"I feel that Trip.com communication with the hotel needs to be improved. Check-in is self-check-in. The landlord sent me a picture description and an email, but I received an email and did not receive the picture. It was not very smooth to find the room. Later, I contacted the Trip.com customer service and went in smoothly. I contacted the landlord on WhatsApp. I found that according to the landlord's picture description is quite clear. I hope Trip.com I can improve the program here so that tourists can also receive pictures. This room is close to the street, soundproofing is average, and be careful."

"This was the place I stayed during my trip to Florence. It was a great location, reasonably priced, and a great room. The staff in the office always greeted me with a bright smile and were very attentive to my needs.
I needed to drop off my luggage on my last day, and they even asked if I needed anything before I even asked.
This place offers excellent location, service, and comfort, so I highly recommend it!
(Note: The garbage truck that occasionally comes in the early morning can be noisy.)"

YYunyanThe location is perfect, right opposite to the train station, on top of the McDonald's. The attractions of Florence are within walkable distance from the hotel. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The sound proof of the room is not ideal. Our room is on top of McDonald's and facing the train station, there were a lot of people gathering at the train station at night time. The noise from the people talking and laughing could easily be heard. We are on the second floor, so the noise of traffic is another issue at night time. When we checked out, I discovered the hotel provided ear plugs which I didn't discover when I moved in, that means the hotel is aware of the noise issue. The staff checked with us about our experience when checked out, we told them about the noise problem, they said if we raised the issue earlier, they could relocate us to another room which is not facing the main street. If noise is a concern to you but you prefer this easy location, be aware to talk to the staff and get a quiet room.

AAdamI highly recommend this hotel. Not only is the location great, there are two famous queuing restaurants next to it: Trattoria Dall Oste for T-bone steaks and Osteria Pastella for pasta. It is convenient to go to any attraction. The most important thing is that the hotel bed is comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast is even more sumptuous. The boss is originally from Zhejiang. The service is friendly and enthusiastic. I have not written a review, but I sincerely recommend everyone to stay here when visiting Florence.

GGuest UserIt is not so much a hotel, in fact, it is similar to a homestay, the location is more convenient, just on the edge of the central market, but the shortcomings are also obvious, there is a garbage collection station downstairs, and the garbage truck starts to work at five o'clock in the morning. It is a large house changed suite. The bathroom and bathroom are the feeling of adding later, so the ground is relatively humid, and it is difficult to separate dry and wet. The room has coffee and drinks are free. The house number is very difficult to find. There is a small wooden door code lock downstairs. If you have to go up the stairs, heavy luggage is more difficult. It is not recommended for family travel.

BBudgetTravelerThe location of the room is perfect! It sits in the heart of the city but the room is quiet and nice. Wherever you go, it takes within 10 minutes to walk. It is also very close to the train station. The host is friendly and let us drop our bag after checkout, which is really convenient for traveling around if you are leaving Florence late. They also provide breakfast and coffee in the room. However, you may want to consider bringing earplugs and eye mask if you are very sensitive to noise and light - the air conditioning creates some inevitable noise and the light is quite bright. It is fine if you travel in cooler weather and do not need their aircon. If you book this room, you may need to prepare some cash for the city tax. Overall, this is a great place I'd recommend to stay.

This hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the train station and a 10-minute walk from the Basilica of Our Lady of Mary. Other attractions are also very close by; the Ponte Vecchio (where Jay Chou's music video was filmed) and Piazzale Michelangelo are both within walking distance, taking about 20 minutes at most. There are shopping areas and Chinese restaurants right next to the hotel!

GGuest UserThere was an amazing staying. The view is the best, room and bathroom was fresh and clean. Beds are comfortable and there were constantly available drink water, coffee and tea, the kitchen was very nice✨
House owner even helped us to lift up our baggage!!! So sweet and kind lady, big thanks to her! When we needed help to find out something about the city or where to get iron, we got it very quickly.
I recommend everyone to stay here.

Wild Boar Square is right under my nose—you can easily enjoy the amazing concerts and performances every night, and watch the beggars picking up change by the wild boar statue! It was so convenient and comfortable! 120 points wouldn't be too much! ❤️❤️❤️

GGuest UserIt's in a great location, 7 minutes from the station and 10 minutes from the Ufutzii Museum, but it was hard to find because there was no hotel sign! I was standing 10 meters away, but I couldn't find it even after walking back and forth, so I asked a nearby hotel staff member, who pointed to a small door and said, ”It's right there.” I pressed the intercom, had it opened, went up to the third floor, and finally checked in. The room was cute, and when I told them I was leaving early in the morning, they were flexible and said, ”I can make breakfast at the breakfast shop and have it delivered the day before.” There was a shower, a refrigerator, and bottled water for the bed. If you leave the room and go up one level, there is a shared terrace with a view of the roofs of the ancient city. If the check-in goes smoothly, it's a great place to stay.

HHONGThis is the second stay. As always, good. This is the longest stay in the same hotel in Italy. Stayed at this hotel for four consecutive nights. The hotel is ideally located 10 minutes walk from Central Station and less than 5 minutes from Santa Maria del Fiore. There are many people during the day, and going out to shoot the night scene at night is not the same. More commendable is the owner of the hotel.
