My business trip happened to coincide with the hotel's Qixi (Chinese Valentine's Day) DIY sachet event, which really set a wonderful atmosphere. I got to make a sachet to take home and also received a small aroma diffuser – such thoughtful little details! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Its proximity to the airport made travel very convenient. It was a lovely little highlight during a busy trip, definitely recommend!

The hotel's location is very convenient, and the customer service is excellent. There are many dining options nearby, and it's not far from the subway station. The room is spacious and bright, and the mattress is just right, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The breakfast spread is rich, with Cantonese dim sum and wonton noodles being standout features. The staff are warm and welcoming, making for a very satisfying overall experience.

The hotel offers great value for money and responded to my needs quickly and efficiently. The front desk staff were very helpful, and the staff member Xiao Wu was always very responsive and helpful. Thumbs up!

This stay exceeded my expectations, absolutely five-star! Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a spacious and comfortable suite. The room was expansive with a well-thought-out layout, and the soft furnishings and facilities were exquisite. The staff were consistently warm and polite, providing meticulous and attentive service with quick responses. The room was spotless, the bedding comfortable, ensuring a really good night's sleep. The overall environment was serene and elegant, and all the amenities were comprehensive. The value for money was outstanding, and the service was impeccable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

Mixed experiences, the room was good, clean and spacious. Breakfast ok.
But, the negative part was during check-in. Arriving 00:30  with a kid due to delayed flight and was told they don’t accept foreigners! Even though the information on Trip.com info says the hotel accept all nationalities! 
I guess the main issue is that the hotel doesn’t know how to register foreign passports to the local PSB (which is mandatory) thru their system, this is quite common for smaller hotels.
After some arguing (luckily we do speak Chinese) they let us stay for the night to start with since it was so late and then handle the issue the day after. But they never contacted us again so we stayed the total of three nights. Trip.com need to align with the hotel about the policy so correct information is listed.
Although I know that gov lately has informed hotels that they are not allowed to deny foreigners due to PSB registration issue, but I guess it takes some time before fully implemented.
Otherwise the stay was good.
