YYihaofeng1. The hotel provides free airport pick-up and drop-off services, which are divided into two types: one is a chartered car and the other is a shuttle bus. In fact, the shuttle bus is also equivalent to a chartered car. Our family of three did not share the round trip with others;
2. The hotel is like two different worlds. I feel very safe in the hotel. All the tours are registered in the hotel. Although there are some self-funded projects (camel riding at the pyramids, 10 dollars/person), I personally think it is worth it. In addition, the tour guide will ask you for a tip, but you don’t have to give it. If you can’t save face at the time, just tell the person who made the reservation after returning to the hotel, and it will be returned.
3. The hotel breakfast is great and very rich. My parents are used to it. Breakfast is the most abundant meal of the day.
4. There is a famous Chinese restaurant in Cairo in the hotel, right next to the front desk, open from 15:00 to 24:00, the food is quite good;
5. The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym, which makes it convenient for everyone to stay in shape.

__M1861633****We were given a side Nile-view room on the quieter side, and they even allowed us to check in early at 10:30 AM, which was a nice bonus! 👍 The hotel's location, luxurious feel, and the staff's attitude and warmth were all excellent. The main issues were that the room's facilities were a bit old, and the sheets felt a little damp, making for an uncomfortable sleep.

GGuest UserThe staff of this hotel was not good, At about 8 PM in the evening, the hotel front desk staff called the room and said that the hotel we booked only allows one person to stay. If two people stay, they need to add an additional fee of 70 US dollars. Very unlogic, so I leave my friend and I booked another hotel.but the facilities and environment is good .only their service is bad
