You can take a shuttle bus from MGM to reach the hotel. The room is clean, tidy, and comfortable. The L'Occitane themed room is equipped with a full set of brand toiletries. You can see the 'Little Parisian Eiffel Tower' of Macau from the window. Downstairs, there are convenient facilities such as dining, entertainment, outlet shopping, and the Emperor Cinemas!

The location is good, by the river with a nice view. The hygiene conditions are decent, but the facilities are a bit old. It's an okay place to stay, mainly depending on the price. Usually, the price is very affordable. I booked it late at night and only stayed for a few hours, but then the price was hiked up. I paid about 150-160 more than the usual price, which made it less value for money.

The location is convenient, with easy access to many places, and it's close to the casino. The surrounding environment is pleasant, with plenty of good food options, and it's clean and hygienic. The staff are polite, which is a big plus. I'll definitely come back next time, I've already saved it! The room was spacious and quiet. Felt great!

This is a great hotel with excellent value for money! The room was clean with no hidden dirty spots, and the bathroom was dry with no water stains. The room directly faces a large stadium. There's a free shuttle bus from the hotel entrance to nearby hotels, where you can then catch a free bus to the airport and various tourist attractions like the Ruins of St. Paul's! There are also various shopping malls nearby for some retail therapy!

I got an upgraded sea view room. The room environment was good, relatively clean and hygienic. The only drawback was that the shower gel made my skin very dry and itchy after washing, and there was no body lotion provided in the bathroom. Even after applying my own body lotion, my skin still felt very dry. I suggest changing to another brand of shower gel and providing regular body lotion. Also, there were no cotton swabs for ear cleaning in the bathroom. The facilities were a bit lacking.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to downtown and local attractions, making dining, shopping, and getting around incredibly convenient. The surrounding area has plenty of amenities as well. The property is beautifully decorated, and Ms. SUKI at the front desk was very warm and welcoming—she even proactively helped me secure a quieter room. The staff are polite, attentive to details, and the room was spotless and tidy.

This hotel offers great value for money and its location is fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere. The lovely lady at the front desk was incredibly kind. Since I was traveling alone with my grandmother who uses a wheelchair, she saw my predicament and upgraded us to a family room so I could wheel the wheelchair into the bathroom. She was super nice! The window view was also amazing, with the Grand Lisboa visible to the left and the Macau Tower to the right. I also want to give a shout-out to a young man with glasses I occasionally encountered at the luggage storage. When traveling with my grandmother and her wheelchair, a nut must have fallen off somewhere, causing the entire seat to become lopsided. I walked for over ten minutes to find a hardware store and finally located a replacement nut, but they didn't have the tools, and I couldn't tighten it properly by hand. I found this young man, and he specifically went to the engineering department to get a wrench and helped me tighten it little by little. When I return, this hotel will definitely be my first choice again. Most of the staff here are super friendly ❤️

Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and the breakfast was decent. The hotel has a Portuguese style, but the decor is a bit outdated. Many people mentioned the worn-out towels, and indeed they were... we wondered if it was to prevent them from being stolen. A downside was the lack of disposable slippers; good thing we brought our own. Also, there's no Wi-Fi in the pool and restaurant areas. Housekeeping only comes if you request it; they didn't clean our room, but they did take out the trash and provide new tissues and toilet paper when asked. On the bright side: you can take the stairs through the pool area to reach the bus stop, and there's a great swimming pool. However, sometimes they bring in what seems like a kindergarten group, which can be noisy and make the pool area a bit chaotic. There were no critical downsides, and I would visit this hotel again. After a few days at the casino, I'd recommend this place for a relaxing break. The sea is within walking distance, not super clean, but good enough for a swim.

This hotel is truly unique, with a stylish, retro decor that's full of character. It feels vintage but not old, packed with thoughtful design elements. Simply beautiful. The location is also excellent, very close to major attractions like the Ruins of St. Paul's and Grand Lisboa. If you have time, I highly recommend strolling through this historic neighborhood. While the room isn't large, it has everything you need and more. The storage solutions are fantastic, making the space feel uncrowded – even a pleasant surprise.
