I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Blu Monkey Hub & Hotel Bangtao Beach — so good that I even extended my stay. The room was spacious, the bed exceptionally comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better. It’s right in the centre of Bangtao, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and bars, and only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and the weekend night market.
The rooftop pool was one of my favourite parts — a perfect place to relax, enjoy a cocktail, and watch an incredible sunset with a beautiful panoramic view.
The staff were genuinely kind, helpful, and welcoming, and the entire hotel was spotless. Everything exceeded my expectations — from the comfort and design to the service and atmosphere. I’d highly recommend Blu Monkey Bangtao to anyone visiting Phuket. I can’t wait to come back!

100000/10 this hotel is very comfy very aesthetic and very strategic, you can reach terminal 1 airport bus station by walking, and the breakfast was amazing!! this hotel have 24 hours working space and laundry too, everything about this hotel is awesome

The room was decent and met standard expectations. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. I booked with breakfast, but the options were quite limited. Guests have to choose one item from a small menu per person, with choices like congee, instant noodles, or toast. This might not be sufficient for some guests. One area for improvement would be to renovate the room's flooring, as the tiles were loose with noticeable gaps.

Facilities: There was no hot water in the bathroom, and only cold water in the morning and evening. The hotel has no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage upstairs yourself. The toilet smelled bad.

Environment: Located in a small alley, the place is very hard to find. It rained when I came, and dragging my luggage was a disaster.

The room had a strong odor, and even with the air conditioner on, there was a musty smell.

Service: There were no toiletries. It's not a hotel, more like a guesthouse. After 5 or 6 pm, there's no one at the front desk; you need to contact them in advance for the door access code and room number.

Прекрасный новый отель в классном районе! Забронировали не возлагая много надежд, но после еще трижды продляли проживание. Всё очень понравилось. Стильный ремонт, икеевская мебель) Каждый день уборка, белоснежные полотенца. Постель как отдельный вид искусства) Облачко! Персонал всегда быстро реагировали на сообщения через ватсапп. Молодцы! Наш большой номер выходил на две стороны и шума от дороги не было слышно ночью. На кухне готовили завтраки сами первые пару дней, после продлили с завтраками, их привозят утром к определенному вами часу. По завтракам норм, голодным не останешься. 
 Мы были байке, очень удобное расположение. Рядом кафешки на любой вкус. Магазины 7/11, Чип, Лотус!

First of all , I love the hotel concept as heart , good location,free refill water whole stay. When I check in the staff inform me the hotel renovating from 8Am may disturb my stay but for me is okay to stay . But the room that I got is like the picture , while I open the room smell of mold ,well I understand renovating may be like this but , the twin beds show exactly different of the color , the bottle of handwashing shower gel or shampoo seem weird, the wall painting was pill . I wish and hope it will not happen like this with any of the customer who spent the money for the hotel .

Amazing place to stay . In the middle of the beautiful area, with the mountains view. It’s like an oasis in the jungles. Nice swimming pool, kayaking, Komodo dragons. The hotel organized unforgettable NY dinner with fireworks, activities, amazing dinner and the singer. The staff is friendly, hospital and helpful. I love our bingo game with Susy and Yah! The room is cozy, clean, quiet and beautiful. I stayed in 309. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return back 🫶

This is a great modern hotel in a perfect Krabi Town location. You're surrounded by food stalls, a night market, convenience stores, and massage places—everything you need is right at your doorstep. The hotel itself is new, clean, and stylish in a simple way.

A fantastic bonus is the ceiling fan on the balcony—a small feature that makes a huge difference, allowing you to relax outside comfortably even in the warm weather.

My only suggestion is that the price could be a bit more competitive to make it an even better value. That said, it's a highly recommended stay for its convenience and comfort.

We liked the stay in general. At the reception was a young man who spoke German and the others spoke English. Otherwise we had problems with the language. The staff in the service was very friendly also the spacing area was good. The food also liked us well, the only one it was very overfyld in the restaurant and the tables very close to each other. The walking paths and nature were especially beautiful. The mini club was unfortunately already closed but it was not very bad. Water in the pool was also normally not very cold not warm. Bade-up caps can be purchased for 1 per cent on site.
