Shangrao Hotels with Bars

We were so lucky to choose this B&B. We were too introverted to call the owner to pick us up at the station, but he was so enthusiastic and proactive in asking about our arrival time. We got into his car as soon as we got out of the station, which is really great for introverts. We exclaimed in delight as soon as we entered the B&B. Everywhere we looked was beautiful and exquisitely laid out. We could feel how carefully the owner took care of his house. The children were curious about this style of house. The room had beautiful views inside and outside, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the breakfast made by the owner's wife was delicious and authentic local food. There is a beautiful trail outside the B&B, which is very suitable for a walk. We are grateful to meet such a welcoming owner and his family.

The B&B has lovely cats and offers pottery experiences, plus a welcome fruit platter. From the balcony, our room overlooked a charming stream with a small bridge, and we even had a tea ceremony with a brazier. The room decor was very atmospheric and thoughtfully arranged. It's just a bike ride away from the scenic area. In the morning, I even used the microwave to heat up some local specialty Ai Ye Guo (mugwort cakes).

We took advantage of Hangzhou's spring break for an off-peak trip to Wuyuan before the May Day holiday. The prices were very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. It was our first time in Wuyuan, and the guesthouse we picked had a wonderful natural environment with fresh air. We stayed for several days, and the owner was incredibly warm and helpful, plus the place was very clean. There's a lake nearby where we even enjoyed a bamboo raft ride. The kids absolutely loved it!

This place is absolutely beautiful. The hotel owner is a gem, he went out of his way numerous times to make sure that my stay was perfect. He picked me up from the train station in a grand car for a very fair fare. He also helped me rent a bike and even dropped me off on a beautiful road to cycle along to. Without him.I would have not been able to experience the beautiful countryside riding a bike, which is something I recommemd to anyone visiting the region. The land is so peaceful and preserved and you can stop in small non commercialized villages along your bike ride. Regarding my room, it was big, quiet, had an awesome view, the water temperature and pressure were adequate. It was also spotless clean and had a great sound system and projector screen. As for the location, the scenic area is just outside at the doorstep, but the hotel is very peaceful still. There is a nice Delonghi machine to make a good expresso in the morning. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe and cozy. I don't speak Chinese but this was not a problem - with the translator apps everything was easy. I recommend this hotel to anyone coming to beautiful Wuyuan!!

I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Huangling. I arrived in the afternoon, and chose to stay inside the scenic area to enjoy and photograph both the evening and morning views. First of all, the hotel environment is excellent – quiet, elegant, clean, and well-equipped. It offers a wide view, directly facing the ancient opera stage. Although there were no performances during my stay, according to the staff, sometimes there are bonfire parties here, in which case this location would offer a prime view. The breakfast included with the stay was also very rich and varied. Due to taste differences, the meals I had in Jiangxi over the past few days were mediocre, but the hotel's buffet breakfast was a delightful surprise and truly whetted my appetite. I highly recommend it! I'd especially like to thank Mr. You, the staff member who transferred us to the hotel. His service was meticulous and thoughtful, and he explained the attractions along the way, which significantly enhanced the overall hotel service. My sincere thanks again. If you're looking to spend the night in the scenic area, this place is definitely worth a heartfelt recommendation! 💯👍

We stayed for 3 days in this lovely hotel, the lady running the place was really nice and helped us organising trips in the Wuyuan area. From the terrace you have a great view of the village and can take great photos. The rooms are spacious and offer everything you need. The lobby/ breakfast area has a lot of charme, since all the furniture is from another era and so the place just feels very original and homey. Even though on 2 of 3 days we were the only guests, we got a full buffet of delicious Chinese food for breakfast, including a good coffee. The organised trips with Mister Yu were such a pleasure, he showed us the best spots in the area and was a really good driver.

Choosing Xixin Villa Resort Hotel for my trip to Gexian Village truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel is located right inside the scenic area, making its location superb. It's within walking distance to the ancient street and Zhongmiao Pavilion. Staying here allows for multiple entries and exits to the scenic area, making evening visits to the light show and water screen movie incredibly convenient and stress-free. The villa room was spacious with excellent natural light, clean, and tidy. The bedding was comfortable, and the environment was tranquil and elegant. The staff provided excellent service; check-in was efficient and warm. They offered thoughtful suggestions for our visit, and the shuttle service was prompt. They were also very enthusiastic about helping with luggage. A complimentary experience of seal incense making and Song-style tea ceremony was included, requiring prior reservation. The experience was fantastic, allowing us to appreciate traditional Chinese elegance amidst the mountains and rivers, creating a wonderful atmosphere. Breakfast offered a rich variety, including local specialty hot noodles. The hotel's courtyard has an antique charm, surrounded by lush greenery, perfect for a relaxing getaway. It's ideal for family trips or a leisurely short stay. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Gexian Village!

When climbing Mount Sanqing with my family, I chose Narada Hotel specifically because it's close to the Jinsha Cable Car, about a one-kilometer walk, which makes going up the mountain incredibly convenient. The hotel facilities are very comprehensive; the lobby is clean and elegant, and they even offer complimentary fruit tea and black tea. Hiking poles are also available for loan. The rooms are spacious and tidy, and there are welcome fruits upon check-in, which is a thoughtful touch. It's perfectly suited for traveling with kids, as it has both an outdoor playground and an indoor swimming pool, keeping the children thoroughly entertained. The breakfast offers a rich variety, including local specialties like preserved vegetable pancakes, taro dumplings, and stir-fried rice noodles. The Four Seasons Restaurant on the second floor serves good food. After a tiring day of hiking, it's convenient and comfortable to rest a bit at the hotel before heading up for dinner. Overall, the value for money is excellent, making it ideal for family vacations. I recommend it to anyone visiting Mount Sanqing.

The hotel room was quite spacious and even had a balcony, and being a standalone building, it was very quiet. The front desk staff were lovely and very welcoming. I had a great experience, and the firework displays were beautiful. The hotel breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted delicious. The service was thoughtful and meticulous, making me feel right at home. The staff, especially those at the Western and Chinese breakfast stations, were warm, friendly, and professional. I was extremely satisfied with everything, from the front desk reception to the room service. It truly made my trip very comfortable and relaxing.

The hotel is located within Mount Sanqing, requiring a drive up the mountain, close to the Waishuangxi cable car. Since we had to return the same day, we chose the Jinsha cable car, which was about a 40-minute drive from the hotel. The hotel's facilities are really old. The towels were thin and damaged, the hairdryer switch didn't work, the hand soap dispenser was empty, and the toilet seat was wooden, like something from over a decade ago. Choosing the mountain view balcony was a bit of a mistake; the mountain was right in front of us, too close to see any distant views. My son went to the gym, which didn't have many machines, but the service was very good.
