3-Star Hotels in Santa Cruz, Argentina

This is the most satisfying hotel in my trip to Argentina. It is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city and I love the environment. Very cost-effective, including breakfast. My favorite fruit for breakfast. At this price, why would I want a bicycle?

The location of the hotel is good, in a better location in the town, very close to shopping boutiques and restaurants, there is a clinic at the back of the hotel called Doctor Ma Tiannis, I was sick when I stayed at the hotel, and I went to the clinic behind the hotel to ask for consultation, very fast, I saw the doctor and went to the opposite pharmacy to dispense medicine. The hotel room is still a spacious hotel breakfast, and it is delicious. Provide Argentine-style bread, and there are a lot of fruit, juice. Because the hotel has heating, and the winter in Argentina is very cold, there are many stray dogs in the town. Sometimes stray dogs will follow me to the hotel and even enter the hotel to warm up, but the clerk is very caring and did not drive the stray dog. The puppy also felt embarrassed to pickpocket and stomp. It is very interesting to lie down and enjoy the heating sprayed by the hotel at the entrance of the hotel.

The hotel is well located for both people with a car and those who don't have it, near the center and next to one of the best bears. All restaurants, cafes, shops are in step-by-step access. The bay is close enough .Breakfasts are delicious but without vegetables and fruits. The rooms are spacious, 2 double beds eat the room area. Otherwise, everything is convenient, the rooms were cleaned daily. Staff is very responsive.

The hotel check-in guidelines are very clear, the service is thoughtful, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen equipment is all available and the room is clean and hygienic. The hotel is located in the middle of the entrance of the two trails and it is very convenient to walk. Very good 👍

I liked the hotel very much. The most important thing was very clean. Super staff, welcoming, helped with all the necessary information, with tickets, with taxi. Trails on Fitzroy and Torre start next door. The supermarket is not very far, although with the food there is not very much, take into account. The room was comfortable, everything needed to eat, even coffee, tea, sugar, butter, etc. Every day give box with breakfast and put 2 eggs. Excellent apartments.

Unfortunately, due to an equipment issue, I was unable to stay at the hotel. However, the service and communication prior to my arrival were excellent. The staff responded promptly to every request and handled everything efficiently, allowing me to stay at an alternative hotel without any concerns. I am truly grateful for their support and would definitely like to stay here on my next visit.

The hotel is 5 minutes from the town center, the hotel has a small garden, not far from the famous barbecue restaurant.

Great place. Just that it’s really out of town and you have to get a taxi to get to town or walk like 30 mins which is not so bad but when it’s cold it’s another issue. But it’s right next to Lake Argentino with great views. Great staff very helpful and a simple breakfast every morning. Great place overall.

The hotel is new and clean. Beds are comfortable with extra pillows. Wifi is strong. Location is fantastic, close to main road downtown with many restaurants and shops. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. Specially want to mention Luciana who had helped us in booking round trip to glaciers and transfer to airport. Only may be breakfast can have better variety like fried eggs.

Recommend, this kind of accommodation in a small town is very good 1. The room environment is good, clean and tidy 2. The hotel’s breakfast is very rich, and the lunch set is very good 3. The front desk brother has good English, communication is barrier-free, and the people are very enthusiastic 4. Double bed room with a child to sleep, the bed is a bit small
