"Anyway so far so good..for us it is good kasi malapit sa mall and easy to go to moa too..for 5days in staycation in condo were good coz were safe naman po.. and the room is clean too then the security and sfaff were also good naman po..thank you and i will stay again when we were planning our next vacation in manila.. GGuest UserI had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The location was also convenient, close to SM MOA and restaurants. The only thing that I didn't like was the size of the pool, it quite small and a bit shallow (4ft) from the usual 5ft pools, but the overall hotel service was efficient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious, and the security check at the entrance was quite strict. The bed was also large. Downstairs, there's a casino, and outside the hotel, there are supermarkets and a McDonald's nearby. It's less than a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport, which is very convenient. The beaches in the Philippines are truly amazing; I've visited many times and will likely come again.

This is already our third time staying at the Sheraton, and once again, we couldnโt be happier with our experience. The consistency in service, cleanliness, and comfort is truly commendable. The staff always makes us feel welcome, the rooms are well-maintained and relaxing, and the amenities continue to exceed expectations.
Itโs always a pleasant and satisfying stay, which is why we keep coming back. Highly recommended for anyone who values comfort, quality, and excellent hospitality.

MmcjdWith regards to cleanliness, it was because the floors looked dirty due to scratches or maybe grout which I understood is inevitable. I love that they have a Text Concierge Team ensuring our stay with them was perfect. This is a nice strategy especially for people who doesnโt like talking on the phone because theyโre literally a text away. Iโm coming back for sure! Thank you for the warm welcome ๐ซถ๐ป

GGuest UserThe room is incredibly spacious, and the hotel itself is very luxurious. It's directly connected to Newport Mall, which is fantastic because you don't even need to go outside to access it. Newport Mall has a ton of entertainment, dining options, and even a casino. It's very upscale, the most premium mall in the Philippines.

AAnonymous UserWe recently stayed at Skyport Hotel near NAIA. The location is convenient, especially for travelers who need quick access to the airport.
However, there were a few things that disappointed us during our stay. They did not provide slippers, which would have been helpful and more comfortable for guests. The air conditioning was also very cold, and it was difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature.
Another concern was the cleanliness. The towel was simply hanging at the back of the bathroom door, which made me feel unsure if it was properly cleaned or freshly prepared. It would be better if towels were sealed or neatly arranged to assure guests of hygiene.
Overall, the location is good, but there is definitely room for improvement in comfort and cleanliness.

GGuest UserThe unit given to us was very neat and clean. Different from other unit we stayed before. They also offer snacks if ever you feel hungry at the middle of the night which you need to pay of course. They also provide shampoo, body wash, conditioner unlike other unit. All in all i want to book the same unit again on my next trip.

GGuest UserThe room was almost clean, except for old underwear under the bed. There was a chair on the balcony that collapsed under me the first second I sat on it โ luckily, I caught myself. Check-in was late, so I had to wait for an assistant. The bedding seemed clean, but it was well-worn. The sea view from the window was exactly as described. Check-out was more difficult than check-in; I sat at the reception for over 3 hours waiting for my deposit refund. Maybe it wasn't the hotel's fault, as my internet ran out. In short, I didn't wait any longer and went into town to try and pay for internet, but that's another story. Later, when I got connected, I called a hotel employee and it turned out they had lost track of me. They refunded my deposit via transfer to a third-party card, for which I'm very grateful. Photos are attached.
