The landlord couple is very friendly and welcoming, helping us book a car and recommend a tourist route. The room is clean, the toiletries are upscale and the breakfast is plentiful. A short distance from the town, but very good, quiet, and can walk along the lake, to enjoy the lake view, a beautiful experience. highly recommended!

You can see the small courtyard of the lake, the service is warm and thoughtful, and the health is very good. You can have dinner and drink in the store. Very warm. It was rainy when we arrived, so we could hangout in the hotel and not afraid of wind and rain. You can see the lake and the snowy mountains on a sunny day. Breakfast is semi-buffet, you can order a fresh meal, I recommend french toast. We saw two rabbits running outside at breakfast.

This house was built in 1850. This house can be checked in through a password. The bed is soft and comfortable, the room is very warm, and the hot water is sufficient. It is a little bit far from the railway station, but very close to the lake. A good trip experience!

YUNXIANGThe scenery is very good! ! The picturesque scenery, as mentioned in many reviews, the hotel itself is a scene. The traditional English manor style, blooming gardens, and tranquil lakeside all make people linger. During this trip to the Lake District, I went to the town center and ambleside. It is not an exaggeration to say that I personally feel that only by staying at the Langdale Chase Hotel can we truly appreciate the beauty of the Lake District. The attitude of the staff is also relatively good. The hotel is about 5 kilometers from the railway station and a taxi is 10 pounds; it is about 2 kilometers from the ambleside pier. You can also take a bus to these two towns, but the bus stop is five to six hundred meters away from the hotel, which is not particularly recommended. If you are not driving by yourself, it is better to take a taxi. If you are taking a taxi, it is best to call the front desk. It usually takes ten minutes. If you are in a hurry, it is best to advance. The toilet facilities are slightly outdated, but there is no major impact. The lake view room I stayed this time was quite spacious with a balcony. Overall, very satisfied!

The hotel of the nature of the hotel is a bit away from the lake. It is clean to sleep at night, but you need to drive down. The hostess looked like an Eastern European, friendly, and put coffee snacks in the restaurant to use. The family was on the first floor and we unfortunately got the room on the third floor. The stairs are very steep and inconvenient. The room was very warm and the fan was too hot. The bathroom is a little smaller and can be used.

Let’s start with the absolute best part of the stay: stepping out of the back of the hotel. The mature gardens stretch right down to the water’s edge, complete with the hotel's own private jetty. Sitting out on the terrace with a coffee in the morning, watching the mist rise off Windermere and the boats drift past, is worth a massive chunk of the room rate alone.
Because it’s located right in the heart of Bowness-on-Windermere, the convenience is unbeatable. You can park up (fair warning: parking is a hefty £25 per day) and completely forget about your car. The Bowness boat piers are a two-minute stroll away, and you are surrounded by local pubs and restaurants.

HaoshichenshuangThe decor is quite modern, though there's no fridge in the room. The service was exceptional; we were escorted to our room and given a thorough introduction to all the facilities. The SPA had an overpowering chlorine smell, but the pools themselves were good. The terrace boasts beautiful views, perfect for whiling away an afternoon. The family room offers excellent value for money, functioning essentially as a two-bedroom unit. It's conveniently located very close to the port.

Guest UserThe feeling of an English country villa is very cozy. When traveling with a family, we thought that three people would squeeze into one bed, but when we came back, we found that the service staff had put up a folding bed. The service staff was very nice. If there was no service staff after 7pm, you could call if you needed anything, and enter and exit the hotel by yourself with the key. The restaurant is warm and clean, the service is good, and the dishes are also rich. It has its own independent parking lot. I will recommend it to my friends.
