The room was good as expected, and breakfast was delicious. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were very lovely and helpful. Getting to the hotel was super convenient; I took the airport bus to the bus terminal and could walk to the hotel from there as it's very close by. From my room's balcony, I could see the bus terminal. There are also restaurants conveniently located near the hotel.

After a heavy monsoon storm knocked out the power at my home, I needed a quick place to crash before work and booked Blue Monkey due to its proximity to my office. Checking in at 9 PM, I was instantly relieved to find a spotless, incredibly comfortable room.

The standout surprise for me, however, was the attention to detail with the amenities. As a frequent traveler who is used to sleeping in five-star hotels, I was amazed by the dental kit here. The toothbrush was noticeably softer and of better quality than what I usually get at luxury properties, paired perfectly with a strong mint toothpaste! The shampoo and body wash also tie into the hotel's theme beautifully, featuring a signature, fun banana scent. Blue Monkey completely exceeded my expectations and turned a stressful, stormy night into a fantastic stay!

My girlfriend was doing her makeup when she suddenly fell because a furniture leg broke. We checked it, and the assembly for that leg was clearly different from the others. The hotel really needs to check their furniture assembly and make sure it's done properly and up to standard, not just using random screws. It would be very dangerous if an elderly person were to fall like that.

Also, the room wasn't very soundproof, and the refrigerator was noisy.

Otherwise, everything else was fine. The hotel did a good job with its theme.

Review of Blue Monkey Boutique Phuket

My stay at Blue Monkey Boutique Phuket was mostly a delightful experience, with several standout strengths that made the trip enjoyable. First and foremost, the hygiene standards were exceptional—every inch of the room, from the crisply laundered bedding and spotless bathroom to the tidy common areas, was meticulously maintained, which truly elevated the comfort level of the stay. The staff were warm and responsive too, going out of their way to assist with local recommendations and travel arrangements, adding a welcoming touch to the overall experience. The location is also a plus, being within easy reach of shops, cafes, and Phuket’s stunning beaches, making it convenient for both relaxation and exploration.

However, the bathtub room option was a letdown in terms of value for money. The bathtub had extremely slow water flow, taking ages to fill up and ruining the plan of a relaxing soak after a day of sightseeing. Given the noticeable price premium of this room type over standard options, this flaw made the upgrade feel completely unjustified.

All in all, this boutique hotel is a solid pick for travelers seeking cleanliness and great service—just avoid the bathtub room to get the best bang for your buck.

I chose this hotel because I was going out to sea the next day, and it was a bit closer to Chalong Pier (though still about half an hour away). Since it was during the Chinese New Year, the price was relatively cheap, so the value for money was decent.

**Ambiance**: It was very quiet, spacious, serene, and had very few people with lots of greenery. Aside from some mosquitoes, it was comfortable overall.

**Service**: Regarding the room assignment, as shown in the picture, it was in the furthest corner, a common issue often raised by Chinese guests. This time was no exception, but since I had argued with several other hotels, I didn't bother to 'battle' with this one, thinking it was just for one night. However, since the entire area is within this garden setting, it was still acceptable. The front desk service wasn't particularly enthusiastic, but it was adequate.

If you're playing in the nearby area, like visiting the water park or dolphinarium, I would still recommend it. We had a very comfortable night.

Стильный ремонт, икеевская мебель) Каждый день уборка, белоснежные полотенца. Постель как отдельный вид искусства) Облачко! Персонал всегда быстро реагировали на сообщения через ватсапп. Молодцы! Наш большой номер выходил на две стороны и шума от дороги не было слышно ночью. На кухне готовили завтраки сами первые пару дней, после продлили с завтраками, их привозят утром к определенному вами часу. По завтракам норм, голодным не останешься. 
 Мы были байке, очень удобное расположение. Рядом кафешки на любой вкус. Магазины 7/11, Чип, Лотус!

We really enjoyed the Blu hotel Morisco. The amenities were great, the shower and fridge were excellent and the bed very comfortable. The balcony was also excellent. The service here was always fantastic, nice to see some young and smiling faces, who were pleasant to chat to. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with great coffee options, barista or machine made. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Front desk staff were wonderful ! Always pleasant and helpful. Rooms were on the small side and breakfast could be improved. 
But overall a cute little hotel in a convenient location.

A good hotel. Friendly staff. The receptionist, Alesia, gave us a very warm welcome and provided all the necessary information. For the price, the room could have been a bit more modern. The breakfast could also be more varied. High marks for the staff and entertainment.

The hotel is relatively new. The front desk is up a steep slope, which isn't very convenient if you have luggage. Both the front desk and cleaning staff were rather indifferent, unlike the usual warm Thai hospitality.

The hotel's location is good, situated on a bustling street in Ao Nang. It's about a 1km walk to the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants, massage parlors, and mini-marts nearby. The restaurant in the alleyway across the street serves good food at reasonable prices.

The rooms are a bit small, but the direct pool access rooms are a unique feature. The pool itself is quite large and enjoyable.

Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. However, the price of over 1000 in peak season feels a bit expensive.

I loved this hotel and really wished I could have spent much longer there. It would be a lovely place just to hang out for a few days. Rooms are spotlessly clean and quiet and the shower is great. The dinner we had in the restaurant was fantastic. There are several activities available on site or nearby, including egg-collecting and kayaking. I didn't have time to use the pool but it looked lovely.

First of all , I love the hotel concept as heart , good location,free refill water whole stay. When I check in the staff inform me the hotel renovating from 8Am may disturb my stay but for me is okay to stay . But the room that I got is like the picture , while I open the room smell of mold ,well I understand renovating may be like this but , the twin beds show exactly different of the color , the bottle of handwashing shower gel or shampoo seem weird, the wall painting was pill . I wish and hope it will not happen like this with any of the customer who spent the money for the hotel .
