My stay at Conrad Centennial Singapore was very comfortable overall.

🚇The location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk from Promenade MRT station, making it super convenient to get to Suntec City, Marina Bay Sands, Merlion, and other landmarks.

🛏️The room was very spacious, with a view of the Fountain of Wealth from the window. I really loved the Byredo Mojave Ghost toiletries and the cute Conrad rubber duck. The mini-bar was restocked daily with TWG teas and Nespresso coffee capsules. The room details were comfortable and stylish.

🍴The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but everything tasted great. I highly recommend the Watermelon Lassi; it's very refreshing in the morning.

❤️The housekeeping service during my stay completely won me over! The staff noticed even the smallest details, neatly organizing guests' belongings and making the room incredibly comfortable. This kind of thoughtful care truly leaves a lasting impression.

🥳I was extremely satisfied with this stay. Conrad Centennial Singapore will definitely be on my 'must-stay list' for my next visit to Singapore.

The hotel is a bit far from the shopping district. It says it's a 14-15 minute walk or a 4-minute taxi ride, but maybe the drivers thought it was too close, so we couldn't get a cab. Singapore in the summer is super hot, and we ended up sweating quite a bit walking there 😏. However, getting a taxi back from the mall was easy!

The staff were very friendly, and the bed was quite large. Everything else was pretty good!

Had a very pleasant stay, the service was great, and the room facilities were also good! Excellent value for money! The gym is really good.

The room was okay, but the hotel felt a bit old with low ceilings – maybe it's just me at 185cm being tall for Thailand. Breakfast was excellent and definitely worth it, though the dining area was a bit small, and we had to wait in line for a while. The location is good, quiet yet close to the action, about a 15-minute walk to the Erawan Shrine.

I found the service to be just average. The staff at reception were a bit indifferent. They didn't offer a welcome drink during check-in, but then brought one out as I was leaving, which was a bit awkward. If you're traveling as a family and looking for a hotel apartment, this place could work. However, for one or two people visiting Bangkok, I think there are better options available.

Check-in: I emailed the hotel in advance to request kids' amenities, a customized teddy bear, a non-smoking room, and a complimentary stroller. The staff carefully noted everything down. The check-in process was super smooth, and a friendly staff member kindly showed us to the luggage storage to pick up the stroller~~ (The free stroller was an absolute lifesaver! I checked out a few other hotels, and it seems only Conrad offers it for free).

Room: The facilities definitely feel a bit dated, and there was a very faint damp smell in the room, but it was totally acceptable overall~

Service: Conrad's service is truly top-notch. Housekeeping comes three times a day, and requests are handled super promptly—it takes no more than 5 minutes from making a phone call to having items delivered, which is quite impressive~ Also, luggage was delivered to the room very quickly. The doormen, front desk staff, and housekeeping team all provided exceptional service! It exceeded my expectations.

Also, the pool is just gorgeous~~ You get a direct view of Big Ben, and there's a heated pool which is great for kids. They even provide drinks and fruit~~
