5-Star Hotels in Metro Manila, Philippines

The hotel is relatively new and upscale, conveniently located near the airport and the huge SM Mall, which has everything you could need. It's quiet, and the front desk is on the 3rd floor. The breakfast was good. If you're staying in Manila for more than 3 days, I recommend relocating to a hotel in the downtown business center to get a comprehensive feel for the city. Manila is a fantastic city with wonderful people!

The room was spacious, and the security check at the entrance was quite strict. The bed was also large. Downstairs, there's a casino, and outside the hotel, there are supermarkets and a McDonald's nearby. It's less than a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport, which is very convenient. The beaches in the Philippines are truly amazing; I've visited many times and will likely come again.

This hotel it perfect for business travels, just right next to the big shopping mall Greenbelt, hotel room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Service of the frontline staff is excellent. Just that they have the on going construction of the Greenbelt that makes a little noise during daytime but still bearable

My husband and my 6-month-old son stayed at Acacia Hotel Manila for Mother’s Day, and it was the best decision we made. The staff made sure I truly felt the holiday by preparing a small surprise in our room. What made it even more special was that they also gave me a complimentary Mother’s Day cake! The room was soooo clean and comfortable. The staff were all very accommodating and respectful, and they made me feel special. Every time they saw me with my son, they greeted me with “Happy Mother’s Day” with big smiles on their faces. The facilities were also sooo superb! The Tomoko Spa gave one of the best massages I’ve had lately, and it really calmed my postpartum nerves. We (especially my son) also enjoyed the swimming pool with its beautiful city skyline view. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

The hotel's overall facilities are a bit dated. The lobby doesn't really look like a Marriott either, to be honest. However, it's well-maintained, and the cleanliness is excellent. The service is standard Southeast Asian style. During check-in, I had an issue with my credit card and couldn't process the deposit. The front desk lady was decisive and let us check in directly without the deposit, which was very nice. The hotel breakfast, on the other hand, was a pleasant surprise with a wide variety of options.

We’ve stayed at Bellevue countless times, but this visit was truly unforgettable because it coincided with one of the most important milestones—my mom’s birthday. From the moment we reached out, the management showed genuine care. We only requested a small birthday cake, fully aware that such requests are often difficult to grant. To our surprise, Bellevue didn’t just say yes—they went the extra mile. They prepared a beautiful, freshly made cake and even sent a heartfelt birthday greeting. That thoughtful gesture transformed what could have been a simple celebration into something extraordinary. What touched us most was the effort behind it. Even though we were miles away, Bellevue helped us bridge that distance. My mom felt celebrated, loved, and truly special on her day. It wasn’t just about the cake—it was about the feeling of being valued and cared for. That’s the kind of hospitality that makes memories last a lifetime. The staff’s warmth, attention to detail, and willingness to go beyond expectations reminded us why Bellevue has become our go-to hotel. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s a place that creates meaningful experiences. The hotel has maintained a classic style and is very convenient.  I however want to advise management to clean the chairs in the restaurant. The backs of most seats where the head rests are dirty and need cleaning.

We only had two days in Manila for the grand finale of our honeymoon before heading back to China. The vibe? Total luxury. We crashed at Discovery Primea, right in the heart of Makati. Our room was spacious, super comfy, and the 24/7 room service was basically a honeymoon dream come true 😂. Just outside the hotel, you're spoiled for choice: a lush park for morning strolls, tons of restaurants, and a massive shopping mall (Glorietta Mall, Ayala Center, Makati—open daily from 10AM to 9PM). We hit up the supermarket inside for a Filipino snacks haul, so our suitcase was loaded with local goodies for the trip home. Why we liked it: - Perfect central location—steps from cafes, shops, and all the action - Rooms are big and super comfy, with ultra-soft beds - Everything is spotless! Clean and fresh vibes everywhere - Loads of restaurants around Discovery Primea—just stroll and pick whatever looks tempting - Stock up on Filipino snacks at Glorietta Mall for the perfect souvenir 📌 Tips - Grab rides are easy and safe—plus, you can pay with Alipay - Don’t stress over the service in some spots, just chase the good food! - Discovery Primea is super convenient for both exploring Makati and chilling out - Double check your bill for extra charges at hotels or restaurants, just in case

I am an avid Dusit Thani guest however there is always a problem with housekeeping but they do respond when prompted. But that should actually not be the case that we should always ask. Service at breakfast is delightful and excellent. We love that!

The place is nice. They provide floaters for the kids at the swimming pool. In relation to Pride month, there was an artist who lip sync Ariana Grande songs, which was really entertaining for both adults and kids. Room was neat and great, amenities are good, staff are nice and very friendly! I noticed a lot of foreigners stay here (maybe because its at the red district area) hence gives you an aura that you went outside the PH.
