and you can enjoy both the upstairs and downstairs pools for free. There's a shuttle bus to Sannomiya Station. The room views are absolutely stunning, perfect for couples. Breakfast was just okay, but overall, it's a great stay.

My husband fell ill on the second night, so we asked them to bring breakfast to our room, which was very helpful. When my husband was resting in the room, I went outside so as not to disturb him, but there was a sofa and reading space in the hotel, so I used them. It was very nice. I would like to stay again.

First off, let's talk about the transportation. If you're taking the train, get off at JR Maiko Station; the hotel is a convenient 4-5 minute walk away. I initially saw that the hotel was marked as being closer to Kasumigaoka Station. So, I walked from JR Maiko Station to Maiko Park Station, transferred to a private railway for one stop to Kasumigaoka, and then took a small path to the hotel. It took me half a day to figure out the area and realize that JR Maiko Station was actually closer. 2) The large public bath is excellent, and it even has an outdoor section. The Akashi Kaikyo Bridge glass walkway nearby is definitely worth a visit. 3) The Mitsui Outlet Park is also great for shopping and very close by.

Once in a lifetime experience for me and my wife to see the spectacular views from our room both at night and in the morning. Also, the glamping facilties are top notch. Yuna and Yuki guided us step by step on how to prepare our dinner and breakfast. They are kind and we fully enjoy the process. We love the place and the people from Nature Live. Strongly recommended indeed!
