Amazing
1110206****The room was super spacious, with great views, and very clean. It's in the city center, so you can just walk everywhere. The hotel service was excellent; we originally wanted to borrow their microwave, but they actually brought one right into our room for us to use – that was amazing! Of course, we tipped generously. The only downside is that the parking fee was quite expensive.

MM262460****The hotel opened in the last two years, so the in-room facilities are very new and comprehensive, including a coffee machine, kettle, and bathtub. There are also complimentary drinks available at the hotel entrance and front desk. The service is incredibly thoughtful.

GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs. The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting. For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

MMond789The room was quiet and clean. The location is perfect which is near the port and Gastown. It takes 8 minutes walk to the Port of Vancouver. The sky train station and bus stop just right next to the hotel.

MMs KWThe hotel is conveniently located and the sky train is very fast. The room was larger and cleaner than expected, and 2 bottles of water were replaced every day. I use L'OCCITANE EN PROVENCE for shampoo, shower and conditioner.

GGuest UserThe location is right in the middle of downtown. I lived there for 10 days, and it was easy to get on the bus, train, and sea bus. There were many places to eat nearby, so it was very convenient. If I had to say one thing, on the day of check-in, I arrived too early on a JAL flight, so I begged to check in early, but they kept saying they would check it out with a smile, and in the end, I was filling out the paperwork at exactly 4 p.m., so I guess they just weren't motivated to begin with. I should praise the housekeeping staff. I stayed on the 14th floor, and it seemed like each floor had a designated person in charge, and the person in charge on the 14th floor was very cute. Whatever I asked for, they did it right away. The best breakfast recommendation might be the eggs Benedict. The dish from South Africa that I forgot the name of and the salmon bagel were both good, but I just had the eggs Benedict. The fitness gym was a little small, and the machines were not well maintained, but it was open 24 hours a day. The pool also had no strict rules, and I was able to use it until 11 p.m. There were towels by the pool, which was convenient. I happened to get a good deal on a junior suite, so my 10-day trip went by in a flash. Next time I go, I'd like to stay in North Vancouver.

GGuest UserWe have a bad experience with St. Regis. We told the front desk to help us to book a big taxi for 4 people to take us to airport in early morning, but the staff didn't mark it properly, when we double checked the 2nd time, the order wasn't there and turned out a small taxi came and they needed to reorder a big one for us. They mixed up the room charge, it was remarked to pay at the hotel, first time the staff gave us the wrong info that both rooms were already charged to my card. Then the next day, they said it was not charged yet, we told them we paid by different credit cards, but when we checked out, they charged both rooms on my card without my permission. Finally, they cancelled 1 room payment and charge it back to my friend's card. This is very unprofessional and I haven't received my statement yet and not sure if they really cancelled the wrong payment.

YYuxinYuxinFacilities: The hotel is small but perfectly located in the city center, so it's small and pricey. Hygiene: It's acceptable. The hotel is quite old, so it's fine for one night. Environment: It's a typical small hotel, everything is quite old. Service: Good, very enthusiastic.

EERIDVery convenient location if your sim is to be right in the city center. The two subway train lines are within a couple of minutes walk ,as is the main high street. The Canada line provides a direct route to the train station (tip: buy a day ticket and it will cost less that the ticket to cross zones plus the additional airport surcharge). The Canada line is so convenient that if you did not care about being in the city center then staying somewhere else along the line further out may be cheaper. Hostel was clean and well organized. There is a strict no eating in the room policy, though there are kitchen facilities to be used. Hire a towel. Rooms and front entrance has key card access. Room has no Aircon so can be warm, though there is a small electric fan. The room with two beds has bunk bed, cages under the bed and a stool….that is it. There are no privacy curtains, individual dockets or lights for each bed, only the main room light so make sure you have a touch/light, though as the curtains do not block all street light the room feels as it has a nightlight on and does not ever get really dark. I stayed Saturday and Sunday night. Sunday was quiet , though the hostel is above a bar and do Saturday had music playing for many hours while trying to get to sleep not the place for light sleepers.

GGuest UserIt would have been really important to mention that they have cats. You know. To someone like me who is very allergic to cats. I have emergency medication for this kind of BS. I was there one night but I would have rebooked if was not way too late. 1 night of sleepless wheezing misery. Without the allergy thing, the rooms were hot and airless. People were leaving the doors open and using fans to blow around the cat dander, I mean air. It's not safe to leave doors open, but that's the guests. The ladder for the top bunk (bunkbed) had one side not covered. It's sharp metal and easy to cut yourself on. These issues are not hard to fix, hopefully they can improve, since that location is perfect for walking to and from concerts. Hey if you love cats, still be careful, this neighbourhood can be dangerous.
