Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel's front desk service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. The staff were gentle and enthusiastic, making the check-in process efficient and quick. They were patient and meticulous throughout, carefully answering all our questions about sightseeing. They proactively offered information on scenic routes, nearby attractions, and great dining spots. Whether we needed travel advice or assistance with items at short notice, they were responsive, attentive, and reliable. Every interaction made us feel incredibly welcome, boosting our overall trip satisfaction. The hotel's location is superb, right next to the Sayram Lake scenic area, making travel and sightseeing extremely convenient. There are plenty of food options nearby, including local specialties, home-style dishes, snacks, and late-night eats. You can simply stroll downstairs for a delicious meal, saving you the hassle of long commutes to find restaurants – making all your meals convenient and worry-free. The hotel's overall environment is tranquil and elegant, with expansive views. Right outside, you can admire the stunning beauty of Sayram Lake, surrounded by snow-capped mountains and crystal-clear waters. The air is fresh and comfortable, making both daytime sightseeing and evening relaxation exceptionally pleasant.

CcrazygillianOn our last night at Sayram Lake, we checked into the newly opened Shuiyunshan Pullman Hotel this year. We initially chose it for convenience, but ended up being charmed by a series of small, thoughtful touches. During check-in, the front desk cheerfully mentioned the 'afternoon tea gift' was on the fifth floor of the adjacent building. Even more surprising, despite booking a standard twin room, we found children's toothbrushes and soft-soled slippers upon entering. The light-colored, fluffy carpet was spotless, a rare achievement for a new hotel, showcasing exceptional housekeeping. You absolutely must try the in-room dining; the food is better than most restaurants in Xinjiang. The young lady who delivered our meal was incredibly sweet – kudos to her! Breakfast was another delightful surprise. Xinjiang milk tea paired with baursak is a standard, and both coffee machines were equipped with ice buckets. New hotels often falter on details, but this one excelled with its attentiveness. More memorable than the scenery itself was this perfect warmth.

GGuest UserMy first stop on this Xinjiang trip was this Kazakh-style hotel near Sayram Lake, and it was such a delightful surprise! The overall decor was brimming with rich ethnic charm, with yurt elements and ethnic patterns creating a truly immersive atmosphere. The hotel even provided a complimentary #PlatinumEthnicPhotography session 📷, and the photos turned out amazing. Photographer Mr. Wu was excellent at guiding the guests and paying attention to detail. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with soft and comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing, making for a very safe and comfortable stay. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and patient, and the location was convenient.

GGuest UserArrived at the hotel at 22:00, the front desk said that the garden view twin room was upgraded to a parent-child room, which is more comfortable. The actual room decoration smells super heavy. The promotional picture should be a decoration effect picture, but there is a difference in reality. The bath water is not hot (my companions were a little cold watching the sunset at Sai Lake, and wanted to take a hot bath to warm up), and it became colder and colder. The front desk said that because it was full, everyone took a bath at the same time, so the water temperature was not enough. The water was hot after taking a bath ten or twenty minutes later. I waited for an hour and the water temperature was still not hot enough. The room is indeed quite large, the bed is quite comfortable, and the bathroom is large enough for dry and wet separation, but the supporting facilities are a bit cheap. You will understand it after staying there. The breakfast is priced at 68 yuan per person. To be honest, it is expensive. There is no yogurt and coffee (the chain hotel I stayed in a few nights ago provided them). The taste is still good. There are not many varieties, but it is enough to eat.
