"The place was amazing and situated in a great place. Very near to a lot of amenities like bars and restaurants plus some shops.
The staff were amazing and so polite. We was made to feel like we was at home. Our room was huge and had a great view of the gardens.
Breakfast was outstanding and very tasty highly recommend.
We will definitely be staying here again in the future"

GGuest UserThe room was very nice, with swan bath towels. The environment was nice, between two towns, with the bus station just outside. The shop was run by a couple, the breakfast was delicious and the quantity was large, so make reservations in advance. A good stay experience.

QQingkuangyouThe hotel is right on the edge of Lake Windermere, with a very good environment. The hotel lobby has a very British aristocratic style, and each restaurant is very distinctive, but my favorite is the breakfast restaurant. It is so beautiful and comfortable to sit by the window, look at the lake through the green lawn, and eat English breakfast. We ordered dinner, which was also very good, especially the appetizers. The room is also very large, and we can see the lake in our room. It is very shocking to get up in the morning and look at the lake under the blue sky and white clouds. The facilities are also very good. It is a hotel that is worth staying in many times.

GGuest UserYou can see the small courtyard of the lake, the service is warm and thoughtful, and the health is very good. You can have dinner and drink in the store. Very warm. It was rainy when we arrived, so we could hangout in the hotel and not afraid of wind and rain. You can see the lake and the snowy mountains on a sunny day. Breakfast is semi-buffet, you can order a fresh meal, I recommend french toast. We saw two rabbits running outside at breakfast.

RRANThe hotel was rebuilt by the owner's parents. It is very warm and the reconstruction is very reasonable. The room is too small and the family seems particularly crowded. The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good, but there are many check-in requirements, there is no elevator, and it takes a lot of effort to carry large luggage to the third floor.

AAmy’s TravelsI’ve booked Low Wood Bay a few times but this was the first time using trip.com - we got an excellent deal and the customer service was brilliant from both trip.com and Low Wood Bay. There had been heavy snowfall so things were a bit up in the air with whether we would be coming or not due to road closures but the staff were brilliant. Thankfully we did get to come for the night and we’d booked the spa the following day. It is one of the best spas I have been to. The views are stunning. The hotel itself is really lovely, fantastic location, extremely clean and all the staff were super friendly. Will definitely be coming to stay again and can’t recommend enough for a relaxing break.

MMuchuanCFirst of all, I must like the design of this small hotel. It has a great sense of design. It is located in the lake area not too close to the lake. It is very quiet and the garden is very delicate. It is also very convenient to walk to the nearby lake for about 20 minutes. You need to make a reservation for dinner. It’s still dark at 10:30, so you can walk to the center of town to eat pizza. There is free parking, which is really nice.

AAnonymous UserThe room was lovely, the right size for a couple, generally well thought out & very clean. My only challenge was not being able to sit at the desk/dressing table & see in the mirror. Due to the sloped ceiling the mirror was too low / the stool was too high. A minor inconvenience really. The shower pressure was good though which we enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked. Staff were friendly & helpful - even recommending walks & restaurants etc. Would go back.

ZZhouxiaoyunThe hotel is very close to the train station, and with all our luggage, we made a great choice.
It's an old house converted into a B&B, so there's no elevator, so you had to carry your luggage upstairs. The room was spacious and quite clean.
The best part was their breakfast, which you order from the menu and was delicious. Dinner reservations are required. I was careless and didn't make it this time, so I missed out. If you go again, please remember to make reservations! Important things can't be said enough.

The downside is there are limited parking onsite. This caused quite a bit of angst every night for our 3 nights at the hotel.
