The hotel offers airport shuttle service, which made it super easy to find. All the staff were incredibly polite. I was a bit worried at first, but my actual experience was fantastic. The driver was very courteous, and the shuttles were always on time. Both the front desk and restaurant staff were very polite and accommodating. Overall, a great experience! If you're going to Disneyland, this is definitely my top recommendation – excellent value for money. For the return trip from Disneyland, it's just two subway stops to Tung Chung, and if you time it right, there's a shuttle to take you back to the hotel. The breakfast is quite good for a four-star hotel, and the lobby feels more like a five-star. The room was a bit small, but that's normal for Hong Kong.

The hotel doesn't provide disposable toiletries, so you need to bring your own. There are also no power adapters. The room is tiny, as expected for such a prime location, but its biggest advantage is the incredibly convenient transportation! Whether you take the A22 bus or the MTR, getting to and from the airport is a breeze. Just exit D2 from the MTR, and the hotel entrance is right across the street – very easy to find. The surrounding area feels very local, just like something out of a TVB drama. Within walking distance, you'll find all sorts of 'cha chaan tengs' (Hong Kong-style cafes), dessert shops, Wellcome supermarkets, and McDonald's. If you're going to a concert at Kai Tak, it's just one MTR stop to Sung Wong Toi! Super convenient~ The Klook ticket pickup point is also nearby, so if you're worried about crowds at the venue, you can pick up your tickets close to the hotel. All in all, it's a great choice if you're attending a concert at Kai Tak!!

The front desk staff were absolutely amazing! At first, I spoke English, but when they realized I was Chinese, they switched to speaking with me in Mandarin, and there was no hint of discrimination whatsoever. They even upgraded me to a sea-view suite, which was incredibly thoughtful! I was able to store my luggage at the hotel on both the first and second days, which was a huge help since finding luggage storage in Hong Kong can be tricky. After checking out, I realized I'd left my umbrella in the room, but the front desk was super helpful and immediately sent someone to retrieve it. What's more, when they brought it back, they had neatly folded it (I had just left it on the floor). This is truly an excellent hotel; their service surpasses even five-star establishments.
Pretty good, for this price in Hong Kong, the room is already great. The only thing I found a bit odd was the excessive number of mirrors in the room, and there's no partition between the sleeping area and the washbasin. Waking up at night to see mirrors everywhere felt a bit uncomfortable.

This hotel is decent. Even though it opened in 2009, the facilities are still in good condition and don't feel old. The room size is ample; there's enough space for two people and two suitcases without feeling cramped. The bed is a bit on the small side; it's fine for someone around 160cm tall, but taller people might find it too short.
**Location:** It's close to the Kai Tak venue, about a ten-minute walk, which is super convenient for concerts as you don't have to deal with crowded subways. Sung Wong Toi MTR station is also about a ten-minute walk, and there's a bus stop downstairs.
**Hygiene:** Good, the sink in my room wasn't tiny this time.
**Power:** You'll need a universal adapter. There's only one outlet at the desk, but there are more behind the bedside table – you just have to move the table a bit to access them.
**Food & Drink:** There's a dim sum restaurant downstairs, and several local 'cha chaan tengs' (Hong Kong-style cafes) nearby. The food at all of them is good, no duds. Just be aware that some only accept cash or WeChat/Alipay, but not Octopus card.
The hotel also offers a shuttle service to Tsim Sha Tsui East and West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for future concerts.
**P.S.:** The hotel doesn't provide free bottled water. The 370ml bottles they sell for HKD 5 are not worth it. You can buy larger bottles of Vita distilled water for HKD 2 at nearby pharmacies or local convenience stores.

The lobby and hallway may seem dated but the rooms are renovated to a 5 star modern clean and comfortable room! The airport bus conveniently stops in front of the hotel. The views are excellent from the room. There are buses and trolleys conveniently located outside.

I booked two adjoining double rooms. Though small, they had everything needed, and the hotel felt quite new and comfortable inside. It's located next to a highway, so there was some noise (rooms facing the small road on the opposite side would probably be quieter). I'd say the air conditioning unit was even louder. For breakfast, they offered one pastry and unlimited coffee refills. There was no bottled water in the room, and toiletries and slippers were not provided. It's about a 10-minute walk to Prince Edward MTR station. The value for money is much better than some of the older hotels.

We arrived around 1 PM and luckily a room was ready, so they let us check in early and even gave us a sea-view room. It’s super convenient to take the hotel shuttle to Tung Chung for shopping and then connect to the MTR for the city center or Disneyland, or take the shuttle directly to the airport. There's no need to book the hotel breakfast; the tea restaurant across the street is affordable and offers more flexibility. If you're going to Tung Chung to redeem the HKD 100 e-voucher, remember to bring your room key card! The mall's customer service will only process the exchange with it.
Cleanliness: Clean.
Ambiance: Good, feels pretty much the same as the slightly pricier Sheraton next door.
Service: The cleaning staff in the hallways would proactively greet us. On rainy days, there's about a 50cm stretch where you might get wet walking to the hotel shuttle, but some staff members were there with umbrellas to help.

Booked the 2bdr city view, very spacious for our family of 4. It came with a washing machine which was an added bonus but they don't supply laundry powder/detergent so you need to supply yourself. There's no clothes rack but washing machine has dry function.
When using the swimming pool, it's not as straightforward as going to the where you see the pool as all gates are inaccessible. You need to ask for instructions for this. Basically, you need to register to go then go via the underground labyrinth of change rooms (pretty cool by the way) then head through, what I call, the water fall door! Then you are in.
The breakfast included was okay, more divesity perhaps needed!
We had great views of the skyline. Sometimes you see the Dukling, traditional Chinese junk boat with red sails.
They offer complimentary shuttle buses too which was an added bonus:)
Overall, positive experience.
The location is excellent, and the scenery is absolutely beautiful, making it super convenient to get to the University of Hong Kong. However, some of the furniture is quite old, likely repurposed old pieces. The cleanliness is okay, I guess. Overall, it's on par with an Atour Hotel in mainland China.
And the fact that you have to pay for water... I'm still trying to process that. I ended up buying a bunch of my own water to drink.

GGuest UserWe had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. My husband and I stayed in one room, while my parents stayed in another.
The bathroom and shower were very clean and comfortable. The view is definitely better on the higher floors — my parents stayed on the 31st floor and had a lovely view, while our room on the 12th floor didn’t have much of a view, but honestly, we were mostly there just to sleep.
There was bottled water in the room upon arrival, but when we asked for more the next day, we were told to get it from the gym. Also, the cone-shaped paper cups in the gym were not very practical — that could be improved. On the positive side, the hotel has a gym for those interested.
The location is very convenient. We used the tram frequently to explore Hong Kong, and it’s very close to the hotel. There is also a shopping mall nearby, plenty of places to eat, and a supermarket right across the street.
The room overall was nice. There was a slight humidity smell, but that seems to be common in Hong Kong. Keeping the air conditioning on helps a lot.
It would be great if the hotel had universal power outlets.
Greetings from Turkey — Turkish guests would definitely enjoy staying at this hotel.
AAnonymous UserStaying here for second time. The room was a bit old and the curtain doesn’t work well but as a solo traveler, it was ok. The door is not well soundproof. I would prefer the first time I stayed here. However, with this price in HK, I would say I am still ok with overall experience.

YYas_miniThis was my second time staying at the hotel. And I was glad to see the upgraded an refreshed the towels. The hotel itself and room itself is kept well. The bathroom is clean and tidy. Only the half shower door isn’t very practical and all the water still goes out.
The rain shower was broken in my room.
The bedding was clean and comfy. But only two pillows are provided not 4. One of the towels had orange stains on it .
The cleaning could be better as I found the counter tops still stained with glass or can marks . Clearly showing the counter tops were not wiped down. The floor had hair and there was dirt in some corners.
The downside of this room is that it gets a lot of condensed. So on returning the floor would have moisture and condensation on it. It was just so annoying.
Other than that it’s in a super convenient location.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is excellent, and the entrance is very noticeable. It's close to the Wan Chai MTR station, and there are many great restaurants nearby. We arrived a bit early, and the front desk agent, Lina Liu, kindly arranged an early check-in for us since there was a room available. After dropping off our luggage, we were able to go out and explore right away. She also gave each of us a canvas bag; her service was warm and attentive. The room itself was great – clean, tidy, and bright, with disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste provided. As someone with sleep issues, I slept soundly for ten hours. All the front desk staff were very helpful and quick to respond to any requests. There's an outdoor pool and foot bath in the side wing, which was very relaxing for a massage after a day of walking. I didn't take any pictures of the hotel, so the images are of the nearby streetscape. I'll definitely come back again.
GGuest UserI chose this place because of the family-friendly cubicle rooms, the shuttle service to Tsuen Wan, and the excellent environment. The hotel also has a small activity area for relaxation. During my stay, the hotel didn't provide free toothbrushes, but towels were available.
WWhere are the JacksWe are a family of four. Stayed for 6 days in their family room. Room size is big for Hong Kong standards at 28 square meters with two double beds. 4500 Pesos per night, great Value for money. Different themed floors and rooms. Greece, Africa, cozi penguins etc. It has a playroom for kids. gym and sauna, also a swimming pool, but it's closed, open during summertime or July. Service is great. Staff are all nice. Spoke to them in english and Mandarin.
MTR and Bus are only in front of the hotel, or about 300 meters. Connected to V CITY MALL, and connected to other malls, tuen men plaza, tuen men park etc. all via connecting Bridge. You can take the 33AX bus going from and to the airport. Only cost 17 HK dollars. Oh we went to a local catholic church for the easter sunday mass. It's in front of V City Mall. MTR takes you everywhere in HK very convenient yet cheap because it's not your usual touristy area like Tsim Sha Tsui.
GGuest UserThis hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! For a price over HKD 1,000, I was expecting a tiny room in Hong Kong, but to my surprise, it was a suite. It had a living room with a sofa, coffee table, and dining table, and the bedroom had a super large bed. Plus, all the details in the bathroom were very clean.
The hotel staff were very nice, and their Mandarin was good. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, where you could order one set meal, and all four I tried were delicious. You could even see parrots flying outside the window while having breakfast.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is its convenient location. It's about two bus stops from Admiralty Station (or walkable, really), a 200-meter walk from the Peak Tram Macdonnell Road Station, and within walking distance of Hong Kong Park and Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens. Highly recommend!
AAnonymous UserThis hotel is right outside Tsim Sha Tsui, and the environment is pretty good. However, the check-in and check-out times felt a bit cramped – less than 24 hours in total, checking in at 3 PM and checking out at 11 AM. Everything else was okay, but the front desk's attitude towards mainland Chinese tourists left something to be desired.
GGuest UserBooked this place as a treat during our stay in Hong Kong and wow. It was even better than I was anticipating. Big apartment and very clean. Had everything we needed. Thank you! Loads of local recommended spots close by. Foodie heaven!! Would deffo come back. Staff was extremely lovely also. Got to store our bags there for free.
