Excellent new hotel in the Bang Tao area. Everything, from the reception to the pool, was unique and interesting. We were checked in 2 hours early, the room was cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. There was a bathtub on the balcony. The pool is small, but perfectly fine for a refreshing dip and a swim. The breakfast isn't huge, but it's quite tasty. I really liked the hotel!

Overall, it was a very impressive and relaxing stay. The breakfast was nice, with a good variety of choices.

The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. I also liked that the lobby provides complimentary cold and hot drinks, which guests can help themselves to.

The laundry facilities are convenient, with the washing machine, dryer and detergent available at a relatively affordable charge. You can really feel the creativity and thoughtfulness that the hotel management has put into making the stay comfortable and convenient for guests.

Overall, a pleasant and relaxing experience.

The room was decent and met standard expectations. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. I booked with breakfast, but the options were quite limited. Guests have to choose one item from a small menu per person, with choices like congee, instant noodles, or toast. This might not be sufficient for some guests. One area for improvement would be to renovate the room's flooring, as the tiles were loose with noticeable gaps.

First, the conclusion: this hotel is good, but it's best suited for a specific type of guest.

I'll try to give an objective review:

The hotel's location is unique because the beach right outside is a mud flat, very shallow and walkable far out. To the right, there's a mangrove forest. So, during the rainy season, when most west coast hotel beaches are windy with strong waves, this place is very calm, perfect for kayaking and paddleboarding. If you've been to Phuket many times and are tired of the blue ocean and swimming in the sea, this offers a different experience. However, if it's your first time in Phuket and you're hoping for beautiful blue ocean and white sandy beaches, you won't find them here.

The location is ideal if you have a car; otherwise, it's not very convenient, as there's almost nothing within walking distance.

The hotel's own restaurant is excellent, and many people come specifically to dine there.

As for the rooms, they're okay. I stayed in two types. The most expensive, beachfront room, wasn't great value for money, but the rooms further back were very affordable and quite good. The so-called Jacuzzi was broken, and the view wasn't particularly close to the sea either.

Its a cute small Hotel with a beautiful little cafe downstairs which had the best breakfast during our trip. Definitely recommend booking with breakfast its worth it. Only downside for us was the room was very moist and smelled of mold. And we couldn’t change room because they only had 8 rooms and the other 7 were occupied. The good breakfast made up for it and they tried their best to improve it. Very comfy beds

Hello! Today I'm writing a review for Blue Monkey at Nai Harn branch. I just want to say that this accommodation is very quiet and extremely clean. The room is spacious, and the staff clean it every day.

The staff are friendly and provide quick service when there's an issue. Just call their personal number, and they'll promptly come to fix the problem for you, whether it's check-in or check-out – both are quick and efficient.

Also, for this price, getting a room of this size is excellent. It's truly great value for money and worth every penny spent.

The branch I chose to stay at is Nai Harn Rawai. It's close to Nai Harn Beach, close to Rawai Beach, close to Promthep Cape, and close to the Fish Market pier.

It's centrally located, so you can easily walk to the beach, which is a nice bit of exercise. If you want to go to Kata Beach, it's just about a 10-minute Grab motorbike ride away.

Overall, this accommodation is very convenient. There's parking for both cars and motorbikes. The rooms are spacious, and there's no chaos or disturbance.

I'm giving it a full 5 stars!

I have stayed at this hotel before and had a pleasant experience with no issues. Unfortunately, this stay was different. The rooms seem to have poor sound insulation, as I could clearly hear doors slamming whenever guests entered or exited their rooms. The noise was frequent enough to affect the comfort of my stay. I believe this may be due to the building’s construction or insufficient soundproofing. Improving the room insulation would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

The atmosphere is great for a relaxing stay, and it's pet-friendly with a dedicated pet zone for walks. It has a warm vibe and even offers kayaks. For breakfast, they serve Thai-style dishes like Khanom Jeen, fried noodles, and congee, along with a Western set including toast, sausages, fried eggs, coffee, tea, and a vegetable salad. It's perfect for a family vacation, with a children's play area and a large swimming pool.

Tiny but clean to stay. My room was nearby reception and we heard every gossips and laughs of them. Only shower towels were provided and nothing else. Water fountain is placed near reception with tea, milo, cookies etc. staffs were not rude.

I've stayed at their Phuket branch before, so when I saw they had one in Bangsaen, I didn't hesitate to book it.

When I went to check-in, I actually went to the wrong branch! That was a bit embarrassing, haha.

The accommodation is located near the Japanese market, less than a 100-meter walk away.

Across from the hotel is Park In Market, if I remember correctly. Lots of food options there.

If you exit the accommodation and walk left for about 70 meters, there's a 7-Eleven.

The hotel's parking is outdoors; there are no electric vehicle charging stations.

The lobby is simple, with complimentary 24-hour tea and coffee. There's also one men's and one women's shared restroom.

There's one elevator available.

The room was spacious and quiet. Even though the music from the market was loud, I could barely hear it (which made it a bit lonely, actually).

It's a shame the bathroom isn't split into wet and dry zones; there's only a shower curtain, so water splashes everywhere on the bathroom floor, and it's still not dry in the morning.

There are no slippers in the room, so if you're used to wearing slippers indoors, I recommend bringing your own.

locatiok is very near the beach. just a 5 mins walk away. the hotel is new so very clean and quiet. price for the cleaniness is good. 7-11 is just beside so hungry also no problem.
