Overall, it was still a pleasant stay as the hotel is more affordable compared to many others in the area. We also appreciated the convenience of being able to park our car directly in the car park right in front of the hotel. However, when we asked the staff if we could use the EV charging station, we were simply told no without much explanation.

Service standards could be improved, as the staff did not come across as particularly friendly. During breakfast, we had to check off our room number ourselves because the receptionist did not assist us and other staff members were not around.

The room itself was acceptable and the bed was comfortable, but the air-conditioning unit was quite noisy and seemed to blow dust around the room. Each morning, I noticed specks of dust on my phone after waking up. The bathroom also showed some signs of wear — the toilet door appears to be chipping, likely due to water exposure. Although there is a small window in the bathroom that helps with ventilation, there was still a noticeable sewer-like smell.

Overall, while the stay was comfortable for the price, there is room for improvement in both service and room maintenance.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Everything about it is fantastic!

The hotel itself is new, opened just over a year ago. It's cozy and compact, yet has everything you need, and it all works perfectly. European style, great amenities.

The staff are amazing, very friendly, and speak good English. Always happy to help! :)

It's spotless everywhere. The room is cleaned thoroughly and quickly. Clean towels, comfortable beds and pillows, bathrobes in the room. Tea, decent coffee, and water in glass bottles. USB speaker, TV. Plenty of space for clothes, everything is very thoughtfully designed.

There's a bar-cafe upstairs, which is also very good for a hotel. 

Pool, gym, washing machine. Downstairs, there are complimentary bananas, cookies, and coffee/tea/cocoa.

Thanks to the style with balconies and thick walls, the room doesn't get hot or too sunny.

The concept with monkeys and bananas is 100 out of 100, perfectly executed.

The location is superb. It's a beautiful area with all sorts of cafes and restaurants, shops, massage places, and currency exchange offices. Plus, it's not noisy, and there's parking available!

The room was decent and met standard expectations. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. I booked with breakfast, but the options were quite limited. Guests have to choose one item from a small menu per person, with choices like congee, instant noodles, or toast. This might not be sufficient for some guests. One area for improvement would be to renovate the room's flooring, as the tiles were loose with noticeable gaps.

The hotel itself is amazing, every detail is well-thought-out. We stayed here for half a day because there was a concert at the Royal Hotel nearby. The food in the cafe downstairs is very tasty. The only downside is that it gets very hot sleeping upstairs, but when the air conditioner is on, it's cold downstairs, so you're constantly opening and closing the window like on a bus – hot when open, cold when closed. The room overlooked the adjacent building, which made it very quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting between outings.

Стильный ремонт, икеевская мебель) Каждый день уборка, белоснежные полотенца. Постель как отдельный вид искусства) Облачко! Персонал всегда быстро реагировали на сообщения через ватсапп. Молодцы! Наш большой номер выходил на две стороны и шума от дороги не было слышно ночью. На кухне готовили завтраки сами первые пару дней, после продлили с завтраками, их привозят утром к определенному вами часу. По завтракам норм, голодным не останешься. 
 Мы были байке, очень удобное расположение. Рядом кафешки на любой вкус. Магазины 7/11, Чип, Лотус!

We really enjoyed the Blu hotel Morisco. The amenities were great, the shower and fridge were excellent and the bed very comfortable. The balcony was also excellent. The service here was always fantastic, nice to see some young and smiling faces, who were pleasant to chat to. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with great coffee options, barista or machine made. Overall, I would highly recommend!

A good hotel. Friendly staff. The receptionist, Alesia, gave us a very warm welcome and provided all the necessary information. For the price, the room could have been a bit more modern. The breakfast could also be more varied. High marks for the staff and entertainment.

The hotel is relatively new. The front desk is up a steep slope, which isn't very convenient if you have luggage. Both the front desk and cleaning staff were rather indifferent, unlike the usual warm Thai hospitality.

The hotel's location is good, situated on a bustling street in Ao Nang. It's about a 1km walk to the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants, massage parlors, and mini-marts nearby. The restaurant in the alleyway across the street serves good food at reasonable prices.

The rooms are a bit small, but the direct pool access rooms are a unique feature. The pool itself is quite large and enjoyable.

Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. However, the price of over 1000 in peak season feels a bit expensive.

I loved this hotel and really wished I could have spent much longer there. It would be a lovely place just to hang out for a few days. Rooms are spotlessly clean and quiet and the shower is great. The dinner we had in the restaurant was fantastic. There are several activities available on site or nearby, including egg-collecting and kayaking. I didn't have time to use the pool but it looked lovely.

First of all , I love the hotel concept as heart , good location,free refill water whole stay. When I check in the staff inform me the hotel renovating from 8Am may disturb my stay but for me is okay to stay . But the room that I got is like the picture , while I open the room smell of mold ,well I understand renovating may be like this but , the twin beds show exactly different of the color , the bottle of handwashing shower gel or shampoo seem weird, the wall painting was pill . I wish and hope it will not happen like this with any of the customer who spent the money for the hotel .
