Amazing
AAnonymous UserVery nice little place not far from the village centre, quiet and comfortable. We loved the experience of the traditional meals and sleeping on the tatami (best sleep ever!). The hot baths were really hot but very enjoyable, especially since we were lucky to have them all to ourselves.

Amazing
My best stay during my honeymoon trip to Japan. Booked this room because of the private onsen in the room. Inside there are 4 rooms but we're only 2 people 😆 Location a bit secluded, but the provide shuttle so no worries

Great
AAnonymous UserNot sure what has happened to Japan standard in the past couple of years but had called the hotel to confirm that linens are scent free (standard in Japan before) and was told yes. Unfortunately they are not, this new laundry detergent that is slowly spreading throughout Japan is absolutely horrible causing all sorts of allergic reactions (not only to me.) I start having rashes, compromised breathing, and inflammation issues. If it’s the same detergent used back in America, then it might be eco-friendly, but definitely not human friendly. I truly hope that Japan goes back to the way it was before the introduction of some western products filled with harmful chemicals to humans. It is not because you don’t react to it that it is not harming your body, it’s only a question of time and when it does, you won’t know why and there is no turning back. Take it from an Asian American born who was the biggest fan of American marketed products. We do have good products like ECOLAB, which is both, sustainable for the environment without compromising human health. Maybe laundry company should look into that company or simply return to Japanese products before. Good thing thing their pyjama are still scent free so I had to wrap the bed and cover with their pyjama to get through the night.
Great location, a short walk to central Kobe. Front desk service is great. Parking is only free for cars with low height. Can be slightly noisy since it's next to the railway, but a non-issue in general.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel offers a convenient location, especially for those using the metro, as it is closer to metro station than JR lines. The breakfast selection is impressive, with a wide variety of options that cater to different taste. However, one point to note is that the breakfast charge of JPY700 applies even for young children. In our case, my 6-year-old did not eat much, so the value felt limited. Overall, the stay was comfortable, and the location and breakfast variety are definite highlights

Very Good
Arima Onsen is very quiet like this family-style hotel. There are private hot springs across the street and public breakfast and dinner, which are very rich! The choice this time was really correct. The whole family had a great time.
Excellent love hotel: Japanese *****************, all toiletries provided, including condoms, pads, face mask, and skincare products. A decent breakfast delivered to your room at the appointed time. Reception was quick to exchange a smoking room for a non-smoking one. Contactless checkout. One downside: you can't lock the room when leaving; it only locks from the inside.
