I decided to book a hotel room at the last minute when I went to ksl mall on may 2,2026. Overall booking was easy, I claim the perks at youtrip apps, which switch to trip.com apps,. The booking stated 2pax which has no option to change to 1pax. You can go to the hotel front desk from ksl mall ground floor, which is near the exit where a lot of people waiting to take bus J100 to JB Sentral. But this entrance is open from 10am to 10pm only. The front desk was friendly and answer my question. He confirmed the room price for 1 and 2pax were the same. The hotel is non-smoking hotel, so all rooms are not smoking which was good for those has sensitive noise. The hotel has day use rate, but on that day was fully booked. There is a signboard written to book at the hotel website to get cheaper rate. The room card is used on tap on the sensor inside the lift before you can press the floor button. Free wifi. Room was clean, some tea bag, creamer, sugar, 2 btl drinking water and a electric kettle. Inside the toilet, there is a hairdryer, 2 shower cap and 2 tooth brush and toothpaste. There is a water dispenser in the lobby near the lift if you want to refill. The aircon is cool. There is a small fridge which has no pre-filled beverage which is good so no extra charge. TV is facing the bed, so you can watch it from the bed. My room has a big bed that can sleepy 3-4 people. There are 2 tower, I stayed at tower 2. There is a swimming pool at level 7. Convenience for those go there to shop, u can drop your purchase at the room then continue Shopping.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time! I originally booked a queen room, but to my surprise and delight, the hotel thoughtfully upgraded me to two rooms for free. It was a wonderful surprise and truly touched me. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the space was very comfortable. The overall atmosphere was relaxing. The staff's service attitude was excellent, and they handled things efficiently, making the entire check-in process very smooth. This experience exceeded my expectations. I will definitely come back again if I have the chance and will also recommend it to my friends!

Location is right next to CIQ. Avoid checking in on Friday evening as the roads leading to the hotel are jam-packed with traffic. Room is clean and big. You get a mini kitchen with microwave, sink with dish rack. Check in and out process is seamless. Parking can be confusing. Easier to self-park at the lobby, thigh the charges could be higher than the basement carpark. .

trip time: 16feb-17feb 2026. As a rider, I didnt expect the security guard to be so friendly and polite during my trip. i arrived at the hotel to verify whether there is motorcycle parking. yes indeed , even for motorcycle - i could just use the roadside parking but probably due to my phobia or unfamiliarity as a foreigner with the place. So, SGreans welcome over here, is safe! Despite not booking the hotel at that point of time yet, the security remain polite and patient when i try to ask for shelter as it was raining. Yes, once inside the lobby, i immediately went to buy drinks for the guard and book a room immediately. well , i book through 3rd party app seems to be a increase in 10+ sgd but is fine can afford it - moral of this sentence is book early. The receptionist is welcoming, smiling:) They speak fluent English, wasted should come work in SG. facilities wise considered sufficient- didn't manage to use their facilities . spacious room which includes a working desk, mini chair. what they emphasize was their pillow, was more comfortable than their hardened bed. given 4 pillows just for 1 person. yes, i slept on the pillows instead of bed. for those that driving or riding, this hotel is very accessible via the highway. less than 100-200metres away. shopping facilities and eateries are all nearby. I liked the atmosphere here. We felt relaxed and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff took really good care of everything. It was a refreshing escape and Just wow. This hotel has a calm but classy vibe. You can tell they really care about making guests feel welcome and relaxed. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the space was perfectly maintained. I really liked how cozy the room felt.

We have a cozy stay over at space residency by nest home! The check in procedure and parking access was seamless (in fact by far the best one so far)! We have chosen the highest floor 56-05 and the view was awesome and 2 BR is just nice for 4 of us. The nostalgic Nintendo game console made our day, we introduced some classic games to our kids and they enjoyed too!

If you like a quiet, cosy place that give you a resort feel, then this hotel will be a good choice. Initially booked this hotel is because wanting to try the Gem Spa, as previously I tried their other outlet which was very good. But sadly due to time constraints, we didn't manage to go the spa. What I like about this hotel is, there is a hard rock within the hotel. So if you do not want to travel 15mins out, then you can actually chill and eat there. The room is cosy but sadly that even I had booked the sea view, the view was not directly. I was allocated a room that faced the road and far right is the sea. But the plus point is I have a bathtub. Overall the service is good, breakfast is average and the occupancy of the hotel is high but you do not feel crowded.

Fell in love as soon as I stepped in.. Welcomed warmly and friendly by frontline staff.. Very smooth check-in.. Stanley (reception staff) was very friendly and explained everything about the hotel.. Breakfast was mouth-watering and amazing at Seasonal Tastes.. Everything was delicious and various dishes were served.. Westin Signature Nasi Goreng and Westin Club Sandwich came with big portions.. Worth it.. Dinner at Prego Italian restaurant was superb.. Spaghetti and pizza were appetizing.. Must try when I’m here again.. But what made me happiest and touched was the service from the staff here.. From bell boy, reception, restaurant staff, beach workers, and security.. Everyone I met greeted me warmly and politely.. I personally want to thank the following names for their excellent and friendly service.. They are Stanley, Kinah, Najwa, Cindy, Hidayah, and Lilian.. Special shoutout to Zainab who always smiled while serving customers and wasn't tired of serving me well and sincerely.. Always ensuring I enjoyed my meals at Seasonal Tastes.. Thanks again, and InsyaAllah will come back to Westin Desaru Coast again.. Sad to leave our new family.. Till we meet again.. Tqsm..❤️
