Find 3-Star Hotels in Kobe

The location was LIT❤️🔥 Right next to Kobe Station, super near to Motomachi walking street, and Habourland is just across the street! I literally walked everywhere even Sannomiya. The room was tidy, perfect for solo travelers, but 2 persons stay tgt might feel a lil uncomfortable. Anyway, love this place! Would 100% recommend! Definitely will stay again when visiting next time!

I was on a solo trip in Kansai for a week, and this was by far the best hotel I stayed at. It's incredibly affordable yet very spacious – I had no problem opening my suitcase. There's even a separate small table, which was super convenient for eating. The bathroom, for a Japanese unit bath, was surprisingly large and had a standard-sized bathtub, not a sit-down type. Plus, the location is truly excellent. It's right next to Sannomiya Station, making it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and exploring. A short walk takes you to the Old Foreign Settlement Daimaru, which is great for shopping and a leisurely stroll. Meriken Park is also just about a 15-minute walk away. The only minor drawback was that there was road construction in front of the hotel entrance, so I had to use a small path to get in. However, there was no noise, and it didn't really impact me as a tourist. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kobe.

The hotel offers a convenient location, especially for those using the metro, as it is closer to metro station than JR lines. The breakfast selection is impressive, with a wide variety of options that cater to different taste. However, one point to note is that the breakfast charge of JPY700 applies even for young children. In our case, my 6-year-old did not eat much, so the value felt limited. Overall, the stay was comfortable, and the location and breakfast variety are definite highlights

Checked in on the top floor - superior floor. However the cleanness of the room was unsatisfactory The toilet was smelly like urine There was something disgusting big black dust on the ventilator on the ceiling i was shocked at first I thought it was a mice I requested to change to another room but the receptionist said this room type was already full And then the receptionist came and cleaned the dust with his bare hand The dust non stop came out from the ventilator The dust spread on the bathtub The receptionist spent ten minutes and used all the towels in the toilet to clean He returned the new towels afterward That’s it ?! Not even a drink to me to express apology ?! Anyway, except the toilet i like the room. It was big The receptionist doesn’t know English. we use phone to communicate

We absolutely loved everything! We booked room #11, which is a semi-basement room with a stone bath. The room is Japanese style, with futons on the floor, and comes with yukata and haori that you can wear to dinner or to the onsen. You can also borrow geta (wooden sandals). The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Dinner and breakfast were amazing, with such an abundance of food that it was impossible to eat it all, especially dinner. Interestingly, part of dinner is self-prepared, like a 'hot pot' – you cook ingredients in a pot of boiling broth for a couple of minutes and then enjoy your freshly cooked meal! Guests also receive a free pass to the 'golden' onsen, which has iron-enriched water. The guesthouse's location is super convenient, right in the center, about 350 meters from the bus stop and a similar distance to the onsen. We were extremely satisfied! We'll definitely recommend this place to our friends and acquaintances!

The hotel is a bit of a walk from JR Kobe Station, but the surrounding facilities are convenient. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs and a Life supermarket on the way to the station. The hotel itself is a bit old, but it's well-maintained and clean. There's an ice machine on the second floor, which is very handy. The door locks are key-operated, and rooms are cleaned every three days. The neighborhood is quiet. The only minor inconvenience is the lack of a main room light; only bedside lamps are provided, which is a peculiar design choice. The price is very reasonable, and overall, I had a great experience.

I booked this place at the last minute as we wanted to extend our stay in Arima Onsen by one night and most hotels were fully-booked. I searched on *********** but couldn't find any suitable accomodation so thought to try Trip.com. This hotel came up only on this site and I was delighted to find it. At first I was concerned by the lack of reviews, but all the reviews were good and the room looked ideal for a family of four; 2 western beds and 2 tatami beds, with spacious living area and separate bathroom and toilet. It was really great value for money. The size of the room was very generous, and the facilities were great. We made use of the Onsen baths and the table tennis room during our stay. None of the staff spoke english but this wasn't an issue as they were all adept at using google translate. The location is also fine - it is situated between the town and the ropeway, so it is easy walking distance to each, which was very useful since they dont offer any shuttle service. All in all I would reccomend it for a short stay in Arima onsen as it is really good value for money.

Since I arrived close to 10 PM, I didn't have time to explore the surroundings. The public bath was almost empty. The next day, I booked the shuttle bus to the station to head back to Sannomiya. If you're looking for a resort-like experience, this might not be the best fit. The hotel also doesn't offer breakfast, and they charge a bathing fee when you check out.

I liked the room. It had a good layout and everything I needed to be comfortable. The bed and pillow were nice, and the internet speed was good. However the desk and everything on it was covered in dust. It's located between the two main train stations, but close to neither. When I checked out, I asked to leave my bags with reception for 2 hours while I went to breakfast, but was told that only guest checking in can check their bags ☹️. I was able to leave them in the lobby, though. There is construction happening right next door, so it was a bit noisy during the day. Long waits for the elevator, which is slow and busy. Potentially, it's a nice hotel. It just needs some improvement to the cleanliness and staff friendliness.
