【Important Announcement】We would like to inform you that ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe will undergo a façade beautification project to enhance the overall appearance of our property and improve guest experience. The construction work is scheduled to take place from 1 November 2025 to 30 September 2026.
During this period, certain areas of the hotel’s exterior will be under renovation. As a result, there may be some temporary inconveniences, including: Construction noise such as drilling at selected hours Restricted areas affecting access routes to and from the hotel and the operation of maintenance gondolas and maintenance work on the exterior balconies.
Directly connected to Shin-Kobe Shinkansen Station, ANA Crowne Plaza offers 8 dining options with views of Kobe City and Rokko Mountain. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property.
We are pleased to announce the launch of a new direct shuttle bus service between Kansai International Airport(KIX) and ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe, operates two times a day, starting 19th July 2025.
The air-conditioned rooms at ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe feature a crisp modern style with bright whites and dark contrasts. A fridge, a minibar and a flat-screen satellite TV come with the room.
ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe is just 1 subway stop from Sannomiya Railway Terminal, at the heart of Kobe's exciting downtown area. Kobe Airport is 8 km away. To Kyoto it takes 30 minutes by Shinkansen train, and to Osaka only 15 minutes.
"The hotel is conveniently located right next to Shin-Kobe subway station, just one stop away from Sannomiya, the city center. However, that one subway stop costs 210 yen, which is quite a bit more expensive than what you'd pay back home. So, if you have some time, a pleasant 10-15 minute walk is a great alternative. The cable car for the Kobe Nunobiki Herb Gardens is also right by the hotel, making it easy to take it up and then enjoy a leisurely stroll back down."

Outstanding
AAnonymous UserThis time, our family of 6 stayed for 3 nights. Most people might have planned to have a BBQ dinner, but because it snowed for 2 days, it was a bit difficult to cook our own meals in the kitchen of the accommodation using local ingredients! Because there are too few equipment, only a small frying pan and a small soup pot, the equipment is relatively simple. I don’t know if it’s because of the cold weather, but both of the pipes in the bathroom sink are leaking…
But the staff provided good service and were warm and welcoming, and there was no problem communicating in English! Because of this, when it was snowing heavily and the snow tires were useless, they took the initiative to contact us and come to provide roadside assistance. Thank you so much🙏
However, please note that if you are traveling with an elderly person, unless it is House 3, there is a pebbled slope before entering the house, which is quite difficult.
CCoCo.ChanelI booked this hotel because it was touted as one of Asia's top 100 onsen hotels for 2025. However, apart from the hot springs being decent, every other aspect of the service was a massive letdown. To begin with, both the kaiseki dinner and the breakfast the following day were truly subpar. The room was dreadfully small. Furthermore, despite inquiring about kimonos (as there were none in the room) with both the front desk manager and a server, who assured us they would send them up shortly and even took our sizes, not a single kimono materialized by the time we checked out the next day. We paid over 7,000 RMB for a family tatami room for four, including breakfast and dinner. At this price point, anyone staying here is simply getting ripped off. There will absolutely not be a second visit, and I also sensed a certain unfriendliness towards Chinese guests.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed this place very much. Elegant, breakfast was tastefully done. Hot springs (gold and silver) are authentic. Can not say more. I wish I could give 5.5 rating.

GGuest UserThe front desk service is very good. The room is very good, the floor-to-ceiling corner window has a beautiful view outside the window, the room facilities are very new, the room facilities are very complete, the room coffee and the refrigerator are very rich, the drinks are full, very considerate. The shampoo, conditioner and body lotion are all Bulgari, the experience is very good. They also thoughtfully prepared men's and women's skin care travel packs, which is very attentive. I would like to especially praise the staff of Hiroko-san who has been serving us since we received them during our stay. They are very enthusiastic, very attentive and very nice. The experience brought to us during our stay was very comfortable and very good. I look forward to meeting Hiroko-san again next time I stay.

TTrip LOVERssThe room was spacious and comfortable, providing a serene atmosphere for relaxation. The onsen facilities, along with the provided Japanese bath suits and slippers, added a delightful touch to the experience.
The breakfast buffet featured a variety of healthy Japanese options, which I found both satisfying and nourishing. Additionally, the view of Kobe Tower from my room was a charming highlight.
The hotel's design reflects a refined minimalistic luxury, creating an elegant and calming environment. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a blend of comfort and traditional Japanese hospitality.
CChanEdwinThe service of the staff is superb and way beyond expectation.
I noticed that the yugata for my wife is men’s size and my slipper is women’s size. I hope they can be more prepared on the suitable sizes to be available for guest.
The only thing I don't really like is the toilet room inside the Japanese style room. The wall paper has lots of stain spot, smelly and it is not quite comfortable to stay even for a short while to do your thing when you have a need.

GGuest UserThe hotel has an overall old and dated feel, and many of the facilities are showing signs of age. The bedding was clean, though we did notice one or two small bugs, possibly due to the hotel being close to the forest. The Yukata were also quite worn. The night-shift front desk staff seemed to have some difficulty with English, as we were still directed to the wrong floor for dinner even after confirming. However , the dinner it’s definitely nice and fine dining , fresh and tasty . The WiFi connection was not very strong.

LLingdianshenlanThis hotel far exceeded my expectations. The food was plentiful and delicious, with a night and two meals. The hotel has its own gold and silver baths, so there's no need to squeeze in outside. There's also an outdoor hot spring. The service was excellent. The front desk even gave me a large yukata when I checked in. The hotel is right next to Taiko Bridge, making it very convenient for moving around. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

GGuest UserThere are many different types of dinner.
The hot spring was a bit small.
Perhaps because it was a holiday season, there were a lot of people at the hot springs.
The shuttle bus ran every 30 minutes, so it was good to go to the large supermarket.
GGuest UserThis is a recommended hotel for family trips.
While making the entire building feel the history, the exterior and interior are very luxurious, and the site is also luxuriously used. Especially, it can be seen that it was a luxury hotel, such as the use of natural stones in the building and the wedding hall. I feel old due to aging, but the building is well maintained and clean.
The hot springs have a strong spring quality and contain a lot of iron, so you can't see the bottom of the bathtub, and the ingredients are solidified outside the bathtub. It was an impressive experience for hot spring lovers.
The customer service was very polite and we were happy to respond despite the late check-in. Breakfast was a rich lineup of Japanese and Western styles, and there were many kinds of drinks, and there were handmade dishes such as scrambled eggs and simmered pumpkins, and I was very satisfied with the number of items.
Overall, I think it is a hotel with a high cost performance and more value than the price. It is also recommended as a base for accommodation from Kobe during the time when hotels in urban areas are soaring because it can be accessed in about an hour from the Osaka Expo venue.
For hotels with Spa in Kobe, the average price on weekdays is TWD 13,029, and on weekends (Friday–Saturday) is TWD 15,301.
