This was my first time staying at this hotel, I found it through Xiaohongshu, and my overall experience was just okay.

Service: Most of the hotel staff didn't smile, perhaps they were exhausted from the National Day holiday. What bothered me the most was the unfriendly attitude of the children's center staff. On the first day of our stay, it was fine as there weren't many people. But this morning, there were a lot of children and parents, with several people entering to play at the same time. The person at the entrance became impatient. They didn't even stand up, just sat there with a sour face telling us to sign. Honestly, out of the whole group, only I went over. Such terrible service! Upon entering, you're required to take off your shoes, and the shoe rack is placed by the door. However, once you walk in, the floor is cold stone, and no one seems to care. I don't understand the design. We originally planned to stay two nights, but there's nothing to do at the hotel.

Speaking of breakfast, it was like a marketplace, chaotic and lacking quality. Our family ate quickly in 20 minutes and left. The restaurant staff were also very robotic. The bed in the room was too soft, the duvet too thick, and the pillows were very flat. In short, I didn't sleep at all. My child also cried for a long time in the middle of the night, I'm not sure why. Despite closing the window, it was still very noisy as it's close to the elevated highway. The night light is under the bedside table and couldn't be turned off. I really couldn't sleep, it was so difficult.

Had a wonderful two-night, three-day stay at the hotel.

First, I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade, and our butler, Sini, was very thoughtful, providing ample warm reminders and responding super quickly. Other staff members we encountered also responded and resolved issues very promptly. The overall feeling the hotel gave was attentive and professional.

The hotel isn't new, but it's well-maintained and nicely laid out. I heard it was fully booked one of the nights, but aside from the buffet breakfast being a bit crowded, it never felt overly busy. The hotel has a great resort vibe. It's a shame that with kids, there were many beautiful spots where we couldn't take good photos.

Buffet Breakfast: Rich and fresh. Freshly squeezed juices, Cantonese-style freshly made rice noodle rolls, Cantonese congee, chicken feet, Southeast Asian curry rice noodles, etc. You can even mix your own fresh fruit juices.

Buffet Dinner: Included in the Trip.com package. The drinks selection was extensive, with several beers, white and red wines, and even the option to mix your own cocktails. There were several types of shrimp and crab, not just one, plus grilled mini lobsters, oysters, scallops, abalone, and lamb racks. Everything I wanted was there, very satisfying.

A commendable point is how quickly food was replenished; we rarely had to wait.

The beach is clean and exclusive to the hotel, so it's not crowded. Besides the main pool, there's also a swim-up lane connected to the rooms, which was a joy for kids who love water. Over the three days, we switched between the beach and pool constantly, and my child didn't want to leave. If we come for a family holiday again, we'll definitely return here.

Environment: The hotel's restaurants are all on the west side, so the rooms on the west side are terrible. There's a strong smell of cooking oil in the rooms and a heavy odor in the hallway. It smells like steaming in the morning and stir-frying/grilling at other times, which is really bad.
Noise: The hotel rooms are all next to the環山(Huanshan) highway, so it's very noisy.
Surroundings: It's next to Cat Beach, which is lovely, and it's very convenient to get to the Butterfly Garden and Spice Garden. However, the shuttle bus to the city and Dingyi Beach only has 15 spots per day.

This hotel is our top choice for family vacations with kids; I highly recommend booking a room in the Imperial Tower! The Imperial Tower's elevator goes directly to the hot springs and swimming pool, so you don't have to walk far. It's super convenient for kids to enjoy the hot springs and swimming, saving you the hassle of walking back and forth, and it's very kid-friendly.

The hotel has a traditional Chinese garden setting, which is quiet and comfortable, and the room hygiene is well-maintained. The location is excellent; it's right next to an outlet mall, so you can easily go shopping in your free time. Transportation is also convenient, making it perfect for a short trip from Xi'an.

The buffet dinner tastes good and offers a wide variety, so both adults and children can find something they love. The only downside is that the menu updates are infrequent; if you stay multiple times, the dishes feel similar, lacking a sense of novelty.

Overall, it's very suitable for short family getaways around Xi'an. With hot springs, swimming, and outlet shopping all in one place, it's an effortless way to entertain the kids.
