"It was quite comfortable to stay in, highly recommended! Perhaps due to the water quality in the south, there were limescale stains on the bathroom glass door, which are really hard to clean. I personally don't mind it, but those who are particular about it should think about it. The island's own bar is on the first floor, and you can bring drinks up to your room, which is super awesome!"

GGuest UserHotel Nikko Kaohsiung was the perfect hotel for us in Kaohsiung. It's in a quiet location in the Asia New Bay Area, a few minutes' walk to 2 light rail stations (C7-Software Technology Park and C8-Kaohsiung Exhibition Center) and 1 Metro Red Line station (R8-Sanduo Shopping District). There's a 7-11 and Family Mart directly in front of it for any drink, snack, or toiletry needs. An MWD outlet is also close by for a good breakfast, if you don't want to spend on the breakfast buffet every morning. Room service dining is available and reasonably priced, though the options are limited. Both the check-in and check-out processes went very smoothly. We arrived a few hours before check-in, but the reception staff let us go through the check-in process and leave our bags. When we returned from exploring the neighborhood, we simply collected our keys from reception and found our bags waiting for us in our room. The lap pool area was quite relaxing to hang out at. The only thing missing is a milk tea shop around the corner.

- they really kept things up to IHG's top notch standards. Also, massive thanks to Sally, Ruru, Molly, Agnes, and Emma for their warm, friendly vibes. Everything ran like clockwork, and the place had a proper welcoming feel.

AAnonymous UserThe rooms are spacious, and a family of four can comfortably sleep in one room. The bedding is excellent, making for a very comfortable sleep. It's close to the light rail station and next to a large supermarket, so overall it's very convenient. The breakfast also meets five-star hotel standards.

GGuest UserThe hotel was beautiful and conveniently located. The housekeep who came knocking on our door had food in her mouth - totally bizarre and unacceptable. The stay was very comfortable and the restaurant was wonderful, too. Their microwave was 3000 watts, so we couldn’t sterilize baby bottles and had to go to a convenient store nearby late at night….. I wish it offered more baby friendly amenities.

MmuneeThe room is great, very spacious – you could even do parkour in there! The decor is also very pleasant. The hotel's signature scent is custom-blended and smells wonderful. All the staff are super friendly. Overall, the experience was fantastic.
And the hotpot restaurant on the hotel's first basement floor is also delicious!

The lighting of the room was a bit too dim for me, but it wasn't a problem during the day as there was plenty of sunlight from the window. What I like about is that they put a coffee table and an armchair by the window, making it quite enjoyable to do some reading during the day. The location is a okay, around 10-15 minutes walk from the closest MRT station. The way to the station was clear and had a variety of local shops to explore.

MMuhammad MonirGreat hotel a bit far from everything. They refused to refill the regular tea, I requested 2, said I have to buy, then I said u can give us just one. Also said only refill for more than 1 day, not sure just communication or real issue. I was a little sick, so I had a good rest. Breakfast was avg for me as I don’t eat pork, so I didnot have much choice.

Although breakfast was provided, it was not delicious and was very simple. The home-style coffee machine was also very slow and there were too many people. After queuing up, I had to go out to find something to eat for the children at the end. There were small insects in the quilt of the extra bed, so I had to clean it myself. In addition, there are many animals and insects in the mountains. The Villa has a nice swimming pool, so you can first soak in the beautiful mountain scenery. There are alternating hot and cold hot springs. It is also very close to the cherry blossom forest. In addition, it is also close to places around the city. There are 7-11 and restaurants. You can do some activities before breakfast and in the afternoon. The scenery outside the pool is beautiful. Although the price is a bit expensive, it is still Very good experience.
