"We had a wonderful stay at Kobe Meriken Park Oriental Hotel. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view from our private balcony. Overlooking Kobe Port, it was the perfect place to relax, especially during sunset and at night when the city lights reflected beautifully on the water. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Waking up to the sea view each morning made the experience even more memorable. The buffet breakfast were another standout. There was an impressive variety of Japanese and international dishes, all fresh and delicious. The generous buffet spread catered to different tastes, making every meal enjoyable. Getting around was also very convenient. The hotel provides a frequent complimentary shuttle bus to downtown Sannomiya, making it easy to explore Kobe without any hassle. Overall, this hotel offers beautiful waterfront views, comfortable accommodations, excellent dining, and convenient transportation. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kobe and would happily stay here again."

"This hotel boasts a fantastic location, very close to the metro station, with a commercial street right downstairs and a drugstore next door, making shopping incredibly convenient. The room was tidy and clean, with great natural light, making for a very comfortable stay. They offer complimentary drinks, and the latte was delicious. There's also an ice machine available at all times. You can store your luggage in advance, and the staff were warm and attentive. Overall, it was a superb experience!"

"Hands down best stay so far during my 15 days in Japan and the service is really immaculate. I've been to Japan on several solo trips and this is easily one of the most memorable hotels. The staff are really nice and the hotel room view is incredible. The room they upgraded me to speaks for itself, beautiful bathroom and really good amenities. Although the hotel is situated off the mainland, there is a portliner rail service and also a complementary shuttle service to two of the main stations in Kobe city area. Really value for money."

"This is the most efficient check-in I've ever experienced in all my stays in Japan. When we arrived, our room cards were already prepared; all we had to do was register our passports and we were good to go. The staff were efficient and friendly. You absolutely must try the breakfast – my daughter actually said it was better than all the five-star hotels she's stayed at! The room was huge with three windows offering beautiful views of Kobe from multiple angles. We even got to see fireworks."

Breakfast at 5500yen was the most i paid for in Japan but worth every penny. the selection were not extensive but what was served were top notch. Large room with view of the harbour, awesome beddings. All staff speaks english. Honestly, if u want to splurge this is the hotel to be at."
