"The location is great, about a 7-minute walk from Cianjin MRT station. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. The first room we were assigned was quite noisy, and we had to contact the front desk twice to change rooms before we found one we were happy with. The staff were very accommodating and helped us change rooms each time. Having a coin-operated laundry room was also very convenient!"

"pros: - accessible to central park station which is red line straight to zuoying station for hsr - opp central park for the xmas market - 10 mins walk to liuhe night market - 5 mins walknto shinkuchan street - lounge with excellent side dishes and snacks with free draft beer in the noon and night. - staff are very friendly and helpful -gave a free bag of bakery upon checkin - late checkout at 12pm cons: - no washing machine on site - no toothbrush provided (think it is a norm across taiwan) - seating area in lounge limited especially during happy hours"

"The cleanliness was acceptable, but the carpet looked a bit old and seemed to only get basic cleaning without proper maintenance. I checked in after 10 PM, so there was only one staff member at the front desk. There was a difficult guest in front of me, who also booked through ***********, complaining that the hotel didn't clearly state that her room had no windows and was trying to demand a room change. However, the hotel was fully booked, so her request couldn't be met. I booked through Trip.com and clearly saw the 'no window' disclaimer, so I found her complaints a bit unreasonable and felt impatient while waiting, as she was holding up the line for everyone else. Although they did prioritize us afterward, I still feel like they could use one more staff member during that time. Overall, at least the cleanliness was decent, providing a comfortable environment to rest. It's just the carpet that could use some maintenance – it's a bit... old, and I don't think it's been professionally cleaned. That's something that needs improvement."

"The room is spacious and clean, and it's conveniently located near the train station, just a short walk away. There are also a few convenient stores nearby. Overall, it's a very convenient location. However, the staff is quite unfriendly. They will charge you extra if you're slightly late for check-out, even though they claim to have already reminded you. They don't seem to give any grace period."

"Excellent quality! They even upgraded us to a triple room. The beds were super comfortable, and the bathroom was nicely separated."

"We stayed in the Gudetama room which is decorated in a very cute style.With the reservation we had the priority of checking in,free afternoon tea and the photo shoot service. We enjoyed the gym and the sauna which is perfect for relaxing.And most of all the hotel provided the shuttle service to the high speed train station for free. We will be back again for the Melody room."

"The location is great, right by the main road and not a far walk from the MRT. The breakfast offered a decent variety of choices, not overly extensive but not too limited either. The staff provided excellent service. One day, we had to leave the hotel early for a trip out of town, before breakfast hours. We asked if the hotel could arrange breakfast for us, and they kindly packed it in a lovely box. Many thanks!"

"The room size is quite generous, especially the bathroom, which feels like it belongs in a five-star hotel. The amenities are comprehensive, and the decor is tasteful. The free buffet breakfast, complimentary afternoon tea, and free laundry facilities all offer excellent value for money. The staff are dedicated and welcoming. The hotel boasts convenient transportation, just a few minutes' walk from Kaohsiung Main Station. There are also nearly ten bus routes available right outside the door. It's also only a few minutes' walk to Liuhe Night Market, Kaohsiung's most famous night market. The only minor drawback is that the room carpets are a bit worn."

"The location is great, very convenient to get around, close to the Yellow Line MRT. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel and a YouBike station. Convenience stores and restaurants are all around the hotel. The room was clean, and the hot water was genuinely hot and strong. The only downside was that the bathroom didn't have a separate wet and dry area. Other than that, everything was excellent and great value for money. The lobby area offers 24-hour snacks, unlimited and free to choose from. There's also free instant noodles available as a late-night snack (you need to request it at the reception). Breakfast also has a good variety of choices. If you want to try everything with lots of options, you might need to come down a bit earlier."

"The hotel location is honestly perfect. It’s right next to Formosa Boulevard Metro station and the exit has an escalator so no worries if you have heavy luggage! The hotel lobby is pretty beautiful and the coffee bar is free. I was upgraded to the top floor of the hotel! Bathroom is nice and big. Bed is comfortable but the pillows are so soft — I ended up with some neck pain. Snacks and bottled water provided everyday in the room. Unfortunately the room is a bit dark even with all the lights on - and we found some hair in the room on the bed and in the carpet that did not match our hair colour so it must’ve been left behind by a previous guest or housekeeping. The hotel has a nice breakfast buffet with many western and Asian options and the staff are very nice. Rooftop is beautiful at night for a drink. Walking distance to Liuhe Night Market for all the yummy foods! Highly recommend this hotel if you are in Kaohsiung! The city was lit up so beautiful for the TWICE concerts! Love Kaohsiung!"
