Tsim Sha Tsui
Our recent stay at The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui was a mixed experience, with both positive and negative aspects that shaped our overall impression. Pros: Convenient Location: The hostel is strategically located in a lively neighborhood, providing easy access to public transportation and local attractions. Polite and Friendly Staff: The staff at The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui were consistently polite and friendly, contributing to a positive atmosphere during our stay. Cons: Noise and Capsule Size: Despite reminders to keep quiet, other guests in this capsule hotel often failed to follow the guidelines, leading to disturbances. The capsules are too small, and the thin mattresses made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience. The lack of proper ventilation necessitated opening the capsule door for air conditioning, affecting overall comfort. Unpleasant Odors: The pervasive smell of mothballs throughout the facility was overwhelming and contributed to headaches during our stay. Capsule Movement Disturbances: Guests occupying the bottom capsule may experience sleep disruptions due to excessive movement from capsules above, highlighting a design flaw in the sleeping arrangements. Small and Unsanitary Toilets: The restroom facilities were cramped, not sufficiently clean, and could benefit from improvement. While disposable towels and toothbrushes were provided, the overall cleanliness fell short of expectations. Disposable Slippers: The disposable slippers provided were criticized for being too small and thin, prompting a preference for wearing socks in the supposedly quiet areas. Cleanliness Concerns: While generally clean, the hostel could benefit from enhanced cleanliness standards to meet the expectations of discerning guests. Value for Money: Considering the price paid for our stay, The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui offered a value that was close to average. However, with several areas requiring improvement, the overall value could be significantly enhanced through better amenities and services. Conclusion: The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui provided a close-to-decent stay with room for improvement in various aspects. The convenient location and courteous staff were overshadowed by issues such as noise disturbances, uncomfortable sleeping conditions, unpleasant odors, and cleanliness concerns. With a commitment to addressing these shortcomings, this capsule hotel has the potential to offer a more satisfactory and better value-for-money experience in the future.

We're happy with our stay in this hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. They provided with complimentary water for all 5 of us everyday and even let us to leave the luggage when flight was delayed. Hotel placed in very good location amidst of bustling life of Hong Kong - street food, flashy stores, the highest end malls, tourist attractions and bus/metro/ferry stops. Room is just like the photo.

The location is very convenient. Service is average. The room is clean when I check-in, but when I asked the room cleaning aunty to clean my room, she said only clean after staying for 3 days. Also I have to deliberately go to their office to ask for new towels when the earlier one has been used for 2 days. In terms of amenities, there is only free wifi and drinking water for refills. Checkout time is too early 9am - 11am. They installed a security door that secures the rooms around the inner corridor. The building and area is not safe, so lady bewares and guys as well, make sure your luggage has a security lock and also don't bring too much money with you. The lifts are very crowded and I need to queue for a long time sometime, there is another at the back. The room is super small even though my one is 1 full bed (they just put two single beds together) plus 1 single bed, when you have a lot of luggage or stay more than 2 days, you items, cloths, towel, shoes, ... will messed up your bed, so you will really need to spent sometime to clean up every time you come back. Even though it is cheaper for the same good location, I really cannot accept this kind of living condition.

If you are on a business trip or traveling on a budget, this hotel is really good to choose. It costs about 400 yuan per night, which is quite acceptable in a place like Hong Kong where land is at a premium. Moreover, this is not opened by an Indian, and the sanitary conditions are much better. , it does still feel a bit humid, but the climate is like this, so it is acceptable. It is not a big problem to stay for a few days. I stayed for two nights on a business trip. The advantage is that there are various restaurants and restaurants within a radius of 3 minutes' walk downstairs. Snacks save you money on a taxi. Believe me, taxis in Hong Kong are ridiculously expensive. You can save a lot of money just by going to the snack street downstairs of the hotel. The aunt at the front desk is very nice and will answer all your questions. I am not as arrogant as some Hong Kong locals. The shower was very comfortable, the hot water and pressure were sufficient, and the hotel was quiet and not noisy. The shortcomings are also obvious. It is true that the hotel's infrastructure can only reach the level of small hotels in the urban-rural fringe of **************. You can see it by looking at the pictures~~The air conditioner (not the common hanging air conditioner or central air conditioner) starts up The noise and vibration are a bit loud at the end. Of course, it is older, but the cooling effect is not bad, and it can be used for several hours after being turned on for 10 minutes. There is no hair dryer, only in the corridor. In short, the infrastructure is really only considered To make ends meet, a hotel with good infrastructure in Hong Kong is estimated to cost more than 800 and 1,000 yuan. However, it was still a pleasant stay. I thought clearly about the price level in Hong Kong before I stayed there, so I wouldn't feel that there was a gap. I will stay here again on business trips in the future, the price is good, haha!

Our overall experience staying at Hop Inn Hotel was satisfying. The staff members were approachable & easy to deal with. Although we arrived late due to airport processing delays & we failed to check-in on our supposed Day 1, but I was surprised to know that they actually waited for us until midnight. We arrived past 1am. We had to check-in at another hotel. I liked that they can be contacted conveniently through WhatsApp, so every time we have any requests like water refill for the water dispenser, a replacement towel, or toiletries, we did not have to go to their main office on the 13th floor. They cleaned our room daily during our 5-day stay. Our belongings remained safe. I appreciate that they had a big shelf by the side of the bed, where my kids placed their stuff so their out of the beds and another shelf at a corner with a few hangers where we organized our used and unused clothes; hot and cold shower; two stools/chairs; and most of all, a medium-sized table where I was able to temporarily store our foods & vitamins where they can be easily reached and work conveniently with my laptop during the night. Only suggestion for improvement, though, is to get rid of the smell of cigar smoke in the room. Thankful that we had my daughter's anti-allergy meds with us and her allergies did not trigger. Overall, the experience was good. Thank you! God bless your business.

The one person room was a good place to stay for a solo traveller, small but well thought out. I arrived very late and didn't have any Internet, so I had some trouble checking in at first but I could use the WiFi of the bar downstairs.

The hostel has a great location in the centre of Kowloon district in 10-15 minutes of walking to Victoria Harbour, K11 Musea, Heratige and other places. Additionally, there multiple coffee shops and restaurants around the place. Although rooms are extremely small, and the size of bed won't be suitable for someone taller than 160cm, it's clean and some amenities like slippers, toothbrushes, shampoo and bath gel, towels, hair dryer and, omg thank you for that, plug converters are provided by the hostel owner. Speaking of bathroom, it's clean, but it has some Asian style shower, which can be uncomfortable for people not used to live in Asia. Frankly speaking, the bathroom is more like a standard shower space with a toilet inside. Check-in and check-out processes are pretty fast and happen via whatsapp. Wifi is fast and works well. The only thing that confused me is its location on the 9th floor of an appar**ent, and an elevator, which cannot be called to go upstairs if you're not on the 1st floor😅 In general, the hostel's price matches its quality, as it's clean and has a perfect location. I would recommend the place for those, who's gonna spend most of their time walking around the Kowloon and those, who wants to get quickly other districts by public transport. Wouldn't recommend the hostel to tall people and those, who get used to live in spacious rooms with beds and bathrooms normal to non-Asian countries.

The room is quite satisfactory. The Indian owner is very polite. The customer service on WeChat is also very good. The explanation of the room is very good and professional. It is right at the C1 exit of the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR. Just look to the left when you come out. It is great to store your luggage for free on the day of departure. From Disney Come back, pick up your luggage, take a walk, and then take the high-speed rail back.
