Five-star review! This trip to Sayram Lake, Tan Cheng·Yi was a huge and pleasant surprise. I booked a king-size bed but was upgraded to a lake-view twin room. The room cleaning was very meticulous, with an en-suite bathroom. The room was equipped with complimentary drinking water, a capsule coffee machine, and disposable toiletries that could be replenished at the front desk anytime. The public areas were lovely, with afternoon tea and a bar, perfect for relaxing in the lobby after a long day of sightseeing. The self-service laundry and free parking were especially convenient for self-driving tourists. The staff were very thoughtful, and any questions could be asked via WeChat at any time. It's close to Sayram Lake, making it very convenient for sightseeing. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel is in a slightly out-of-the-way location and is newly opened. The rooms are quite large and the cleanliness is acceptable, but the slippers are terrible, and the showerhead leaks. The breakfast is a bit lacking. I checked in on the evening of the 2nd, and the duty manager's service attitude was extremely poor.

The hotel boasts a prime location, just minutes' drive from the scenic area. The surrounding area offers excellent amenities and a wide variety of dining options. The hotel's decor is simple yet stylish. Customer service was friendly, and check-in was quick and easy – just a facial scan was all it took to open the door. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy. The bedding was comfortable and the atmosphere was quiet. They even provided complimentary fruit, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The coffee was excellent, made with rich and creamy milk. Overall, this stay was fantastic!

I highly recommend this place! The decor is full of ethnic charm. Besides being a comfortable stay, you can also play claw machines, billiards, and archery to pass the time. The front desk staff, Xiao Nu'er, and the bar staff, Xiao Yue, are super nice and provide excellent service. If you're coming to Sayram Lake, book this place without hesitation!

This time, when I visited Sayram Lake, I chose this hotel, and the overall check-in experience exceeded my expectations. Check-in was quick, and the front desk service was attentive, patiently explaining the surrounding attractions and routes to us. The room was very clean, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was good, so it was very quiet at night. The bathroom facilities were in good condition, and the hot water was stable. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to see the lake views right outside, and it offers great value for money. When I had questions, the front desk was quick to respond, and the staff were friendly. Overall, I was very satisfied and will choose to stay here again next time I visit Sayram Lake. I highly recommend it to friends traveling to the area!

Facilities: The hotel's hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo were all of good quality. They provided a travel-sized pair of toothbrushes and enough toothpaste for half a month. The drinking cups were individually wrapped in plastic, making them convenient to take on the road. The attention to detail in the amenities for travelers was impressive. Right in the hotel lobby, there's a self-service machine to buy Sayram Lake tickets. The hotel is located just behind the Old East Gate, and it's very convenient to drive to the New East Gate area for dining. After staying a few days, I no longer needed navigation to get to and from the lake for meals. Room: The duplex room had two bathrooms, one on each floor. The bedding was excellent, and I slept very comfortably with the two types of pillows provided. On the fourth floor, there's a platform that gets plenty of sunlight and is very quiet, offering lake views. The laundry room on the basement level had relatively new and clean ironing facilities. The hotel also has a campsite within the 'Dianjiangtai' area. I even borrowed the hotel's kettle to make coffee and watch the sunset by the lake, which was very satisfying. In July, during Xinjiang's peak season, hotels are fully booked. Many hotels priced between 1500-2000 on Ctrip often receive average reviews for their accommodation experience. This hotel was recommended by Ctrip's itinerary planner, Yan Yan, and I personally feel that the amenities are five-star+ with a great personalized butler service experience. The yogurt at the hotel breakfast was delicious!

The front desk staff were efficient and polite, the hot water in the bathroom was consistently good, and the location was excellent. The bed was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. A very satisfying experience!

This is a fantastic new hotel, just a few minutes' drive from the east gate of Sayram Lake. The underfloor heating was wonderfully warm, and the facilities were comprehensive. Parking was convenient, and they even thoughtfully provided earplugs for light sleepers. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich – many hotels around Sayram Lake don't even offer breakfast, and this one was still reasonably priced!

After a day of flying and then visiting Sayram Lake, I was absolutely exhausted. All I wanted was a hot shower and a good night's sleep when I got to the hotel. Unfortunately, there was absolutely no hot water. Both of us, in two separate rooms, had to take cold showers. Cold showers! In the freezing cold weather of Sayram Lake at night, it's a miracle I didn't catch a cold; my immune system must be really strong. I am extremely dissatisfied. I called the front desk, but they couldn't offer any immediate solution, saying they'd report it the next day and get back to me. However, by the time we checked out, there was no individual apology or follow-up. This was truly disappointing.
