"Locating this property, one must first ring the doorbell and then push open a thick, heavy wooden door – it felt just like stepping into an ancient castle! This place is indeed a conversion from a historic building.
It's important to note this isn't a standard hotel, but a B&B. After booking online, I received an email informing me that check-in is only available at the front desk between 3 PM and 8 PM, and there's a €25 fee for arrivals after 8 PM. Upon check-in, the staff were quite strict, outlining various rules, including a prohibition on bringing drinks, fruits, or any other food into the rooms.
Despite being housed in an old building, the rooms are remarkably modern in their decor and facilities, and are very comfortable. Housekeeping is provided daily. A highlight is the top-floor terrace, which boasts fantastic views, including a clear sight of the Florence Duomo's iconic dome and Campanile."

Amazing
The location a super convenient. The train station is just opposite to you. There are so many restaurants and shops, supermarket and convenient store around. We are a group of 8 ppl, staying in 2 big rooms. The description of the room size is 28 sqm, but I think it is doubled. There is a little kitchen with a dish washing machine in it. Very nice to have a space to make a quick breakfast there. Kitchenware and the whole room are very clean. I found many comments talking about the noise, but we don’t hear any during or before our sleep. The staff are so nice and helpful, always have a smile on their face. We felt welcomed. We had a wonderful stay and definitely will stay here again if we come to Florence again.

Great location 5 min from central train station. Our unit was very comfortable but note it was a loft with stairs so those not so mobile may prefer other rooms. The service was really great from everyone we interacted with and always went above and beyond. The shower and bathroom was great size and modern. The bed was comfortable and pillows were good which is rare. There was an issue with the aircon malfunctioning and not working. The team tried hard but could not get someone to come out in time so provided a fan upon our request.

The owner is a friendly person, he showed me all I need to know as soon as I arrived. The snacks and milk in my room are free. It is very close to Duomo and Acadamia museum. It is also very close to Train station. There are lots of nice restaurants nearby. I love the experience here, highly recommend!

The room and bathroom are fairly new and clean. The window has a shutter making the room dark. Nearby are many restaurants. The old city centre is within walking distance. The station is just a few minutes walk. I can recommend this place

It's in a great location, 7 minutes from the station and 10 minutes from the Ufutzii Museum, but it was hard to find because there was no hotel sign! I was standing 10 meters away, but I couldn't find it even after walking back and forth, so I asked a nearby hotel staff member, who pointed to a small door and said, ”It's right there.” I pressed the intercom, had it opened, went up to the third floor, and finally checked in. The room was cute, and when I told them I was leaving early in the morning, they were flexible and said, ”I can make breakfast at the breakfast shop and have it delivered the day before.” There was a shower, a refrigerator, and bottled water for the bed. If you leave the room and go up one level, there is a shared terrace with a view of the roofs of the ancient city. If the check-in goes smoothly, it's a great place to stay.

The location is simply great! The very center of the city! Please note check-in time: until 20.00!!!! We asked to check in later, they confirmed it, for which we thank you very much! But I had to go through the quest)) So it’s better to follow the rules and check in on time. The rooms are in an old house, very atmospheric! Breakfast: buffet, fresh crispy croissants and coffee - made our morning! I recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at B&B Cavour 10. The property feels more like a cozy hotel room rather than a full apartment, which was perfect for my needs. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is outstanding — right in the center of Florence, close to major attractions and surrounded by amazing restaurants, especially if you love high-quality meat dishes! The shower was modern and spacious, and a free breakfast was also included, which was a very nice surprise. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Florence!
