"The former Atour, although small, has a good environment and a great location! Food and drink are not far away... The front desk was very welcoming when I entered the hotel, and gave a small gift. The service was very good, and there were greetings everywhere. The room was also very comfortable. Overall, I was very satisfied"

This was my favorite hotel on our ten-day trip around Taihu Lake. It boasts an exquisite, secluded style, emphasizing a return to simplicity without the need for smart technology. There are no TVs in the rooms, and the curtains are all manual, with keyless entry. But every step was filled with breathtaking beauty. The service was exceptional. The housekeeper asked for our arrival time in advance. We parked in the parking lot and took the electric cart up the mountain. However, since my mother had mobility issues, the cart took us directly to the elevator and even assigned us the room closest to the elevator. The housekeepers were incredibly kind and friendly, smiling every time they greeted us. Since we were staying for several days, we decided to skip housekeeping, so we hung a sign saying ”no housekeeping required.” The housekeepers waited at the door until the housekeeper confirmed we needed towels changed and items replenished. They were incredibly attentive and responsible. The afternoon tea was exquisite, and every dessert was delicious. We didn't want to waste any, so we devoured all three desserts each day. The next day, we were too lazy to go downstairs to the restaurant, so the housekeeper even brought them to our room. The room also included tickets to the Yixing Ceramics Museum, which you could spend a whole day exploring. Besides the history of ceramics and collections from different dynasties, the room also boasts a beautiful museum. There are also numerous works and manuscripts by Gu Jingzhou, which are well worth a visit. However, the museum is quite old, and only one side has an elevator. Some sections require walking up and down stairs, making it difficult for those with mobility issues. During osmanthus season, the fragrance of osmanthus fills the air. Nearby, at the entrance to Longbei Mountain, there are dark-colored osmanthus trees, which are incredibly fragrant. Conversely, at the windy Tao Erchang, apart from the UCCA building and a handmade jewelry shop by an independent designer, everything else exudes an internet celebrity vibe and a cheap feel. It took me five minutes to explore. The only downside to the hotel is the small rooms. I think there are 17 rooms, averaging around 40 to 50 square meters, but it certainly didn't feel cramped. Even when the hotel is full, it's still quiet, perhaps influenced by the surroundings, preventing noise. I'll definitely be back.

1. Superior Location and Environment * **Living in a Painting:** The hotel is situated in Huzhou Town, Yixing, adjacent to Yunhu Lake and backed by mountains, surrounded by bamboo forests and tea fields. The tranquil and private environment is far from the hustle and bustle; opening the window reveals a picturesque landscape, with fresh air perfect for relaxation and healing. * **Convenient Transportation:** The hotel is close to numerous attractions, including the Bamboo Forest, Zhanggong Cave, and Taozu Sacred Site, making it easy for guests to explore natural and cultural landscapes. 2. **Unique Design and High-Quality Rooms:** * **Design Aesthetics:** Designed by a renowned designer, the hotel perfectly blends modern minimalism with the aesthetics of traditional Chinese landscape painting. The architecture features clean, crisp lines, extensive use of light and shadow, water features, and natural elements. The public spaces are like an art gallery, full of style and perfect for taking photos. * **Room Experience:** The rooms are spacious and bright, with modern and high-quality facilities (such as smart toilets, high-end toiletries, and comfortable bedding). The biggest highlight is that most rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views and balconies with stunning terraces/balconies, allowing guests to fully appreciate the beauty of the lake, mountains, or courtyard. Some rooms even include a private hot spring bath, instantly elevating the experience. 3. Attentive Service and Abundant Experiences • Excellent Service: From booking confirmation to check-in and check-out, the service team is warm, meticulous, and responsive. They provide personalized services to meet individual needs, making guests feel right at home. • Abundant Activities: The hotel offers a variety of activities, including tea ceremony, handicrafts (such as pottery), cycling, and hiking. The ”Secret Realm” exploration route, in particular, guides guests to discover the hidden beauty of the surrounding area and is very popular. • Family-Friendly: The hotel features a children's playground, play area, and family activities, making it an excellent choice for family trips. 4. Thoughtful Dining • Local Ingredients: Breakfast and lunch/dining focus on using local seasonal ingredients, especially fresh fish from Yunhu Lake, which is incredibly delicious. • Exquisite Flavors: The dishes are beautifully presented, with flavors that blend local specialties with more accessible options, offering authentic Yixing cuisine. 5. Overall Experience and Reputation Guests generally consider this a secluded paradise resort hotel, perfectly balancing design, nature, and vacation vibes. Whether it's a romantic getaway for couples, a family vacation, a small gathering with friends, or a company team-building event, there's a suitable way to relax. Although the price is on the higher side, most reviews consider it well worth the cost for its environment, design, service, and overall experience. Some Tips: • Due to its natural setting, mosquito repellent is recommended in summer. • Some areas of the hotel may have many steps; those carrying large luggage or with mobility issues should contact the hotel in advance for assistance. • Due to its popularity, especially on holidays and weekends, early booking is advised. In summary, Yixing West Bank Huangchuan Hotel has become one of the most highly regarded high-end resort hotels in Yixing and even the Yangtze River Delta region, thanks to its secluded yet accessible location, artistic design, guest rooms with direct views of the mountains and water, meticulous service, and immersive natural experience.

Springtime arrived in beautiful Yixing, and the fresh air, stunning scenery, and relaxing time made everything so wonderful and pleasant. Sanpin Yunlai Inn is located in the Ming and Qing Dynasty ancient town of Yulongtan, a somewhat abandoned scenic area with little commercialism, primarily offering guesthouses. It's said that the buildings here were rebuilt from folk houses in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui provinces, and upon closer inspection, they are quite historically significant. The living room of Sanpin Yunlai Inn, where we stayed, is a traditional Qing Dynasty building, originally designed for a third-rank official, with carved beams and painted rafters. Combined with the owner's artistic interests, the blend of ancient and modern styles is very natural. The guesthouse felt very homey and casual, offering tea, conversation, watching TV series, karaoke, games, and card games – everything was available. We even tried fishing with the owner and actually caught something, which was quite satisfying. There are many restaurants nearby, so you can try them one by one; the food is all quite good.

The whole homestay is super healing log Japanese wind The rainy weather is the most suitable for staying in the homestay to empty yourself Rain outside the window The interior is quiet and safe, and the noise of all the cities is isolated. The whole man's impetuousness is slowly smoothed out The most surprising thing is the healing experience here ✨ Gentle and soothing glorification waves slowly spread throughout the space Low-frequency healing sound wraps the whole body, removes all fatigue and anxiety. The wood + Japanese style really poke me hard! Coffee with desserts sit in the log tea space and listen to the rain The atmosphere is lazy and cozy Even the next day's breakfast was full of sincerity The ingredients are fresh and the taste is warm, and the fruit is grown by the proprietress herself. Service attitude is very good, have the opportunity to live again! ! !

Tao Lu B&B in Yaohu Town was such a wonderful surprise! The scenic area is beautiful and tranquil, the water show is enchanting, and the kiln fire show in the evening is absolutely spectacular. A special thank you to our housekeeper, Wanwan, for her warm and attentive service, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The B&B facilities are excellent, with exquisite details throughout; staying here was truly a pleasure. I will definitely choose this place again next time I come for vacation! I booked the room through housekeeper Wanwan, and her service was warm and attentive, providing detailed information about the scenic area. Thank you so much! 🙏🏻

The front desk lady was quite welcoming and patient, but here are some complaints. On our first day, the hotel's cleanliness left much to be desired. First, the tea leaves from the previous guest were still in the teapot, still warm (though we didn't use them, leaving them on the coffee table was a bit unacceptable). Second, the cups in the room hadn't been cleaned, with obvious stains from the previous guest's coffee or tea still dried on the sides (we usually bring our own cups, but we inevitably used them, which was quite disconcerting). I thought they'd be checked and cleaned the next day, but they still weren't. After our two-day stay, the room wasn't even cleaned or replaced after cleaning on the second day. Luckily, we brought our own, otherwise it would have been embarrassing to find out there was no paper when we went to the bathroom. 😅 Since the hotel also caters to restaurants, leaving the windows open after check-in is not recommended. There's a restaurant next door, which is loud with music during the day and smells of cooking smoke. My personal recommendation is that if you're traveling by car to Yixing, choose a hotel close to the city center. Most scenic spots are in the suburbs, and you'll need to take a taxi or drive anyway. There's no need to choose a suburban location for a one-time visit. Eating out is also inconvenient, and you'll usually have to drive over 20 minutes to the city center. The city center is more convenient for those who travel back and forth.

I went to Yixing with my family on weekends. I found the hotel by accident. The hotel is located in the foothills of Nanyue Mountain in Yixing. The air is fresh and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is suitable for relaxing on weekends and short vacations. The hotel is a moderate drive from Shanghai, convenient for self-driving travel, and there are plenty of parking spaces. The parent-child facilities are rich, the children's playground, billiards, chess and card room, adults and children have a great time, the experience is very good, and I will stay next time.

Very satisfied, it is very easy to find on the roadside, free parking at the door, and plenty of parking spaces. The rest is good value for money, and it is convenient to eat and shop around. After the hotel comes out, turn left and there is a community convenience canteen on the small road. It is clean, hygienic, cheap and delicious. There are many types of special cost-effective. The room size is moderate, the bedding is also very clean, praise!
